Might help at some markets, might help a bit at bitcoin too but never will graphs with lines and drawings guess when some huge buy or sell would come and crash/skyrocket the bitcoins.

When you see people panic selling - sell. When you see them panic buying - buy. Do both in perfect time and you're winner Smiley
6642  Economy / Speculation / Re: can BTC ever return to significantly below $100? on: April 23, 2013, 11:13:19 PM
Of course it can, you might search the forum for posts from 2 weeks ago, you'd find much more optimistic questions.

Bitcoin market is so low that one fairly big sell off can send it to oblivion if some big holder decide it's in his interest. It might not too though, there's absolutely no way to know it at this point. Just be careful and don't ever let smarters like smoothie to blind your mind when it comes to your coins and your property.

150 certainly looks like a bad mofo at the moment. Then 130 did too at some point. It might happen the 120's again, few days of trying to break 150.
6644  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ASICMINER: Erupter Blades. Review, comments, photos, and discussion! on: April 23, 2013, 06:25:18 PM
You just have to look at the original Asicminer thread and you'll see all those that invested in AM care about is Asicminer shares, they'd mess with complete bitcoin network hashrate and decentralization just to receive 0.001 btc bigger dividend and see their share be worth few bitcents more.

If you own load of AM shares that gained 1 BTC in value overnight after blades and USB announcement  and blades auction stuff, you won't mind spending 75 BTC for nowehere close worth product just to pump those prices.

Friedcat, do the right stuff, get rid off auction bullshit, find a real, realistic price for your products and sell them on fixed price like any serious manufacturer does.

This stuff can just hurt the image of your company. If you follow the greed of your shareholders you'll find yourself doomed at some moment soon or later.

That panic/trying to induce panic seller that sold 6k yesterday when we hit 129 must be a little stumped right now, lol. Good! (unless of course they wanted that money and planned to leave the market when the price hit 129...)

Or yu know, he could have been smart and somehow moved the money to BTC-E for a big profit. It does seem a bit weird that suddenly there was a huge buy on BTC-E just a few hours later.
Was it you?  Grin I hardly watch BTC-E so yeah I wasn't aware of that. Was it a 5-6k buy? That would need a big BTC withdraw limit on mtgox.

That amount of coins can't be bought at btc-e. There's 16k coins available in all btc/usd sell orders there. 50-100 coins wall is considered huge there.
6646  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm a bear and proud on: April 23, 2013, 05:44:39 PM
Don't agree with op in lot of stuff and have a lot of belief in bitcoin or some other more advanced cryptocurrency and on top of that don't give a flying one about threads like this (why the heck I would care what some random nobody either from bull or bear side thinks, and why he thinks his opinion is remotely important enough to open a thread about it instead of posting it in some of other 3 billion threads) but can't stand arrogant bull pricks who jump on necks of anyone who doesn't have their opinion. Grade A twats.

6648  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: April 23, 2013, 03:11:11 AM
because saying it's not getting any smaller just because in the last 15-20 minutes it's gone up 10% is just pointless. In the last 24hrs it's gone down from around 14k btc to 8k btc. So yes it is getting smaller.

It's pointless to you only because you don't like what was written. If I'd tell you that wall went down 20% in last 15 minutes (it is indeed) you wouldn't mind it at all. And the tone you used would probably made me banned if I'd answer on it on the way I'd like to so keep it for your buddies kid, I don't give a flying one about your positions or your feelings.
6649  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: April 23, 2013, 03:08:28 AM
each time it come closer to 130$ gox starts lagging
6650  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: April 23, 2013, 02:14:18 AM
that 130 wall is not getting smaller... 10% up in last 15-20 minutes
No its not. Add the asks cumulatively from current price up to $130. It only looks bigger because people are moving their lower asks up to $130 which then requires a larger $ sum to overcome.

That's exactly what I was looking at, how many coins are needed for 130, not how exactly big is that wall itself.

Before that big sale it looked it's going to be eaten in hour or two but as much as that sell off didn't make too much influence on the price, it did slow the trend.

lol omg 15-20 minutes!! sell sell sell

Why all wannabebullandlookcool think they're funny with such comments.

I hate BFL and hope Josh breaks both his knees, but even I'll admit they're shipping a small amount! The units look nice.

Lol...

The Josh - most loveable person in bitcoin community Smiley
6653  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: April 23, 2013, 12:51:18 AM
he barely changed anything, same number of coins needed for 130 as before his dump.
6654  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: April 23, 2013, 12:47:24 AM
wtf just happened?!

From 129 to 125 in 10 seconds
Some panicing fool wants to be the first one to sell and hopefully incite mass panic. I hope they fail miserably and lose coins..

must feel good to sell 4500 coins at 128 though Smiley)
6655  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: April 23, 2013, 12:42:29 AM
4500 sold, 1.5 min lag
6656  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: April 23, 2013, 12:32:59 AM

7k left to 130, might be tough bastard though
6658  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Why can't there be 10 companies who build ASIC miners? on: April 22, 2013, 05:38:06 PM
Even this so far is too much. 10 ASIC companies would mean few times more of those who'd throw their money on investment they won't profit from.
6659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: April 22, 2013, 05:33:40 PM
The only way asic manufacturers could make bitcoin mining to not basicly become worthless in 2014 is if they limited orders to certain amount of GH power per buyer. That still would only work if there's only one asic manufacturer though.

Asic screwed bitcoin mining completely, greed has done the job once again. Only those who have ASICS in their hands right now will profit from it but it's very short business for them too, others are doomed, if they would be happy to meet ROI they can expect some very, very limited number of additional coins, not worth of investment risk. I'd be very, very mad if I'd be BFL buyer, not only they missed a chance to profit a lot with them being advertised as early, early ASIC manufacturing company but it's even a question if they'll make their investment back at this point.

ASICs are worst thing that happened to Bitcoin so far.
6660  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ASICMINER: Erupter Blades. Review, comments, photos, and discussion! on: April 22, 2013, 01:24:15 PM
We're 2 months from huge number of asics on the market, AM's network hashrate percentage won't be remotely close to where it is now and yet people were paying 300 weeks dividends worth amount for one share, lol. What a bloody moron someone has to be to bite that.

Seems you are pretty confident in what you are saying. Why don't you sell an options to buy shares.  or futures or whatever. If this bubble gonna burst in 2 months you will be rich.

To Buy AM shares? I wouldn't buy them if they would go to 10BTC each in a week. It's a matter of principles. It's a classic pump priced share and I don't want to sell it to some sucker later just for him to lose most of his money in few weeks when AM network power percentage drops heavily.
