The ranks Legendary and Staff can still join the DiceBitco.in Signature Campaign. You will have to send them a PM to sign up.
6682  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone to buy me stuff from Silkroad - only place the order. on: September 08, 2014, 10:22:30 AM
Why you cant buy it in the shop?
Cigaretts is not illegal.
Cigarettes are often cheaper when you buy them from outside your own country. I save up to 50% if I order from Only.

Who forces them to answer us? They could just ignore us if there is too much questions, no need to disable chat.
Why can't we discuss with each others?
This is starting to seem very fishy to me Angry
I totally get that man and I agree that they shouldn't have done it, but that doesn't mean that I don't understand it. Ignoring a chat is a lot harder then you think. I left yesterday, but still kept checking what was going on.
6684  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceBitco.in | BE THE BANK ! | 1% House Edge | 7500+ BTC BANKROLL | INSTANT! on: September 08, 2014, 07:50:47 AM
Wow chat is removed and no reply there, genius move.
Well. I can understand that. People where spamming that chat, it's was going crazy in there. Constantly responding to the same question/bullshit isn't going to help them.
6685  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceBitco.in | BE THE BANK ! | 1% House Edge | 7500+ BTC BANKROLL | INSTANT! on: September 08, 2014, 07:30:23 AM
Is the exact date and time the malicious code went live known? I have over 175,000 bets with more than 60% falling in between Sept 4th and Sept 6th.

I am one of the accounts affected by this bug. Are the winning bets still not being paid out?
As far as I read it happened after the 28th of Augusts. I not sure though so don't take my word for it.

i still dont get this.
why is skipping nounce such a big issue? can't the dev just fix the code and get back to normal?
dice game is all random anyway.

now my coins is stuck in DB. withdrawal still not working..
Hot wallet is most likely empty. You will have to wait for DiceBitco.in to refill it.
6686  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceBitco.in | BE THE BANK ! | 1% House Edge | 7500+ BTC BANKROLL | INSTANT! on: September 08, 2014, 07:22:24 AM
I'm also interested in this. My understanding is that the refund to the rollers was to be done out of devs' pockets, while now it seems that somehow investors payed it, at least partially.
Not accusing anyone, but 100BTC down in profit in half a day seems strange.
How is that strange? A whale popped up, gambled lucky, withdrew. It has happened before and will happen again. Remember that whale (Nakowa/charlotte) on JD? He took a huge chunk out of the profit:

The address in question has a 0 balance (see here. It looks like .05 was transferred to one address (likely your personal address to claim the tip) and 4.9998 was sent to 1MuCGwYWCDJCQJy5aoJaGSDDriRt1F2BPm on 3/9/14 via TX 140688a73d67f4bbaf59c117c3df67f115984d40e70ba469f4f9c76932648082
Ah fuck. It should be in there, but I already know what happened. I have been using the new Electrum version (instead of the old 1.8.1) and there that address wasn't frozen (for some reason the new version didn't see it). I will send the 5BTC back to that address. Sorry for this. The 0.05BTC was indeed a tip for my service.

EDIT: The 5BTC has been send back to proof that I still have it. a5bcaa2da1c85c0b1649b36741dd0bf4fc61077bccd532a8b5a0a25d7ec25746

@bitcoininformation do you pay the enrolled users with the escrow funds ?  And also @dooglus ( I remember he has got ~10 btc escrow ).
I do not. The 5BTC will only be used if DiceBitco.in doesn't pay its signatuer campaing participants. Also, Dooglus has 5BTC just like me.
6688  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: September 08, 2014, 05:46:22 AM
Okay, I read up on that thread (thanks!) and it looks to me like the sig campaign hasn't been the issue, they're having problems with a possible hack or security breach and their bankroll.  Seems premature to put the sig campaign * up unless they actually missed a payday already.
That is exactly my reasoning. This is a "Signature overview"-topic and not a "Gambling overview"-topic, so I won't be adding an asterisk on their campaign yet. I have no reason to believe that they won't pay. This is, of course, my current opinion. It can change in the future.

Dicebitco.in (Thread)
Miscellaneous: Site is going through a major reputation crisis. Roughly 6,000 BTC has been withdrawn from the bankroll in the last 12 hours. There are accusations of cheating both users (gamblers) and investors. I would suggest adding an asterisk to the campaign and editing the description to reflect the credibility issues. Also can you please confirm that 5 BTC is still being held in escrow (preferably by providing the address funds are being held in).
I can confirm that I still hold those funds. You can check the signed message here.

