was either Estonia or Belarus, but I don't even know one single player from these national teams so... Cheesy

I would have gone with Belarus, not that I know of any player there either, but my decision would have been based on their league being rated better than Estonia. I'm quite familiar with teams like Bate Borisov, and Dinamo Minsk.

Could have been the right call, If I had place a bet on Belarus. Although the winning goal had to come deep into stoppage time.

Lineups for Germany vs Netherlands are out already, it's a very attacking lineup from both side with Marco Reus, Werner and Gnabry leading the line for the host, while Babel, Depay and Quincy Promes leading the line for the visitors, let's get some actions!
6642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale revisited on: September 06, 2019, 05:39:32 PM
Martingale works only if we have a huge bankroll and your stats that you have collected are lucky ones taken only in a certain interval of time.If the user continues these stats will change for sure in the near or distant future.

It doesn't matter how huge of a bankroll any player has got, when using the Martingale strategy, he's bound to lose them all, It's only a matter of how long the bankroll would last. But one thing is certain with the system, losing all your bankroll is inevitable.

Obviously F group is the most interesting. Reaction of Slavia boss when he saw group that they got was priceless Cheesy.  While G and H groups looks very balanced and unpredictable. All of these teams can reach next round. My predictions for teams who will advance further:
A. Real, PSG
B. Bayern, Spurs
C. Man City, Shakhtar
D. Juventus, Atletico
E. Napoli, Liverpool
F. Barcelona, Borussia
G. Lyon, Zenit
H. Chelsea, Valencia

I think Inter milan will make it out of the group ahead of Dortmund. I think I'm somewhat biased towards Inter this season, I'll probably avoid betting on them often.

It's a bit weird that you expect Chelsea not to make it through, It's going be Chelsea, Valencia advancing, IMO.

Group G is the toughest and most unpredictable, But I'm pretty sure Leipzig would make it through.
6644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: September 06, 2019, 02:32:51 AM
This Euro Qualification footballs are boring. You do not have any clue about the teams. The national teams take their players back and the result is one week no football in EPL. I hate this gap in Premier League for international football.

It's not just Euro Qualification, some matches are still worth a while, compared to when you get stuck with CAF qualifiers all week long.

I think the most painful part of the international break is always when the national teams takes players, some are probably going to return their respectively clubs injured.

Kind of bored so thought to pick some winners:
Germany vs Netherlands: Germany or draw
Slovakia vs Croatia: Croatia or draw
Slovenia vs Poland: Poland or draw
Wales vs Azerbaijan: Wales

Is this only me who finds it hard to take a side?

Picking a side in each of these fixtures is definitely hard, and No clear favorites in the matches.. but to go with a one way result my pick would be;
Germany vs Netherlands:  draw
Slovakia vs Croatia: Croatia
Slovenia vs Poland: Poland
Wales vs Azerbaijan: Wales

was either Estonia or Belarus, but I don't even know one single player from these national teams so... Cheesy

I would have gone with Belarus, not that I know of any player there either, but my decision would have been based on their league being rated better than Estonia. I'm quite familiar with teams like Bate Borisov, and Dinamo Minsk.

ROFL, Romania just scored against Spain, 1-2 for Spain, it really would be pathetic for Spain to lose against Romania. Their group is so easy too, malta and faroe islands? Absolute garbage lol, these groups shouldn't be random to be honest.
Thought Romania are a footballing nation who can afford to get a goal  Roll Eyes

By the way What was the price for this golden goal or both teams to score for this match??

And you are right such groups should be awarding qualification to the teams we 100% no will go through at whatever the cost!

Romania aren't totally a trashy European country when it comes to football, for them to be valued at just ~8.70 odds to win the match shows that, they weren't meant to be pushovers like most the opponents today were.

In case people are wondering why I feel Netherland will be victorious, then have a look at their squad which includes de light, Van Dijk, De Jong, and others.
De Light could vey well be a 'one hit wonder', Van Dijk is the best CB in the world right now, and De Jong had good season with Ajax but he's been pretty underwhelming with Barcelona so far (sure, season just started so things could change). What if Netherlands are overhyped right now? They have a good team and a good manager, but somehow people think this is the Netherlands from the 70s.

