and hodl is the best way to get a good profit in crypto investments
If you already decided to go on long term, hodling will be your best option and if you are not good in trading but you never want to get out of the market then do it.
But there are people that are good in day trading, scalping or any kind of strategy that allows them to sell within a specific period of time.
6702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 17, 2019, 03:32:47 AM
Its too early to predict right now but one thing is for sure for me, if this duo will sync the whole season they can be a NBA Finals contender.

They are very close last season, but this season there's a lot of teams to beat in the West, they need to beat the Warriors, Clippers, and the Lakers if they want to be in the finals and if they can do that, I think it's almost guaranteed that they will have the NBA championship.
Warriors doesn't have Kevin Durant and Iguodala anymore but I don't think that they became weaker just because of that.
They still have the shot to take back their glory for this season but what's interesting now, everyone seems to increase their strength through trades and adding more superstars.
But they still have the original splash brothers, Warriors with steve kerr coaching is a very good team, probably still a team to beat.
I just hope this time they will be fully healthy and the new addition which is D'Angelo Russell would grow in the Warriors team.
They are an experience team with young players, I can't doubt their potential.
That's their edge, they have the experience with many finals game and I don't think that they became dry now with the transfers that were against them.
Yes, they still have Coach Kerr and other notable players which built up the original Warriors team. Still a team to watch for but the feeling would be different now because we used to watch the team with KD.

By The way, this is MintMe

and this is Webchain

Best regards...

Never heard of these exchanges and don't have any interest of visiting the sites.

Apart from Binance, I've been using Kucoin, forkdelta, Mercatox, Houbi and Bittrex. I have no complain with this exchanges, I don't experience any issue with them like withdrawal delayed.
Huobi and Kucoin looks decent and they are also emerging in the market. The interest of the traders are also being transferred to these exchanges, bittrex is still good as before.

If it is never heard more than likely the volume is still low. But I won't try an exchange that I have no idea of. The chance of losing your coins is very likely in this exchange. Just my thoughts though.  Wink
Yes, volume is likely to be low otherwise it has no volume. I haven't checked those exchanges as I've said so I don't know in which between they are with having low volume or no volume. And it's a good caution to not deposit a lot of amount or better not at all if you are in doubt of the exchanges being suggested to you.

More time they spend but as long as they are happy with what they are doing then its good Smiley. More time = pro player + more salary for them Cheesy.

Are you sure we only need 8+ hours to become expert in esports ? I do not think any can become an expert in only 8-10 hours.
It may take many days, weeks or months when a player can become perfect.
I've said that in my post before yours that it's impossible to get into the pro-scene by just playing 8 hours in total of your lifetime career. Pro e-sports has been dedicating most of their time and 8 hours is their daily dose.
8 hours everyday just to practice and to become better so it's either they just mistold that it's 8 hours of daily dose or they really were saying that it's just about 8 hours to become pro.
Mate, what kind of life is that for one to spend 8 hours of his or her time a day on game just to simply become a pro, is that the only game that we have in the whole world, I doubt if there will be any serious family person that will do that even if the goal is to make money, and the money we are even talking about is not something that is certain because anything gambling and betting is just a pure game of luck.

The only people you will mostly find doing this are people that does not have work to do or serving anyone, or students that are still in school, and even as a student, the only time he can spare is a time for holidays. I am going to take out time one day to really be sure that esport requires up to 8 hours playing it.
I guess you are not really into e-sports huh? to give you an idea and example you may want to watch and search about success stories of teams and players of Dota 2 and CS:GO. In reality, there really are professional e-sports players and I understand that there are people that are not aware of it and still can't believe that it's now a daily job and a career that can make a living out of it.
For people that doesn't watch too much news nor being updated on latest tech trends will missed out Esports popularity.

There are lots of true story of players on youtube which the thing you have said was right where even those people do make a living
with just playing some games on their entire life. Grin
Yeah that's why I'm telling him to watch those success stories of those teams that came from nothing to glory. If that's not enough, the media is also aware on how much this industry has.

6708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy Monero then Hold? on: July 16, 2019, 09:27:55 PM
I wouldn't buy Monero as a speculative asset, I would buy Monero to use it...
But you can buy as both of it. Same as bitcoin, monero is a good coin to buy. One of the best privacy coin ever.

