6641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Another person losses $20k to Fake Uniswap on Google Play on: November 20, 2020, 04:17:33 PM
Ouch!!, that is a huge one, another expensive lessons to learn in crypto space. Google's policy is really relax and allow this criminals to used their platform. Reported it as well, the only thing we do is wait for Google to remove it asap. As based on my experience reporting malicious apps, it takes weeks or even months before they finally take it out from their playstore.
6642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]Canelo Alvarez vs Callum Smith Super Middleweight Title on: November 19, 2020, 09:20:50 PM
As per Canelo:

Quote
"He is a fighter who comes forward looking for a fight, who does not give you a chance to breathe, to get your rhythm going. He is a fighter who has many qualities, a lot of power too, but we are ready for this and for more. I think at these levels we have to fit in with everything with the experience we have and it will be a great fight. I'm ready for this and these kinds of challenges are the ones I like in boxing to keep going and make history," said Canelo.

https://www.boxingscene.com/canelo-expects-great-fight-with-smith-aims-work-with-all-promoters--153374

So he knows whats coming, so he already have plans to offset Smith's reach and height advantage. And we are glad that he is willing to fight anyone whether in his division or go up again like the Kovalev fight. So I'm not seeing Callum winning, we haven't seen the best version of Canelo yet.
6643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin make someone the richest in the world? on: November 19, 2020, 08:50:02 PM
I came to investigate the richest man in Africa, he is not a bitcoin users, but a business man who don't depend on bitcoin investment.
The richest man in the world, he is not a bitcoin users but a business man who use fiat Money to invest and make a good profit.
Is there any way someone can use bitcoin to invest and become the richest in the world?
Your opinion is needed.

If bitcoin price goes on to six digits, maybe there could be known or unknown individuals who can become billionaires, so theoretically it's possible. But then again, like any other investment instruments, you should really know how to play and take advantage of the market to at least make a profit here. Just remember though that bitcoin is not the answer to poverty or instant solution to someone to make a lot of money in short amount of time. It is not a magic bean.

Check mo discord kabayan, marami kang makukuhang info doon. Meron din local sub channel for pinoys. Goodluck!
https://discord.com/invite/axie

Noted about the 1 IP per account, and I agree that aabusin talaga to. And keep us informed pa rin, hindi pa ako sumusubok sa ngayon but it is really promising for those Filipino crypto gamers out there. Again, may puhuhan sa umpisa pero at least mababawi mo naman to in the long run. At kung talaga mahilig ka maglaro then why not? tyagaan lang talaga sa mundo ng crypto para kumita,  Smiley
6646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Kucoin Hackers on OUSD... on: November 18, 2020, 11:18:55 PM
Actually there have been many cases This exploits DeFi, hopefully this will be the last.

Nope, I don't think so, and I would say that this is just the beginning and could ramp up the attacks in the next coming months if Defi projects won't be strict on the codes that they release to the public.

About OUSD, They take advantage of instant loans because the transaction takes place at the root of the attack. collateral is borrowed and repaid in the same transaction. As a result of this Incident, we can assess the range of how dangerous a flash loan is to the DeFi sector.

This has been called upon how dangerous it is and we are seeing the bad effects of this flash loans as hackers can quickly drain it before the dev themselves know what's really happening. And the thing is that they come up to the public and ask the hackers to return a portion? not gonna happen.
6647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant Super Middleweight Title on: November 18, 2020, 10:56:29 PM
I think it will be a close fight also. People might think it's easy because Smith struggled against John Ryder in his last fight but it happens sometimes when you fight a lower level opponent it is hard to be motivated and you have a bad night. There's a reason why David Benavidez's promoter had avoided putting him against Smith for as long as possible even though he is owed an opportunity to fight for the WBC title after winning the World Boxing Super Series.

To be honest. i have not followed the career of Smith yet and me living in the East side of the globe has just heard for the first time his name when he is paired with Canelo. You are right, fighting a lower tier boxer won't motivate you to train harder, that's the problem most boxers had. A fight with Canelo could be Smith's career paycheck i believe so better train hard for this one.

