6701  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: List open source exchange Bitcoin on: February 13, 2017, 12:19:42 PM
Big exchangers (Polo, Bittrex and others) haven't open source but you can find something that usying same technical principles with them (i mean main principles).
Bitsquare.io have opensource code (if i'm right).
6702  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to create bitcoin wallet in my store on: February 13, 2017, 12:14:01 PM
There two main ways: use side service for your store (Steam and BitGo) for example or create your own wallet for your store. First way is much easier than second, but for me second more truthfull and stable.
6703  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Sending BTC back on: February 13, 2017, 12:09:09 PM
Second way is much better. If i understand your goal right, you must know that in every blockchain wallet there some kind of reserved addreses (about 100) to which change come back. And it will be good to make the same system in your project.
If i didn't undertand your goal please specify it to me)

Thanks for responding. I added the explanation that one of the main points with #1 would that users can see how much I received., and not just trust my word on it. But the problem there then is of course that it exposes everyone. I think I will go with #2 anyway, as it is better for the users that want to be anonymous.

And yes, I know about the extra addresses generated. Going with #2, I'm not sure if I want to use Electrum. Would be a bit easier to use an online wallet. I mean, I prefer Electrum, but since I have to generate addresses per transaction it would be easier working with an online wallet. Unless.. I generated a bunch in Electrum and put those in the system to be given to users... could work I suppose... but not sure how good of an idea that is..

Here you can read about this tradition (i mean reserved addresses) - https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Change
It's question not also anonimity, but and system secure.
And there isn't need to create new address for every transaction. It will be better to have some number of reserved addresses in which change will be return.
6704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Weak / Narrow Blockchain AI on: February 12, 2017, 12:40:22 PM
You are quite right, fees are incentive for miners in typical cryptos, but here they also have other roles such as helping to manage the overall supply. If you remember Bitcoin before CORE took over, fees were optional so what i am suggesting is not too radical, it's just a different approach to the issue. Fess in Oracle, can be high, moderate or even go down to zero. The thing is the fee rate is part of consensus, thus across the network, the fee is the same, miners cannot discriminate transactions since they all have the same fee per kb.

I think it's very bad idea. Don't forget that this system failed in bitcoin. This system is good for ordinary customer but not good for miner.

I disagree with you when it comes to the reward issue, firstly the purpose of mining is not to reward the miners. Actually the purpose of mining is processing of transactions and securing the chain by producing subsequent blocks. Miners are simply paid to do this. The money supply control mechanism in most coins is actually the "halving" concept. in our case, we want strict control of money supply so that it makes sense and reflects current financial conditions. This means that if there is a slump or boom IRL
the chain will reflect this. The way i am setting up the network is such that there is little reliance on mining, since PoS (which is less resource intensive) is available.

You need not worry about this AI taking over the worls. It is not a GAI it is a NAI.

Thanks for coming in the thread and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Yes, but reward helps to encourage miners work. If you know, now mining (in bitcoin) can't exists without reward and commissions (electricity and mining devices very expensive for now). How do you make miners to mine without reward? Noone will want to do it and just spend their money and time.
6705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: February 12, 2017, 12:33:57 PM
OMG I was too late for the distribution Sad I hope that their will be the third contribution for me to join. I am fucking retarded. There were too many opportunities for me to join but I am too dumb to realize. Byteball is awesome. I think this coin will be listed in top 10 coin of 2017

Don't worry about second round. In this round were contributed only 1.6 % of all coins. First round (10 %) was more awesome  Smiley But it will be good to attach your BTC address to byte faster, 'cause i heard that soon this opportunity will be over.

6707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DASH Masternode legality on: February 12, 2017, 11:51:46 AM
If DASH drops privacy from their transactions and follows AML/KYC more strongly in the future then I feel that a large advantage of DASH over other forms of electronic payment will have been removed.

What if i will say to you that DASH for now not good for anonimity for now? Their new anonime system which says that anonimity is nor mandatory for all (you are able don't mix your coins in your wallet) sucks against Monero and Zcash.
6708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LSK] Lisk | Blockchain Application Platform for JavaScript Developers on: February 12, 2017, 11:16:32 AM
isnt there a search tool to find a deligate so we can vote on ip or name.. that should help me to find the deligates faster..

Here you can find all information - https://forum.lisk.io/viewforum.php?f=6&sid=99d716ab3cea42e43438dcf8e548b6d2
Also here is something https://telegram.me/LiskDelegates

I have one advice to you: before asking something at first try to find this by yourself. It's very good habit to make something by your own brain.
6709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: February 12, 2017, 11:13:25 AM
WCT is the cream, I can't believe people are selling them below a 5-1 ratio, they should be at 10-1!

Really? It is normal that dumpers will sell their tokens at the very start of trading and sharks will buy. But the interesting part is what will happen then dump goes to the end. I expect that the price of WCT will skyrocket. I may be wrong.
I agree with you in that statement. 'Cause we can see same situation in all big (ICO i mean) alt like Lisk, Wawes and some others. But for me Wawes looks like more promising project than LISK (but also not very good as Byteball for example)
6710  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: complemantary currencies and bitcoin on: February 12, 2017, 11:07:45 AM
Dude, believe to me. it's bad idea. Cryptocurrency very hard to understanding for ordinary customer. It has too much disadvantages (in eyes of ordinary people of course) against fiat money.
I think it depends on how you convey the information to them. Perhaps the main problem is not in the difficulty of understanding cryptocurrencies, I think the biggest problem is that most people do not know the basics of economics. If you try to explain the technology by bringing knowledge from these two fields, then these people may have a better understanding of this.

