6661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler was being robbed on: December 31, 2018, 03:01:02 PM
I also think that it was an inside job, someone who has an asset inside and outside the casino. Sending messages back and forth on who will be their target. It might be also a coincidence that the robber just targeted him knowing that foreigners do have money.

Its really convenient to gamble online and just use cryptos to avoid such incidents. I felt sorry for the guy.

I think it's gang members hanging around inside casinos sending messages to their associates outside in case someone is winning big.
Yeah possible, a syndicate that target winners.
6662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run?? on: December 31, 2018, 11:03:01 AM
Passing on the prediction and hope on 2019. We are near to new year and new hope that we can lean on. I dont want predict but I have one expectation that the market is likely to become better by next year.

I think everyone should look to the fundamentals instead of the daily price of bitcoin. Looking to the daily price will hurt your feelings if you are expecting something. The market wont get better within a day so good days will come gradually, hopefully by 2019.
6663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your New Year wish on: December 31, 2018, 09:18:16 AM
Dont include the day traders mostly those experienced ones. They know the drill and they can make money out the bear market, they just dont expose on how much they make and how happy they were when they bought heir favorite stuffs(coins).

I wish that the panic sellers will become lesser for this 2019. We're pretty sure that many learned from this year and can stand better for upcoming years.

Happy new year everyone!
6664  Economy / Exchanges / Re: This Increase in Price is good ? on: December 28, 2018, 10:22:53 PM
I also checked the market awhile ago and Im surprised to see that from $3600 it moved to $3900 which made my day great.

It isnt the sign that we are now in the bull run. We need to see more days to compare the stability that bitcoin is getting to that point. But we will be there at any moment, the condition is we dont have a clue when.
6665  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holders should get out if bitcoin falls under $3200 says bear trader on: December 28, 2018, 12:36:53 PM
It came from his mouth that the charts were beautiful. It is an indication that everyone should stand straight and dont let someone ruin their plan of action by staying and holding.

There is a possibility that it will go back to $3200 but dont listen to any mainstream news. When they tell you to sell, they are buying and when they tell you to buy, we should start selling.

6667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All bankers hate BTC, am I right? on: December 28, 2018, 09:43:31 AM
The bank itself might dont like bitcoin, cryptos and stuffs but the people who operates inside the bank has free will to like or dislike bitcoin.

Unless there is a policy that specific bank runs that liking bitcoin and stuffs would lead them to be fired. AFAIK, theres one financial institution that has this kind of rule. They may dislike it for now but they can reverse it afterwards.
6668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: about 80 coins on top 100 look good to buy on: December 28, 2018, 09:05:55 AM
Think clear and decide on what would be the coins you are investing thats included on top 100. Dont say that it is a good to invest with those coins but you dont have firm plan of execution.

As you said that you are looking to it everyday, I think you are very much aware of it that they replace each other quickly.

I have viewed video of the MMCrypto - a crypto youtubber from Germany and his guest was davinchij15, knows as crypto predictor from the ages. So, they talked much, but also they mentioned some altcoins with a good TA to buy. Go on youtube and check it.
davincij15 is a legend but the market is very volatile. You may take his advice but its not a financial advice.
6669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: rICO - an ICO where you can reclaim your ETH? on: December 27, 2018, 11:59:01 PM
That's an interesting and good idea for those ICO lovers but its not only about the dangers but its about the choice of the ICO developers. Do you think that they'll use a system like this though it can be implemented that will be unfavorable to them?

It's a matter of choice, if they decided to use this system/model then it should be good for the investors but as you said these investors can also pull out their money at the same time which isn't also good for the project. Seems like we can't really create a perfect system, like what I've learned on my studies that there's no perfect system.
6670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People with most bitcoins should be in their 20's by now on: December 27, 2018, 11:12:30 PM
I'm on the line of 20's so I can say that OP is correct that most bitcoin holders are from 20's - 30's. But its better to say that most of us are into 20's and above, not skipping the young at hearts.

And as for the alts, I think there are kids that are into it because of its "cheaper" price which the kids can easily avail it. And you know kids, they like to see thousands of numbers on their holdings rather than the quality of a coin.
6671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CPU Mining 2018? ??? on: December 27, 2018, 10:56:42 PM
For everyone who's been interested to mine through CPUs.

[CryptoNight] CPU mining guide & coins that will get you a return

The thread's last update was on August this year and look on how many coins you will be able to mine through that.
6672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Happy Holidays on: December 26, 2018, 07:59:31 AM
Happy holidays everyone!