Germans are a world class team with arguably best results in qualifying matches in the world over the last 10-15 years. I don't see Netherlands taking a three points tomorrow but I believe they are good team and could score a goal or two in the match. I will probably take both to score and over 2.5 goals in this match, should be nice odds with high probability of success.

That's a good pick and should easily hit. The last two games between both teams provided 9 goals, Although with the Germany emerging victorious on one occasion.

A number of fixtures are underway already, I should be to switch on and watch La Roja in the 2nd half.

Emre Can was not included in the Champions League squad for the group phase of the UCL. He was pretty disappointed and wrote about it on Twitter saying that the club promised him CL football. He said that PSG approached him during the summer but Juventus gave him assurances that they count on him and he turned PSG down. Maybe a January move is possible.

Looks a trend for any player who leaves Liverpool on a not so good terms. Mandzukic also didn't male the cut, I wonder which other two top players would have made the cut If Juventus had sign Pogba and/or Neymar.

The truth is Juventus has a huge squad, especially in the midfield position. I'm quite surprised that Can feels he'd be so important had he moved to PSG.
Based on current form there's no one on either of the teams squad list that I'd rather have Emre Can replace, the same thing goes for Mandzukic. However, the club shouldn't have promised him anything If they weren't going fulfill it.

I’m surprised to read so many of you’ll are expecting Netherlands to loose, had it been few years ago when Germany’s squad was at it’s peak I would have agreed with you’ll but times have drastically changed. In case people are wondering why I feel Netherland will be victorious, then have a look at their squad which includes de light, Van Dijk, De Jong, and others. With regards to the Portugal match, I am confident they’ll beat Serbia with ease as Ronaldo would like to win one more trophy before he retires at the international level.

Spot on mate! There is no way I'd expect this German side that is undergoing metamorphosis to win against the Netherlands. I guess those who think of the Netherlands loosing are either unaware of how poor the German side has been over the past years, and how improved the Netherlands have been. It's football and anything, but It's not going to be an easy win for Germany even if they are going to win the match.

Bump!!! because the Euro 2020 qualifying round is back after more than two months of rest.

Couple of matches look interesting, the rest are pretty bad. The big one will be Germany vs Netherlands, I'll go with a home win, and I think I might parlay Germany with Switzerland (vs Ireland) and Scotland (vs Russia) to win as well.

We also have Serbia vs Portugal, does anyone think it'll be an easy game for Portugal? I do.

I'll be on the look out for Germany vs Netherlands, It's definitely going to be an exciting match. I don't usually find Portugal games interesting, though. Except maybe when theyvare to play biggers teams at knockout stages of any tournament. And often, I tend to wonder how they win and perform so well despite looking so very mediocre with their line ups except for very few players you can regard as top class. Ronaldo indeed, does so well in carrying this team.

Wow, Germany knocked out of the World Cup after loosing to the Dominican Republic!

I haven't been following the FIBA World Cup as I thought I would, but I had a bet on Germany to win and Total Points Over 158.5 because I expected a huge margin victory for the Germans. A huge blow for Germany, but big ups to Dominican Republicans for the victory, let's see how far they can go.
6653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 03, 2019, 04:05:27 AM
Anyone excited about Antonio Cunte (pun intended) this season, with Inter Milan? I think they could be a strong title contender since Conte had an unbeatable record at Juventus.
This season they bought Lukaku and signed Sanchez on loan. I think I will support this club instead of Man Utd this season. Lol Grin

Inter is going to have a great season, I reckon. They've got the right set of players that could help them achieve that.

I don't see Juventus dominating this season like they've done over these past years. Feel free to quote this post, It might be Inter winning the league this season.
6654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 02, 2019, 12:07:48 PM
Icardi is at Malpensa's Airport he is leaving Inter for PSG.

Navas also is on his way to PSG.

This is the last day of the transfer window boys.

Finally we can get some rest from all these speculation, and enjoy football season with no bounds.

