Since im not that long existed in cryptocurrency, the most recent eras are what my happiest and saddest moments in here. The moon on november 2017 obviously is my happiest one and the saddest is from the first month of 2018 upto now i guess. Since the market is not yet recovering, i dont still find it as victory.
Who wouldn't be happy that year? Everyone has really elated to see the price to jump as high as $20K. I still remember always checking the price like every hour so see where its currently at. And the media hype it, every crypto related websites is flushing as and FOMO jumped it. It was really crazy moment in bitcoin's young history and everyone who have seen it couldn't simply forgot it. LN implementation should be the next logical thing that we should look and it could be consider as critical as well because it could lit the fire again and see bull runs just like last year. |

In the past few months, people have lost their enthusiasm for the decline in bitcoin prices.more and more people have already sold their own currency.the bear market has also arrived.
Lol. You are already late in your speculation because at the start of the year, there was a clear indication that we will be in for a long bear season. And those who predicted it are right, we dramatically fall from $19K-$5.8K, a 60% lost for all of us. So investors cannot take the heat, most of them decided to cash out early so that they will not suffer a lost, but I'm sure that there are still more holders, long term holders who wouldn't sell a single bitcoin because it has the potential to really grow, maybe not this year but in the next 2-5 years. |

what is youR opinion on CMC data, do you think they are at least 30% accurate why they will not remove some token like (ERC-20) who failed to provide accurate data of their token but often given wrong data on coin market cap.
To be honest, I don't think the CMC really gives accurate data because we all know that the value of coin cannot be measured because we all know that a coins can be somewhat manipulated the price so yeah perhaps around the 30% accuracy should be appropriate. But what's good about CMC is that at least you can have a ballpark price so it can guide you if you are going to invest on that coin based on the price they tell us. |

For many people who bought bitcoins at a high price last year, it's still a tough time. The market is always in a state of depression.
Exactly, those investors specially newbies has no time to digest what happened to the market because the price keeps of free falling from as high as $19K to $6K. I believed more of them are already out of the market and sold everything and take the lost. Good pump indeed! Looks like the better days are beginning to come real again. Cryptocurrency market has created an unforgettable experience to me and am still learning it's way. Hoping for the best outcome in my cryptocurrency adventure.
Yes, its currently still holding and perhaps the resistance to $7800 is very strong that's why we are having a hard time to breach it. We need one more positive news to push the price to new heights so let's hope that in the beginning of next week we will hear such news and see the price pump again to $8K. |

It will take some time until everything recovers, but i think that we are on the right road, we might be seeing everything recovering on the next few weeks
Yeah let's just be optimistic and the market will recovers soon. Remember it started last year at $1k and did a strong rally to reached $20k on December 2017. Be patient we can see another strong rally soon. Last year was different though, lots of positive news that really push the market to almost $20K, started with Japan entering the market and then ended up with CBOE and CME bitcoin future contracts offerings. But this year there's a lot of regulations and anti-bitcoin sentiments specially coming from every corners of the globe. Banks still thinks its a threat and nations imposing heavy regulations. Although we have somewhat recovered in the last weeks or so, still the big questions is how sustainable this rally is. |

Hi Couple of days I've been searching , looking for any good news for btc
some say that if we reach 6500usd next is 7000usd, and so on if it keeps going
then it should stop at 20000 usd, but that a long way to go for a moment
do we expect that price by the end of the year or midyear but things
are going on the right direction today,
what do you think guys i need your expert opinion
Obviously, we have breach the $6500 mark and now we are above $7K and trying to hit $8K, however, their is too much resistance right now. So might take several days before we can actually see it happen. I'm no expert that this is a good indication that we can hit a good price at the end of the year. Although I doubt that $20K could be hit again, I'm thinking a good 5 digits around $12K-$15K would be a good bench mark before we close this 2018. |

share experiences, Buying and Selling Bitcoin when prices are high is risky. surely a bitcoin trader has experienced the name of loss on bitcoin so how big is your nominal loss in bitcoin trading in your life? and is there any suggestion to reduce or avoid loss on bitcoin  ? I don't think that someone will admit their losses. But since we have been in this bearish market, I'm sure a lot of our portfolio is on the negative specially if you bought bitcoin below the current price. I think day traders here has a fair share of. their winning/loss but as a holder, they don't have losses until they make the sell. I guess to avoid loss, purchase them while at cheap, which is the last bottom at $5800 and then continue to hold. |

If we are talking about bitcoin, yes it seems it broke the $7K barrier very quick. BlackRock entering the picture might have something to do with it. The current price of $7K-$7,500 is very strong but it looks like there are a strong resistance to get into the $8K mark. As for alts, we all know that they follow, bitcoins movement but not all of them. Maybe a few gets dump today but the rest seems to stabilizes. Its going to be exciting if bitcoin can hold on this levels, otherwise we will see another panic selling if the price is not sustainable.