Despite of the bad year so far, we still have to enjoy this special time to relax and spend time with our family.
All I wish this Christmas is to finally see a stable increase that will lead to a big recovery.

Everyone wants success but at this difficult times, we need to be strong to hold and wait for the right time so we can enjoy the value of our holdings.
I enjoyed the run for this year though its more of the time that I've been upset when I see the downfall. Taking time to enjoy with our families is much important for now but the market is important too but we need to take an off from it.

Waiting for the reversal and wishing everyone that the remaining holidays would be great and has probably removed all the stress that you absorbed from the market. 2019 will be a great year for the crypto community, agree?
6673  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: nice video about "crypto" :) on: December 26, 2018, 07:06:57 AM
Well I am sorry I don't click links to video that there was no description to what the video is all about what so ever attached to it at least to no if it's what even watching or if it would be offensive to some people
You don't have to worry about it.

That's just a youtube channel by "LifeAccordingToJimmy" and the video was titled - "Balcony Conversations - Bitcoin guy". This youtuber has over 3 million subscribers and the video alone got 1M views.
6674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Regulations are required for ICO & Bounties on: December 26, 2018, 06:43:53 AM
Leave this job to SEC. They are the one that "committee" you need to address first and they won't address the bounty thing but the project itself. Once the project is verified and confirmed by them, I'm sure that they will follow all the regulations and they won't scam even their bounty participants.

Crypto's are decentralized except those centralized, a gov't would step in to it just for the transactions and verification but including the bounties. I don't think they can do something with it if an unregistered project scams their participants.
6675  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: nice video about "crypto" :) on: December 26, 2018, 06:13:45 AM
Haha I watched that video before and its funny to watch it again.

That guy with the nasa shirt is representing those people that wanted to get rich quick with crypto's. They aren't okay with losses and all they think was crypto's and bitcoin is just an increasing pattern without any stop overs or corrections.

That "you just lost $2,000 in 60 seconds" haha it feels man, I can feel the pain!
6676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: December 26, 2018, 05:39:02 AM
Confirmed, Lakers won the game, what a game, Lakers, dominating the Warriors? First time.
Waaah. Thanks for spoiling, I'm about to post here if someone is watching it. Haha we've got a late telecast and I'm just watching the first quarter on its 4 minutes (20-20).

I don't even want to use google just to check the score but after reading this confirmation, I lost my excitement haha.

PS: I just woke up.

Congrats, yellow boiz!

Lol. It makes its more exciting to watch knowing that the game was won by Lakers already so no comeback from GSW this time.
I shouldn't check this thread for the update, I'm even the one who's exciting to inform everyone and ask if they are watching the game. Well, the other thing has happened. No longer excited so I have to end watching the game, the result is just more exciting to know rather than the game itself.

Expect that there will be a lot of memes on the web about this win from Lakers. Those who are doubting and making fun of Lebron, you see the guy proving himself whether he is or not on Lakers.

6678  Economy / Economics / Re: The market is looking healthy and greener all over again on: December 25, 2018, 10:20:15 PM
At present the market is not stable, the price of coins in the market is still not as before, I have not dared to invest, the possibility of the market will improve in 2020, in 2019 the price of coins in the market is still like this
How can you be sure of it that by 2019 the same scenario will be faced by the market? Others have been saying that 2019 is the time of redemption and recovery for the market instead of the same situation right now.

Hey cryptos market are never stable for long periods of time, their volatility is what makes them unique.
IMHO, this word "stable" is being used and become popular today and its pointing out the price for most who have been looking at the market. When someone says "the market isn't stable" it's mostly they have been looking at day to day charts.
6679  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to 2300$ on: December 25, 2018, 09:32:43 PM
That's undeniable that bitcoin's price can still go down as low as $2,300 but I think its trying to stabilize now @ $3,800. We will see if what you are saying is right.

Everyone is free to speculate the price of bitcoin and tell his own prediction. But opposed to the news applicable for 2019, most of them are positive and can impact the market positively.

By the summer of 2019 the price will reach 10,000 dollars
It can go as low as these predictions but it can also go up unexpectedly.
6680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many altcoins are actually worth something? on: December 25, 2018, 09:10:40 PM
Quality over quantity. You need to get the best coins instead of having hundreds of thousands or millions of cheap coins that aren't worth investing your money.

This is a misconception to the new investors there, you guys think that a cheap coin will make you rich so you are choosing those cheap coins that will pump somehow in the future. IMO, it's wrong to think that way.