For I have Everton vs Wolves on 2 - 2 draw, and Arsenal vs Tottenham 2 - 1...

Just 12 minutes, and we've got 3 goals in Everton vs Wolves game already, Woah!!

I also have 2:1 for Arsenal. I have a feeling Arsenal will win the London derby today. They have great history of not loosing last 9 games against Spurs on Emirates.

Didn't expect that many goals in Everton match given their record of defending and scoring. I thought this would be something like 1:0 with Wolves still a bit tired from Europa match.

It's 2 - 2, Wolves have equalized with 13 minutes to go! Yes, no more goals please!
6656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 01, 2019, 01:28:53 PM
More and more rumors from Spain.

Neymar will not go on Barca for the next season. Barcelona seems to have not enough money to pay him.

What will happen now, does he will play for PSG after all the shit he made there?

Who can take him now? Probably none, does PSG will open to loan him to Juve or Real?

Hah!  He'll play...  The mob is fickle.  A few goals from him and they'll be cheering for him as if nothing happened.  Cheesy

It could be Real with Perez having a hard on for him.  Lol.

Anything could still happen, IMO.

Both clubs will be making drastic moves tomorrow, PSG rejecting any more bid tomorrow would literally mean they definitely still wanna count on Neymar for the season.

It'll be quite interesting to see how long this Liverpool vs Man City title race will end, or am I the only maniac ruling every other team out after just 4 games  Huh

For I have Everton vs Wolves on 2 - 2 draw, and Arsenal vs Tottenham 2 - 1...

Just 12 minutes, and we've got 3 goals in Everton vs Wolves game already, Woah!!
6658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 31, 2019, 03:52:02 PM
Anyway we have half time and Chelsea, Leicester, City are ahead. No doubt City and Chelsea are going to pick wins today which means full three points for them.

Chelsea have just blew away a 2 goal lead, and will now have to settle for a draw, yikes!

Man City should have finished the game with a 3 - 0, I'd have got 3 points there but Newcastle's 1 - 1 is still a bit in my favor (though I'd have loved Joeliton to score, because I'll have a huge chance at FortuneJack's 1 BTC) I'm getting 3 points.
6659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 31, 2019, 03:26:37 PM
Can Joelinton score for Newcastle?

This is my FJM so far. 4 matches in progress and I already have 3 out of 4. If Joelinton scores then I will have 4 out of 4.

It's a double sword for me. I am wearing sportsbets.io's sign, they sponsored Watford. I would love to see Watford to get their first win but my analysis says Newcastle will win, and the possible goal scorer for them will be Joelinton. I badly want Joelinton to score but now not really caring who to win.

Come on Joelinton! 🤪

Anyway we have half time and Chelsea, Leicester, City are ahead. No doubt City and Chelsea are going to pick wins today which means full three points for them.

Now Liverpool have to go for all attack and burn Burnly 🤪

We've got the same picks for the first four games, but different picks for the latter I went with Richarlison, Salah and Aubameyang.

Come on Joelinton, I'm sure it's not just both of us that'd have picked him.
6660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: August 31, 2019, 01:22:10 PM
Barcelona would meet Osasuna today. I heard the Barca team traveled without Messi and Valverde don't want to take the risk upon Messi. However, Griezmann, Suarez, Dembele will be on the pitch and I expect Barca would make an easy win over Osasuna

Aren't Suarez and Dembele injured as well? Only Griezmann available to start from first choice attackers in Barca tonight.

Of course, they are all out injured.
quoted below is the team's squad for the match

The squad
Ter Stegen, N. Semedo, Piqué, I. Rakitic, Sergio, Arthur, Rafinha, Lenglet, M. Wague, Griezmann, Jordi Alba, S. Roberto, F. De Jong, Vidal, Umtiti, Iñaki Peña, C. Pérez and Ansu Fati.

Todibo and Aleñá have been left out and Suárez, Messi, O. Dembélé, Neto and Junior are all injured.

BTW, Has the prediction pool kicked off already ? It was supposed to start last night, IIRC.