But when it was touted to be the ETH killer, it gained some grounds from some investors. Looks like they are replicating what Bitcoin Cash (BCH) did to Bitcoin last November 2017, but we all know what happens next. I have yet to digest all the info you posted here but it really looks very interesting.  |

Well a lot of people call Bitcoin fraud and worth nothing, but when the price soaring high they will back and invest in Bitcoin, it's true that Bitcoin is not being backed up by anything, but the one that makes Bitcoin valuable because of the people's support, most people interested in Bitcoin because it got unique feature and it can be used as currency and asset
I think everyone should be really be careful of those articles circulating around. Well the only argument that keeps popping is not bitcoin is not back up by anything and based on pure speculation. But guess what, they are also speculating on the price. Lol. How ironic. They kept saying that bitcoin will down, blah, blah but behind they have their own agenda, buy it when the price really hit rock bottom because they really know that bitcoin and crypto can offer, big potential money. The August 10th date is a crucial one. Depending on what will be decided about BTC ETF the market will take a very clear direction. I'm quite optimistic, in which case that would be the moment of the reverse of the trend.
I wouldn't put enough weight on that news if its the US SEC approving bitcoin ETF, but if its EU we still don't know the effectiveness of such approval. Still, Bitcoin revolves around the ring from $ 6200 to $ 6800, where the price proved to be stronger than $ 5,000 and less than $ 7,000 so far. The news is good for those skeptical that bitcoin is weak and the price may collapse but is not reassuring for those looking for quick profit as the Betcuen is close to stability and stop the fluctuations. We can do more to make the world of Crypto really appealing to people. One of the best ways that we can use to promote bitcoin and boost investor confidence is when we speak good things about this wonderful cryptocurrency. People get scared when speculations about Crypto especially bitcoin are always negative.
Tell me what avenue is a good way to speak bitcoin and crypto? Facebook? Twitter?. Those 2 giant social media websites have been plague with crypto promotions that's why they are making a hard stance against it. Personally, I have done my share, telling friends and family members on the potential of crypto, but sadly no one listens to I'll just keep mum about it. Let crypto take its natural course and perhaps people will really discover it and at least they do their due diligence to study them unlike spoon feeding them on how to invest/trade. |

For the second day, the price of BTC has been growing. Looks like the price will again be $ 7000 soon. I think it would be good.
Let's say we see if we can hit $6500-$6800 again before we can discussed going to $7K soon. Remember we have been hovering on that price range at the start of July and everyone is jumping for joy and singing praises that the bulls has finally arrived. But then what happens? We fell again to $6200 range. So just a piece of advise, don't overact, just wait till we see the price has strong support and slowly consolidating, and then we can discuss the price going to $7K. Right now I don't see those 2 pre requisites present. |

There is one funny thing about bitcoin, it does not move in respect to anyone's emotion, but gives some very good profits to those who stands with it at its time of deeps. Bitcoin does not just stand and move upwards only, at times it falls and move downwards. It always moves back up, and that's for sure. HOLD!!
Or at times if will completely go on the opposite direction. When majority of people are full of emotions and telling us tot sell because the price is going down, but the next day we will find bitcoin on the recovery phase, funny indeed. So just to remind everybody to look at bitcoin previous performance and see how its good to make a reversal. It might take long for the market today to recover because its really struggling, but at the back of our minds we can count on another massive bull run pushing the price above 5 digits again. |

I am currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and we have this subject called Economics, I just want to ask when is the best time to study about Economics (and also other subjects). Is it better to study at night or early morning? What's your study routine guys?
Lol. There's no perfect time to study as far as I know. If you feel like reading your books, then do it, otherwise if you are tired but insist on continuing to study then its just a waste of time. But during my college days, I always study when i woke up, because my mind is fresh and I can absorb better. Another tip is don't do crunching, that is, just studying when their is a exam or studying close to exam days because for sure you will not take all everything in just one sitting. |

I agree with most of the comments here. We thought that June will bring something drastic, however, its still the same bearish market that we have been experiencing since the start of 2018. And there's no "hot" coins, except perhaps for a few altcoins whose purpose is for dump-and-dump and then takes profits. And again, we are in the mid of July and the same trend continues. As much as everyone really wishes that we all should be by one at least on a bullish trend, but most likely we will keep on struggling and the best price that we could see bitcoin is around $10K at the end of the year.

Hardware and paper wallets is a good choice and then its your responsibility to protect your private keys and we all know that there's a lot phishing sites so bookmark the legit and don't enter it because you might end up on a fake site.
I also agree that DEX is not the solutions, because hackers will always be there at our back looking for that perfect time to exploit and steal our funds. We might be clamouring for exchanges to be very vigilant of any suspicious activity on their front and back end and make the necessary adjustment in cases of a potential hack (like suspending withdrawals).

As per my experience, yes, buying a lot of coins worth under $1 is good. But you really have to monitor the price like everyday and should be ready to dump anytime if you see you made good profits already. I don't see they holding for long, maybe a few good coins, but most of the coins I have bought have been simply pump-and-dump scheme. So I just ride the way with those pumpers and take profits and then put re-invest my profits.
