6701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: September 10, 2018, 05:26:36 AM
My strategy has now changed when it comes to me winning. I used to take 50% of the profits made and buy different Altcoins but now that the market has come down a lot I have decided to now use 70% of the profits I make and put that into the top 10 cryptocurrencies as they are the ones that will most likely do well once the market starts to turn around. The other 30% I keep for myself but sometimes I put it back in to build my bankroll.
I think this is a great idea, especially that now the market is down. Probably more people would come in and take advantage of this. I'm going to be that person too. Grab it while I still can.

Biggest part of my winnings goes back to my members...

What part of a group are you talking about? What kind of members do you have?
6702  Economy / Economics / Re: Why lot of countries do not allow to use Crpto? on: September 10, 2018, 03:09:12 AM
Reasons may vary but in my opinion it is mostly because they see economical threat in crypto, that's the main problem obviously, crypto is also not ready yet to be broadly applied.
I agree with your first case where it could be somewhat an economical threat towards a country’s economy but towards the crypto not being ready to be broadly applied, it’s not right. In view of the fact that it is already being applied to some countries and being accepted as a form of payment which translates to currency.
6703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beginner's Luck on: September 10, 2018, 02:56:48 AM
I haven't experienced beginners luck and I don't believe that it exists. It's only something experienced players like to use to explain losing against someone new to the game. They blame it on this beginners luck but it by no means makes their loss smaller or less noticeable. Sometimes a beginner loses all money and sometimes he wins, games are random, there's no beginner this or that.
Well, we allhave encountered gambling for the first time,  so what happened? Because when the first time I played in a land-based casino, I won twice the amount that I got so it is pretty nice bet but what happened  after is not what we like to happen. I gambled it all away.
6704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: September 10, 2018, 02:41:07 AM
Especially on country that banned gambling completely, it makes gambling portrayed negative. Also the bad effect of gambling is more bigger than the positive one.
Even to those countries that didn't banned gambling, some of the communities there are portraying gambling as negative and will bring bad luck to their family if one of their family member is doing the same thing.

I've heard a lot of tales and stories about it but I forgot where did the origin of those came from. But this is part of the culture, like in our society there are people who are pro into something and there are anti's so we can't really please everyone.
For sure, everyone here have heard their own positive and negative stories about gambling and have spread towards everyone. But the tendency of people to remember the negative one is greater compared to the positive one. It’s likely more impactful compared to the positive event. It’s mostly like that. Probably, it’s one of the factors towards the outlook of gambling.
6705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which casino game gives you the best odds of winning? on: September 10, 2018, 02:21:09 AM
In your opinion, which casino games do you think will give you the best odds of winning? I have always favored the Roulette table's dozens, columns and colored bets to cover a lot of numbers with a few wagers. Blackjack is OK also. I think that Slots gives you the worst odds which probably explains why a large chunk of a casino's profits is from the slot machines.

"In your opinion"? I do not think anyone's opinion would be relevant. You can just google and get the mathematical outcome of each casino game Smiley Opinions are irrelevant, in my opinion Wink
Probably she/he might be talking about the experience of different games but I agree with you with the mathematical outcome with different types of casino games. Having experiences very good towards the outcome or probably a strategy that you are going to imply when currently doing it.
6706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: September 10, 2018, 01:47:01 AM
I've just moved on my daily life, I did not gamble again with my earnings.
So you just forget that you won and just let it be? Exciting life. lol. Probably you are rich and just doesn't want to gamble anymore because you know you don't need to. Haha. Congratulations, I feel like you recently won. (If you gambled)
Lol I think that is a smart choice and fortunately, you are not affected by addictions because most gamblers use that profit to gamble
again and again, so that in the end they don't get anything or even loss lol.
It is definitely the smart choice knowing that you wouldn’t risk more than you already have and with an additional profit that you gained with winning. I think we all should be satisfied with that and be happy with what you already have. But for me gambling is entertainment, testing the waters and checking out How much good math help in the situation.