Why are you blocking my messages and why did you neg. rate me? I haven't said anything to you in months (if you are the real deal).
6690  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [SELL] Cigarettes for $3-$4 per pack, shipped worldwide. Escrow accepted. on: September 08, 2014, 05:05:37 AM
Hey, I am not Only, but I have ordered a lot of times from him.

I am planning to buy some sigarettes in a few days Smiley

May I ask from what country you send them?
The package comes from Moldova.

And how long does it take before they arrive in the netherlands?
It takes around 4/5 days to arrive in The Netherlands.

And are the prices still the same as on the first post?
Yes.

It can happen and you shouldn't be to worried about it. Care to post the TX ID so that we can take a look?
6692  Economy / Auctions / Re: Advertise in the Signature Overview Thread [Round 1] on: September 07, 2014, 10:20:34 PM
Yay I won, when does it start, and how long do I have?
I would prefer to have it up as soon as possible. You get the ad for 10 days, so the longer you wait the shorter it will be shown. If that makes any sense, haha. I'm quite tired.
6693  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Need 20 cents paypal on: September 07, 2014, 10:18:48 PM
Why would you need 20 cents in your PayPal account? I don't get it.
6694  Economy / Auctions / Re: Advertise in the Signature Overview Thread [Round 1] on: September 07, 2014, 10:02:11 PM
The auction is over and williamj2543 has won! I will be contacting him right now.
6695  Economy / Auctions / Re: Advertise in the Signature Overview Thread [Round 1] on: September 07, 2014, 08:46:44 PM
It's 22.45 over here and the auction ends at 23.59. Get your bets in before it's too late!

None of this would've happened had they accepted dooglus' offer sheesh
Like I said in that very post, I wish they had accepted Dooglus' offer.
6697  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceBitco.in | BE THE BANK ! | 1% House Edge | 7500+ BTC BANKROLL | INSTANT! on: September 07, 2014, 06:47:35 PM
@bitcoininformation == @manl ?

I need to know. Fuckin cringing.
I am not manl and I will do whatever it takes to proof this. My only connection with DiceBitco.in is that I (and Dooglus) both have 5BTC (for a total of 10BTC) in escrow for their signature campaign. That's all.
6698  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceBitco.in | BE THE BANK ! | 1% House Edge | 7500+ BTC BANKROLL | INSTANT! on: September 07, 2014, 06:43:44 PM
I was sceptical of site when Dooglus offered a position in a multi-sig wallet / verifying the server seeds (something like that, I'm not technically minded) and the site owner DECLINED. Why would he have done that? The site's brand equity would have sky-rocketed! Now you have a site where no one will play... the damage is done, "bug" or not not.
They declined it because they wanted to stand on their own feet (which is understable in my opinion). However, I wish they had accepted Dooglus offer. It would makes things a lot easier right now.
6699  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceBitco.in | BE THE BANK ! | 1% House Edge | 7500+ BTC BANKROLL | INSTANT! on: September 07, 2014, 06:39:18 PM
How come they removed the capability to see your seed.Randomize and viewing seeds is now gone from the site.
It works just fine for me:

I have nothing to do with any posts regarding PRC in their chat room. PRC is still only run by me so not any staff or people paid by me.

However it was the PRC community that figured out this problem. The player finnile was noticing he lost too often and then Bazza helped him out and verified everything and discovered the fact that there was winning bets being skipped.
Finally, someone that talks with me in a normal fashion. I'm really glad to hear that you guys have nothing to do with the bullshit that is going on in the DiceBitco.in chatroom. I have read a few of the posts, but does it really happen with all winning bets? That seems really fishy and quite stupid to be honest. I mean if they pull of a scam like that, they wouldn't just skip winning nounces, right? Is there any proof that supports the statement that only winning nounces are skipped (since people keep stating that this is the case).

A quick statement by Wilco:
Quote
Wilco Sep 7, 2014 8:18:07 PM
I just checked my bets from the other day and the nonces are fine, how recent did this 'bug' happen James?
Wilco Sep 7, 2014 8:18:52 PM
Hmm all my nonces are fine for losing bets, let me check my winning ones brb.
It seems that the nounce skipping is a very recent bug or a random bug. Not sure what to think of it.