BTW, OP already updated.

You should watch his high lights in Youtube and I'm sure you will find Smith a decent challenge for Canelo as he is tall as has the reach advantage. Yes, it will be his biggest paycheck, as Canelo is the new cash cow, with or without Golden Boy. And as I have mentioned, big big challenge for Canelo and good that he is fighting the best in his division but I think Canelo will get the nod here from the judges.
6648  Economy / Economics / Re: Mexico's billionaire invests in Bitcoin on: November 18, 2020, 09:56:19 PM
I wonder if this is his first time to invest on bitcoin or he already know Bitcoin while its on dumped price before because he can probably make a lot of money if he did invest on Bitcoin months ago. Anyway, as long as there’s a new money coming into Bitcoin this is great for the market I just don’t know if its come from a blackmarket or bought Bitcoin on purpose, this can still help bitcoin to go further.

We can assume that this is the first time he invested on bitcoin. These rich guy would rather invest on stable portfolios of stocks or precious metals and properties instead of a very volatile asset like bitcoin. And as others have pointed out, the keyword here is liquid assets not his wealth, so probably in the millions. Just funny that every media is now snooping around finding who's the next millionaire or billionaire no-coiner who suddenly shifts their attention to bitcoin. Might put a weight though is someone big from the 'gold bugs' will go on public and says he/she moves to bitcoin.
6649  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be hitting to $35000 soon - Buy it today!! on: November 18, 2020, 09:26:57 PM
Too optimistic I think my friend...currently BTc trades at 17.500$....it still has a loooong way to go!

That's what they said beginning of 2017, price is ~$1k, people saying that the top will be $5k, but look at how that year ends, we reaches all time high of almost $20k. So never underestimate the resiliency of the bitcoin market. At the current price, it's just 2x, so I wouldn't be surprised in 2021 that $35k or even more at within our grasp.
$35k is not really that too high to reach because looking at the current price, it's very possible for bitcoin to reach another ATH even early next year. We just need to be realistic sometime not to expect too impossible for bitcoin because it might turn into another hype. But $35k to $42k is very attainable and i guess most of us here agrees to it.

Yes, that's really attainable, in 2021, I agree, even $50k is within reach in the next bull run. And if we are going to look at the 2017 bull run, the volume of today is the same or even surpasses it already. So there are enough, maybe fresh bloods or average investors or institutional money going in to keep that $35k doable in the next year. So I wouldn't be surprised, that we will touch, just a matter of time.
6650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another billionaire just invested in bitcoin on: November 18, 2020, 08:58:02 PM
What a click bait headline, Lol.

10% of his liquid asset? maybe that is huge or... NOT.

Anyhow, this bull run makes people believers, however, even us average joe really thinks that these super rich is either dumb or really into bitcoin because we all know how volatile this asset is. But as others have said, any "good or bad publicity is still publicity",  Grin
6651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins I have in my wallets on: November 17, 2020, 11:45:23 PM
digibyte, litecoin, zcsh
These are the three altcoins I think I choose to remain if I want to eliminate most of them from your wallet.

And if you sell those that have been eliminated, I advise you to buy bitcoin. Your portfolio will now be consists of quality cryptos than quantity. It is a no-brainer tip to have bitcoin in your wallet or I think you already do.

This. Why not just sell those shitcoins in your portolio and consolidate it with bitcoin?

We are already in a bull run and definitely wouldn't hurt if you invest as there are huge chance to make a profit next year? And as I have learn in accounting, it's better to have a couple of banks accounts so that it's easy to manage, so that's also applicable in crypto, just a couple of wallets to maintain but with quality crypto in it.

6653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Fury vs Wilder III in Las Vegas on 18th July 2020 !!! on: November 17, 2020, 10:31:16 PM
In his latest round of excuses:

Quote
Deontay Wilder Claims Fury’s Fingernails Led To Ear Bleeding

In the latest leg of an unexpected PR blitz, Wilder doubled down on all the reasons – each one more fanciful than the next – on why he lost to Tyson fury in their ballyhooed rematch Last February, including the much-lampooned theory that Fury wore doctored gloves in that fight. The proof? According to Wilder, he has fingernail marks inside his ear.

