Congratulations still to Miami.
And of course, to this season's champion, Lakers! Cheers to that!
Yeah.

They made the entire finals to show an unexpected outcome. Great players and would love to see them again playing in the next season's final if there will be no changes with their roster. I think offers will come in to their players.

Congratulations to Lakers. Now, everyone will start to forget about Morris' airball.  Tongue
6602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: October 12, 2020, 02:17:55 AM
Congratulations to the Lakers in advance and the bettors of course, -5.5 will cover.
Champ guys. Congratulations first to Lakers and then to everyone who has supported them.

106-93

2020 champ, in a bubble, another history was made.
6603  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you watch MMA? on: October 12, 2020, 01:15:26 AM
It's just another sport.

What do you think of boxing? two men in a cage fighting for the title. Not different from MMA that you are trying to compare with your context.
6604  Other / Off-topic / Re: Zodiac Signs and Their Personality Traits. on: October 12, 2020, 12:26:29 AM
I'm quick-tempered and as it says with that zodiac sign but still not that believing in this. Most have their own personal traits and I think a large portion is like this whether you're an Aries or any of those zodiac signs.
6605  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you are learning a new language, post your tips on how you are learning it? on: October 11, 2020, 04:18:39 AM
How does this really help now cause I'm still trying to understand what you meant
His suggestion is actually what everyone needs to do, it's the basic things. Of course you get to learn all of it for you to be able to speak in another language.

It's easier to go for vocals than written. Which language you're learning now?
6606  Other / Off-topic / Re: The best way of public announcement on: October 11, 2020, 01:54:57 AM
Bitcointalk is noticeable. And that's the reason why most of the projects are not forgetting to publish their announcements here.

Although, there are also other several media and channels where they can publish their announcements publicly. But it's best to prioritize the forum first as published here is free and a lot of traffic is going in and out.

He played 47 minutes, how does a fatigue factor could affect on him in game 6?
A day of rest I think would be enough to survive the game tomorrow.

With his other gametime for the past games, it's also around that long. Respect to this man, he doesn't want his team to just let it lose.

Much respect to Heat, win or lose tomorrow.

I think your question and topic is better on Legal.

--> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=74.0

There were threads there asking about taxes, I'm sorry can't help you with that detail as I'm not from the US. But you can also check the section and this thread --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5187609.0 that talks about taxation and coinbase.
6609  Other / Off-topic / Re: The price of Bitcoin the last time we had a presedential debate on: October 11, 2020, 12:25:34 AM
Are you imagining that it will go 10x again for the next presidential debate? Very possible.

We knew how volatile bitcoin is and for the past years, the increase that it made was incredible. Not mentioning the drop as it's also going to cause the same.

Yes. 10 times again. I'd be rich if bitcoin goes to a flat $100K
If you can hold until that day comes, many of us will have that amount to sell.

Can you endure until that day comes? won't you sell if it hits $20k, $50k, $75k?

true. Better to just hold and come back 10 years later.
That's quite a long waiting time. But if you think that you can go for that long, it's fine.

I'll just remind you that you can also not stick on that given timeframe. Look to the charts and see if the prices are good for you to sell. You don't actually have to go through with those years and just miss the run that's happening lately.

With that vast viewers, it's very likely that they will get newbie victims and that's the sad reality.

Youtube no action, reports coming but they never take it into account.  Undecided

6613  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why privacy matters on: October 10, 2020, 06:57:25 AM
But if you'll try to mine on a good PC, you'll see that even with such a low value, you can earn well on it. Like a good PC can bring you about 400-500$ montly with non-stop mining. And if to install additional mining bots, you can get even more. So it all depends on your wish.
This is unlikely.

What type of mining you're going to do?

And far as the thread's concern, this is all about privacy not mining or anything relates to it.

111-108

A surprise. The game early dominated by the Heat. And they've won game 5.

Do you think that game 6 isn't going to be the last match? and they will tie this?

The results of game 6 will depend on Anthony Davis' heel problem and how this might affect his performance. However, I speculate that he might have done everything with it and could do no more for game 6.

Similar to @Reid, I will be brave and bet the moneyline for the Heat hehehe.
I hope that he's good but looks there's a turning of table and favor the Heat.

Lucky those guys here who were brave to go with Heat, it's paid off for this game 5.

It's very close actually, Heat took the majority of the lead, but Lakers come back and even take the lead. But after that it seems they've lost the momentum as they keep on missing important shot. It's uncontested and that's why it is a very difficult lost for them. Specially the last passed by Morris, one of the worst in the finals. And Jimmy Butler proved himself one again and out duel Lebron. Duncan Robinson also did show in todays game with 26, finally we have seen him contributing in this finals.

So it's 3-2, still the Lakers can close it out on the next game, so we will see how mentally the Lakers are prepared. The pressure is still on their side, while Miami will try to prevent them from winning. I'd say it still hard to say if this is going to be Miami's final game, they have shown resiliency in this series.
.
Yes.

Lakers still is on the major lead of this and next game would be their probably most crucial match of the series. The mental breakdown is going to be tough, they had all the lead then suddenly Heat closed to them near.

6615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC's Early Investors POLL on: October 10, 2020, 04:53:35 AM
I've known that YT guy when he became viral due to his prediction, can't remember the exact prediction. And then again he became viral again when YT has taken down his channel but later on, returned it.

What you are feeling now is what the majority have felt before. We all thought that it was too late and we just want to go back to those times when bitcoins were worth a few cents and even hundreds of dollars. But you gotta move on and look to the reality thinking of your strategy to accumulate.

Among the thing that makes a good trader is the ability to have patient and not FOMO in and out thereby buying high and selling low.
And those were patient and kept it are now looking to $11,400.

This is surprises and excites me although this isn't new, anyone who has the idea what's with the surge recently?
6618  Other / Off-topic / Re: [PSA]: FBI gives warning about using WIFI in Hotels on: October 10, 2020, 01:45:40 AM
It is very dangerous to connect to public wifi, hotel, or any establishment that allows you to connect. I wouldn't do that even if it's for free.

I'm bringing my own handy router or pocket wifi if I'm going out to town. Otherwise, I'll have to use my own data on my phone.
6619  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buyin Crypto with Credit card on: October 09, 2020, 09:46:37 PM
Isn't the issue with this many sites won't accept it due to chargeback?

Also but main reason is the fees right?  Because if no fee, wouldn't it make sense since lot of ppl get cashback with their credit cards?
The fees are right.

But there are these people that prefer to use their credit cards for buying bitcoin or any altcoin of their choice. I've seen good exchanges that allows this but be ready for the fees.

It's better to mention the used exchanges that won't allow this or has some problems faced upon top up.
6620  Other / Off-topic / Re: Covid 19 Where it Come from? on: October 09, 2020, 01:45:28 PM
Where the covid 19 came from is unknown to several people but many folks realize it came from the town of wuhan in china outbreaks of the corona virus were first reported there then gradually spread round the world. The virus is transmitted from one animal to the physical body and from one person to a different is consistently changing its genetic makeup  called mutations another name for the virus is 2019 ncov it's a kind of coronavirus. There are many species of coronavirus but only 6 of them are often transmitted to humans.
That animal was a pangolin. Actually, we have the same understanding of how it happened and where its origin came from as obvious from Wuhan.

It came all of the sudden and I don't think those agencies you have mentioned were already into it before the spread on the epicenter of the virus in China.

From what I have read before, it came from pangolin and the transmission started. IIRC, there's a pandemic that happens once every 100 years. However, we get to see news of epidemics for specific places each year.