If you keep playing just to win it will never happen and all those who want to make money and that is why they are playing will end up losing a lot of money . So it is better that if you lose you just quit the gambling for the day or enjoy the game without taking much tension of losing.

I think that’s the general rule with regards to gambling because if you continue and gamble more, the higher the chance you lose more money just because of the chance and the house advantage towards the player. I agree that you should just take a break like a day after either losing or winning.
6708  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world? on: September 10, 2018, 12:45:47 AM
Everywhere you can find cryptocurrency topic especially ICO projects are doing well on the marketing through social media like facebook, twitter, reddit, linked, youtube and etc. Celebrities, influential individuals and high ranking government officials are talking about cryptocurrency and that is why i think cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world. Do you agree with me? Even haters help cryptocurrency to be known all over the world so let just leave the haters then.

I absolutely agree! Because of the last year hit of bitcoin, many people are now talking about it and planning to engage in it. There are now a lot of people who talk about bitcoin or other coins all over the places in fact, some of them are in the young stage. Due to the features that bitcoin have, it makes it popular in just a snap.
Probably the reason why it's still not currently high like last time because people have no money yet to invest, but during the late year, probably it would start to boom back up and that's my opinion of it. I think a lot of people would adopt more in the coming years.
6709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: September 10, 2018, 12:36:21 AM
I do not think lebron can even come close to kobe bryant, dude had 5 championships with lakers and carried a lakers team with luke walton and smush parker and kwame brown to playoffs all by himself. Kobe never had a decent team to play with aside from his championship and finals years, he played with horrible players during the in between years.

Lebron is coming to lakers after he got old and won his rings and now it is purely business and nothing to do with basketball, he can still make a lot of money from playing which is the only reason he is still playing because he already started to make more money from his business deals.

Totally agree. I respect LeBron whole a lot but he's nothing close to Kobe and LA deal is all about money (which is okay..).
I think it's not all about the money because there are higher offers to LeBron with other teams. What I heard was his children would be studying in LA, so it's an opportunity for them to stay there, probably until he retires or something.
6710  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ Bitvest.io - Plinko Sig. Campaign ★☆★ (Member-Hero Accepted) on: September 10, 2018, 12:24:19 AM
Why are you guys keep stay stilll if the campaign already 9 week that unable to make the payment.
For me personally if the campaign already not paid for week 1 or 2, better to stay away.

I'm sorry if I'm asking noob question but I just don't understand why ?

If the participants of this compaign wants to collect as much money as possible they will simply switch to another compaign since 777 and bitvest aren't paying that much comparing to the others in addition to the frequent delays.
Personally, I am just posting as usual and I don't mind getting a reward for that. The reward will come soon or later and I am not on hurry, in case the compaign will shut down, I believe lightlord and Lutpin will inform us. I think many users share same thoughts.
Cheers.
I'm one of the users who is in the campaign and shares the same thought. It is really a bonus that you get to post and have a reward at the same time. It's just like that and it's not all about the BTC that can be collected for me, it's not a "job" being a signature campaign participant. It shouldn't be treated as a source consistent source of income in my opinion.
6711  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to lose weight? on: September 09, 2018, 11:22:54 PM
Exercise is the key along with the right diet plan. And of course, discipline!!! Set a target or desired weight for yourself. Once you have that, motivate yourself each day that you need to achieve your desired weight. Also, you need to cut off sweets and junk food. Cheat days are good but you still shouldn’t spoil yourself, learn to have self control.
6712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: September 08, 2018, 10:33:09 AM
I choose about 1 to 3 hours. because sometimes playing with low capital for a long time can be an option. in addition to providing a safe advantage gambling in a way that can anticipate a large loss and if let say its bad luck day it can become aware that the possibility of loss also exists.