“I haven’t yet heard valid proof of how gloves flap all the way back, why your hands were in the middle of the glove, why did my ear have scratches deep inside my ear? Because of your (Fury’s) nails,” Wilder (42-1-1, 41KOs) told Brian Custer on The Last Stand PodCast. “It’s so many different facts and proof that we have. But it just shows the greatness of it."

https://www.boxingscene.com/deontay-wilder-claims-furys-fingernails-led-ear-bleeding--153336

Lol, aptly called the  “Glove Gate” conspiracy theory.  Grin

We really don't know what's going on with Wilder, now he blames Fury's nail for the scratch inside his ear. It's getting weirder by the day. I would suggest that people around Wilder advise him not to talk to the public and make another bold claim without proofs. Just hurting his legacy.

6655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 17, 2020, 09:32:32 PM
I'm planning to place a bet, do you think it's a good idea to bet on mike? The fight will be in few days I feel a little excited about it. That's pretty good odds by the way.

You have seen the comments of most boxing fans so I guess you know who the favourite is.

So it's really up to you, there are bettors who loves to go to the underdog specially if the odds are very attractive. But if you are a fan of Tyson they definitely it's a good bet as someone has said that the odds are good. But you have to check the sport bookies, most of the time the odds are changing as the fight gets closer.
6656  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price to reach $17k? on: November 17, 2020, 09:07:03 PM
But we just had a correction from $16,500 to below $16k, so that $17k won't happen for now. And I believed if the rally continues, we might go as high as $18k but it didn't as another roadblock has hit at $16,500, another big mental barrier that we need to overcome. So we don't know how low can it go with this market correction, perhaps we will go back to $15,500 before another leg up.
yeah, seems that $16,5k will stay for some time, but we are again above $16k
it will be interesting to see what will happen until the new year, ATH seems to be out of reach, but could happen
Basically your analysis seem good to my hearing mate, $15.5k should be the bottom soon before the major bullish  set into the game again as the year get close-up, but the Bitcoin market these days can't be predicted as we have seen from the very few days of this month November, 2020. I have always said this, the market won't close bellow $15k this year, we should look for a great year into 2021 where another all time high are expected to set in through global adoption.

The roadblock has been cleared, and as I have said previous, $18k will be the target and it seems we are now back as the price is around $17,700 as we have seen a big push in the last 7-8 hours of trading. And yet we haven't seen the Asian market opening, it will be for another 2-3 hours, so it will be exciting to see if they can get past $18k or go as high as $18500 and then we will see what's going to happen after that price.
6657  Economy / Gambling / Re: Be Aware Phishing Roobet.com on: November 16, 2020, 11:22:55 PM
I can still see in using Brave Browser so it's not fully taken down. FF and Chrome though will give you that warning message. But this is a good catch, Roobet is one of the biggest and hottest online casino's right now so it makes it a target for this cyber criminals.
6658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: US stimulus package of $1,200 now worth $3,000 (Bitcoin store of value) on: November 16, 2020, 11:01:14 PM
Currently, the $1,200 stimulus package has yielded me another $1,000+, Bitcoin is the ultimate, am in love, yeah!. More rumors about the second stimulus package by Biden(US President elect) underway, this will definitely bullish the Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrencies, hope to see Biden(US President elect) executing this from the reserve.

Good for you mate, there has been a lot of noise since the first stimulus package, and there are a lot of people from social media who says that they put it in bitcoin and other investment instruments. And there was a big debate on it, others favour, but on the other hand, saying that putting it in bitcoin is a big risk. Anyhow, you have proven that it's worth the risk and I hope that you keep HODLing, we even haven't see a new all time high so there's a possibility that you can make a ton of money next year by just bitcoin sit in your wallet.