I might prefer bitcoin compared to current monero. well, although this suggestion is quite good, but I see that the increase in the price of bitcoin always starts earlier than the others.
It's incomparable to bitcoin and liquidity for both coins are way too different. I'd obviously get bitcoin first but won't ignore on how good monero is.
6709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Elixxir work? on: July 16, 2019, 09:04:05 PM
I'll wait for the official launch before buying or trying it. This project seems to be one of the most worth note taking project to monitor but for now that's all I have to say since it's on alpha.
6710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sero Going Crazy? on: July 16, 2019, 08:34:18 PM
I don't know much about this coin but looking at its price, it's more than the price you have given OP.
$.35 is the price, not knowing that this coin has been into different exchanges. Are there investors there that has this coin and bought while it's on the cheap price?
Investors who buy when IEO gets a very cheap price, this is very crazy 35x from the IEO price Shocked The Gate.io IEO is always a success beyond the binance launchpad, I think this is something we all need to find out
I'm not following this market but it's giving me more interesting insight now after seeing this huge increase that it made.
But not still confident that these increase will be likely to lasts for a long time because we're currently experiencing the sudden dip which everyone should take note that this is very applicable to every coin not just to sero.
6711  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: New Hardware Wallet VIPER Developed By Stakenet - Thoughts? on: July 16, 2019, 08:10:07 PM
More hardware wallets would give people a bunch of choice but I would wait for a security expert to further check and give his opinion about this.
Just like what ledger had before to develop and strengthen their security measures. But now, I'm okay and satisfied with my nano s.
6712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO & IEO at the same time possible? on: July 16, 2019, 07:48:01 PM
Hello Marian, ICO is almost dead and investors are already hopping to the new popular investment in projects and that is through IEO.
The purpose of IEO and ICO is to get sales so whether you conduct both, I don't think that it's going to be effective though possible.

Can i spread the total supply for fundraising and use half of it for an IEO and the other one for an ICO ?
Not well versed with this but I think it's possible.
6713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market movements in early July. on: July 16, 2019, 07:28:03 PM
Everyone is free to move or transfer the value of your crypto portfolio into fiat or stable coins. I have a guess on what's the possible cause of this massive breakout but I've seen no news about that idea on my idea.
There's manipulation that we already knew happening since from the past. I thought we're breaking out of $11k and will be followed by an uplifting recover but it didn't.
6714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP (a stable coin for 2 years?) 0.25$ to 0.45$ on: July 15, 2019, 08:18:33 PM
I haven't invested to XRP but I did noticed the same thing when someone has pointed it out on a social media page. No offense to the holders but I think that it's going to be difficult for this coin to reach back to its all time high.
Its easy to a centralized coin to hype their coin, if the company moves to pump this coin again for sure FOMO will appear and that makes this coin more expensive again and after that big dump will start to happen again. I never tried to invest on XRP since after hitting the peak because I know there will be a hard time for this coin to go up again, and that is what happening right now, hodlers should have more patience.
Yes I'm aware that centralized coin can do that but so far it has been one of the few coins that hasn't never moved that much.
Unlike other altcoins that had moved nicely, I have seen XRP not moving along with the other popular coins although it's also a popular.
6715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin's future. on: July 15, 2019, 07:40:36 PM
The more new coins that are present in the crypto market, will certainly enliven the crypto world. My question is how do you look at the future of the altcoin, with fairly tight competition. Will it affect the price of old altcoins, such as Ethereum, XRP and others.
The more coins, the more distribution of total market cap instead of just focusing with at least few altcoins or just to bitcoin.
Yes, the price will be affected to be real just like what's happening for now. The price are going down and it can be found to almost every altcoin that's in the present now.
6716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 15, 2019, 06:44:41 PM
Everyone seems to think that Lakers will be heavy favorites this season and even if you look at the sportsbooks you see that the second best odds behind clippers is Lakers. Do you guys really think that they would be that good? I mean I know they have Lebron and AD but they had Lebron last year too and didn't even make it to playoffs, so now we put AD on top of it so of course they will become better but second best team in the league type of good? Does getting AD make a team "not playoff worthy" to "second best team" all of a sudden?

AD played on Pelicans as well and they were not that good, so 2 players who are definitely good but couldn't make their teams that good getting together makes them second best team? I feel like they would be more like 4th best team on western conference let alone the whole league.
Most of the sportsbook do that and AFAIK last year Lebron came in to Lakers and the season has already started so it means that he didn't started with the team from the beginning.
It's a big name that has been added to the roster so expect that there will be the same treatment just like what happened last year.

6718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will there be physical casinos operating with cryptos in the future? on: July 15, 2019, 04:41:16 PM
Using crypto directly to their games? I think for now it won't but we don't know what's the possible cause in the future. I agree that it can be used to purchase credits or sort of coins for their gamblers but it won't be able to gamble directly.
Although I've seen people on social medias posting and looking for people who has bitcoin and they told that it will be used for gambling on a physical casino. I didn't have the chance to know the whole story on how and why they are looking for that.
6719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think a "winning mindset" can get you what you want while gambling? on: July 15, 2019, 03:53:43 PM
Yes, its true and its better to have a winning mindset being positive is always a better than to be a negative mind.
Having a winning mindset will change you emotional but it still doesn't guarantee you a win.
Yes, negative mind will bring you down but still it won't define you as a loser by having a negative mind. Sometimes it's also good to help you to stop if you're already having too much positivity which you can't control anymore.
6720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Now I know why eSports prize pools go over millions of dollars! on: July 15, 2019, 03:12:03 PM
I have played some eSports games already and the players spend more than 8 hours playing just to be a pro player. Yes the money they got is way higher compare to a regular employee but the time they spend is longer. Overall, it is worth it because you can be popular around the world and at the same time get a huge salary.

I'm pretty sure it takes more than 8 hours to be a pro player man!
It's more like players are honing their skills from since they were kids in order to reach a pro level.