yes, I think it is better to not stay at the gambling games if we don't want to lose all the money we have and I agree with you because we need to have that money for the next day if we still want to play gambling. besides that, like you say, we need to prevent a big loss that might happen in our game so we need to have a limit in time and money so we can quit the game directly. and if we can do this, I am sure that we can avoid getting a big loss if we only use the small money to place the bet.
If you continue to play with a lot of money, then you could definitely lose it all. Whatever it takes, you should set up limits. If you want to gamble, it's best just to have a budget and receive your winnings and accept losses. Do not be greedy and you will see the progress you are going to make. You will still have the chance of losing whether it's a small amount or not.
Playing with small or big money I think will be the same and that is a choice, if you want to get good and big profits, then playing with more or more big money I think is the solution, because if you play with little money but want big profits, then the potential to get it is very difficult. Gambling does not need to take a lot of time, play calmly by just playing in your spare time and when you feel calm, and then you can continue later on between your routines every day.
That makes sense to but you should know that you are going to risk bigger money compared to just small amounts but that’s still Depends on the player. It’s exciting and worst feeling if ever you win or you lose because That’s just how gambling is and you can never have sureness in it. Maybe gambling could destroy your calmness. Lol
6713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not play games online instead of gambling? on: September 08, 2018, 05:57:02 AM
People have their own preferences though. You can'y tell someone who enjoys the simplicity of baccarrat to just play dota2 right? These aren't the same things and gamblers and gamers don't have the same interests all the time

You have a point but I think he is just saying that gamblers can still gamble or bet on games like Dota 2 or LoL not play it directly. You can't just cover up your adddictiveness to gambling just by playing online games.

I guess gambling or betting on online games will be better but I think you should know the game entirely since you can just bet blindly right? Also, professional gamers are a becoming a demand now and I think it is better to be adaptive to this state.

Well you can even bet your dota2 items or csgo items on some gambling sites. The gambling site can automatically convert your dota2/csgo items into dollar to bet.

But I dont think that all of the gamblers also plays Csgo or Dota 2, so they can't bet any items there. I do play those two but I dont usually use my items to gamble, I use it on the game.

I gambled on DotaLounge one time and that is a regret. I bet my rare item and I will be getting 2 mythical items. There is a possibility if that team winning though I still lost. I know that rare items these days is cheap but that is a waste.
That is where I gambled to when I was active towards items that have value in the title. It’s fun to see how games could give a lot of value we just have to take advantage of it. It’s sad that you lost your rare items but I think it would still regain it and the fast Way to do it is by gambling.  Cool

I see. There is still a part of the amount of cryptocurrency that is already distributed. Hindi ko pa naisip yun and parang nakakita nga ko ng mga bounties na may mga nagrereklamo. Wala daw bayad etc. I think it's better to research well, katulad lang ng sinabi mo. Ayos, nakatulong din 'to sakin kahit papano, hindi ko pa din kasi masyado nag try mag invest. Wala pa ko masyadong alam.
6716  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best life lesson you learned on: September 07, 2018, 06:06:51 AM
It is loving the people who you are close with. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. The deceased can never return. So while they’re still alive and kicking, you need to spend every tender moment you can with them because life is too short. You’ll never know when you will say your last good bye. Make peace with someone, forgive and forget, love even if you think they cannot be loved and live the life you deserve.
6717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino Question on: September 07, 2018, 03:45:23 AM

You would be surprised from the informations i have then Wink

If you know the admins very well you can get these sort of Informations.
Hmm. What kind of information do you have? I want to be surprised too. Lol
6718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: September 07, 2018, 03:32:45 AM
I think the problem in gambling is different from trading, indeed we can also earn money and indeed we can also get risk, but from the other side why gambling can be called negative, because in the risk of gambling is very large if it already addicts the point is gambling is full of emotion and if indeed can not be overcome it can be fatal, the effect will lose all the money and assets that belong to him
It's all common sense in that part but once the addict is triggered, there's nothing more you could do but just try to help them but if not, they wouldn't do anything. It's up to them on doing what they think it's right. Not everything is about money but spending it in a way which is not that practical.