Econimics? Maybe you mean technical issues? Cryptocurrency is very hard for understanding, because there many difficult terms like "public key", "private key", "seed", "blockchain" and others. Most of my friends (25-30 years old) can't understand it. What to talk about elder people?
I remember many national altcoins like Aurora. And they all have died.
Ordinary people don't have need in it.
That is why I said that it is necessary to bring knowledge from the two fields, cryptocurrencies and economics. This means that it is necessary to explain how Bitcoin works, but it is necessary to explain also how Bitcoin plays its role in the economy, and to understand it people need to learn at least the basics of economics.

Dude, where do you living? In which country? In rich countries people don't want to learn something new only in one reason - they already living good and rich. In poor countries people don't have time (they working 24/7) and money to use bitcoin and altcoins. Sad but true.
Noone needs btc and crypto (exept civiliztion trash like rogues, anarchists, freaks and others)
6711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is officially dead on: February 12, 2017, 11:02:53 AM
Now i see all. In every thread about Litecoin comes many adepts of this coin (which want only one thing - sell their "greatest" coin faster and with bigger profit). They can't in arguments and facts they just shout about "great and bright future" of dying Lite. Like in many others shitcoins before  Smiley
The future of Litecoin comes from a very secure network, fast transaction times. It won't be dead for a while.

Next time Bitcoin is pumped, right before it happens, you will notice a large buy of Litecoin; because Litecoin is the solution for moving LARGE funds on a secure and trusted network. Adding SW and LN to its protocol is the next big step in securing more utilization by the people that seemed to think the likes of those other coins could get the job done easier.

Be be be  Tongue
Every of this can be launching and usying on Bitcoin or other altcoins. (and bitcoin clones).
Also i don't see fast transactions and secure network in Litecoin. Less block time don't equal faster transaction time.

Actually it does, 6 confirms in as few as 15 minutes as opposed to 60 minutes?

I can no longer be bothered by the lack of logic of the posters in this thread. Good Day!

You're right only in one case - when this two coins are in same conditions with mining pools, hashrate, difficulty and other things (connected with mining). Also, please, don't forget that this block time is average time. It can be faster or longer)

Most coins which added only to Yobit - it's shitfull scam. Also if this altcoin also have an ICO on Yobit  Grin Many of them don't have discussion bracnh on this forum. Fast scam, nothing more.

You confuse full understanding of something with ability to use it with no problem. Do you know how various electronic devices works? Can you fix your car?
Users, don't have to know every technical detail of tools they are using. You can be full fledged bitcoin user without knowing what public key is and how it is paired with public key.

As for the local Scottish currency issued by private individuals. I don't find it a good idea. In worst case scenario it will be closed like Liberty Dollar was.

I know basic principles of electronic devices and cars. And it much more easy than bitcoin basic principles. Some people can't accept one (and main) statement that there aren't any "wallets". Bitcoin wallets it's just a transaction which don't spend for now. (frozen in time transaction).
For my (some part of them) friends it's some kind of mindf*ck.
6715  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A very simple blockchain explorer. on: February 11, 2017, 10:41:54 AM
Hmmm, I will necessarily learn this blockexplorer more attentively. There is many interesting functions in it, i hope everything works fine and correct.

But it will be good to add some more functions like hashrate of the chain (maybe also make options "depend by country" ).

Thanks.

Can you explain more about what you mean by "hashrate of the chain"? I have a page that shows you the difficulty: http://learnmeabitcoin.com/browser/node/difficulty/ - are you looking for something different?

By "depend by country", do you mean something like showing the time based on a country's timezone (and not just GMT)?

Here - https://blockchain.info/ru/charts/hash-rate . It's not a difficulty as you see. It's statistic about how many mining pools (or mining devices) used in bitcoin chain. (can be used for assessment in mining)
Depend by country - depend hashrate by country ) But i think it's very hard to do, maybe impossible.

6716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins with SegWit support on: February 11, 2017, 10:31:16 AM

Segwit also fixes the transaction malleability problem and makes advanced functions like Atomic cross-chain trading and payment channels with instant payments (Lightning Network) way easier to implement. So in my opinion, it's a step towards the future of cryptocurrency.

As i know, transaction malleability problem was fixed after BIP66 at 2015.
Segwit it's just one of the ways which trying to solve one of the hardest bitcoin problem - scaling (and some others little problems). Another way it's hardfork with block increasing.
a hard fork for bitcoin is no good idea it will end like ethereum with 2 coins and if not all devs are on the hard fork side that new chain will have a volume like alts. to have segwit on alts now seems like a testnet for bitcoin.

Hmm, maybe i will agree with that statement. Hard fork needs really homogeneous community opinion (about some problem). And in problem of bitcoin scaling we don't have that thing. Maybe softfork will be more relevant here.

Delay are normal in Good Projects. everything should be checked thoroughly before it goes live. ARK is a good project. we find Fudders in every project, But what we should do is Ignore them. they will go away when they stop getting attention..

Lol what? "Delay are normal in Good Projects" ? Sorry, but i can't agree with you in this statement. Ark developers must test and check their network before starting ICO. And after-ico period must be only with organization and commercial monets.
Byteball don't have such delays 'cause it's good project. I can't say the same about ARK
6719  Local / Трейдеры / Re: Теханализ и не только on: February 11, 2017, 09:59:01 AM

It makes more funny and funny.  Waiting for new coin "StopStopTrumpCoin"  Grin
I don't like 5 % premine (it's too much for my mind) and if we will see blockexplorer we can see that there only two miners (i think it's pools). Not so good.
