6722  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Loan Default - theyoungmillionaire u=1180530 on: March 22, 2020, 08:46:14 AM
Hi DireWolfM14,

Ive been in contact a long time ago with TYM and I know his affiliation on GCC project. He did invited me before to join their activity to learn and earn on their business but I did refuse as my priority is of different course. I admire him, due to his outstanding performance in posting here, but with the said issue of loan default. I would like to help a bit with some information I know. Weve been in contact two years ago with the Facebook account his using but now (deactivated). Its just sad that this guy went ghost for this default loan. Many has admired him on our local community (including me) and look forward to his achievement. I am not sure whether he got rekt on his business or been sick or any reason for his absence. But the mere fact that he turn down his social account, and leaving our Filipino group on telegram, means he is evading and avoiding such payment. I know you will be making necessary action for this. We do hope that you can still recover what you have lost. Below are some info hope can help.

Contacts or any proof that might help you reach him

He informed me a long time before his from Abra, Northen Province of Philippiens but migrated to Masbate, part of Visayas Region, Philippines. This info can help you identified his whereabout by looking into details if necessary.

https://www.facebook.com/The.Young.Millionaires.Team/videos/1811217755605964/
Group on Facebook. As what mentioned by @Maus0728

Based on this video, and the personal pictures/photos he send me thru messenger. I think this is the TYM real looks. Similar, but his name is hard to know if valid or just an alias unless, confirm on Philippines Statistic Association.

Can anyone give information on distinct things tym has said or done that might build up a finger-print or profile?  I see some people have touched on spelling as a possible area of focus.
I have few photos or personal pictures scraped from our discussion before (around 2018) on chat app, also his name used on Facebook but likewise, this is hard to prove unless done some verification on PSA, NBI, or any agency on the Philippines.

NOTE: for OP, I can send to you the pictures in PM, if you need it @DireWolfM14 for validation and used as evidence for recovering your funds (cant post here the photos as these are sensitive to post here and still respect his identity and privacy)

But for the meantime, I guess everyone should give him time to open up to clear things here. I just so sad that one of the best User on our Local fall on this kind of situation. I do hope he clears his name and paid you but if not and really make an exit scam then I truly sorry for that.  Sad

What makes you add koinpro bounty campaign? I can't find details about the team and it's another crypto exchange too
What's wrong with adding a project that is an exchange type? Yeah not having a team profile is a pretty red flag but there cases project is good with a team anonymity as long as they are dealing with their client and users nicely. I went on their telegram, the admins are approachable and just by reading their response I can tell they are serious. How about exolic exchange? There is no team display too but there are many participants on their campaign joined also handled by a reputable manager. So this is case to case basis IMO. If you dont want to join, then its your choice as Im not forcing you. Consider this list as initiative if you cant appreciate feel free to go to other bounty list provider. Some will ask for dime, but for me its free.
6724  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How the fake exchange traps newbies. on: March 21, 2020, 04:19:05 PM
Ive got a pm before on telegram asking for help. Of course I was suspicious about his inquiry regarding withdrawing his fund on an particular exchange which is unfamiliar. He was offering me to withdraw his 1.5btc and gonna give me 0.2btc commissioned due to the reason that he is from country that has been banned for crypto trading. The task is simple, I should create an account on that exchange then he will transfer the btc to my address deposit. I will withdraw then give to him via normal btc wallet. Well I already got a hint of scam works. But I just ride with it. Of course this is tempting. I just said to him that sorry, if its known exchange such Binance or Kucoin will make a deal but if you insist that exchange no thanks. (forgot the exchange) It same process on what OP explained but the difference is I didnt come to the point where I need to deposit, cause I alreay smell something fishy..

Good OP, others should be aware of this. I didnt post my experience since I dont screenshot the evidence and our discussion.

Not unless you are hodling Bitcoin still at a gain I wouldn't say that they are one of the wiser bunch of people in the crypto market. If you are hodling Bitcion in your portfolio at a loss now it only means that you are stuck with Bitcoin and have lose the opportunity to profit or at least short it before the bloodbath started, they are close to panic sellers who really don't have any strategies left but to hodly since they don't have any exit plans in place in times like this.

I did put brave to describe how scary to convert into fiat right now. Yes I did have some bitcoin but I am aiming for a good profits, and even Im at loss there is no point to sell right? It doeant mean I dont have much strategy cause sometime the best move limits you to the only one and thats holding. I dont care, If Im not able to gains with this bloodbath,  I have contingency budget for the locked down but of course I cant say until when since the tragedy doesnt end yet.

OP said insure is listed on some exchanges but coingecko says it's listed on STEX only and the 24hrs trading volume is just few thousands of dollars e.g 3-4k at 0.01$, would have been better if token is going to other better exchanges
Hello, its listed on CMC so its easy to find out where are the exchanges of this token. Sometimes, we can just click some words on Google and our problems solve already and no need to jump here and complained to me. Ive cheched it, then it was listed on three exchange markets:

1. STEX
2. VINDAX
3. CREX24

Guys insure (SURE) is listed on vindax but unfortunately today I saw news that they delist the token because of lack of trading volume
Ops I didnt get that memo, thanks for updating since CMC probably wouldnt remove data of exchange for the tokens since they list it. Cause Ive just checked its still there. Maybe they will remove it some other time.
6732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Hawaii Launch program for usage of Digital Currency on: March 20, 2020, 01:42:58 PM
It's alway good to see some country to open up and embrace digital currency. I like the news where Hawaii's initiative to look for project specifically legit and has a good reputation to tie up with their consumers and community to apply digital currency on their product and services.

They are indeed looking on the bright side knowing they are a branch of US country which we all knew strict on cryptocurrency implementation but here are they opening up. They are calling this initiative Digital Currency Innovation Labs

Companies who are selected will be carefully reviewed to ensure that Hawaii’s consumers are protected, with participating companies demonstrating that they have the essential capital, financial and technical expertise to conduct business in the State.

Companies would be indeed submit for this, and I think one should be apply here is ethereum as known for their smart contract advantages which can be used easily and integrated within. In addition to what State of Hawaii requires all necessary traits. I can vouch for bitcoin but who is the team will do it for them. Well do hope they pick only those major projects that can sustain the direct needs of their State.

Note:
I'll delete nonsense post that dont add knowledge to the topic.
6733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Blockchain Help the Automobile Sector to Extend its Wings. on: March 20, 2020, 01:26:19 PM
Can blockchain help the company to achieve its goals?
Not entirely solved but blockchain can improve their system in so many different ways:

  • Can easily track operation cost and expenditure on their supply of car automotive parts.
  • Record and audit all cashflows in their entire network which isnt can be done fast but with the help of blockchain can make expedite approach in systematic database.
  • Not necessary but I think a cool one, can help crypto enthusiasts availing cars through blockchain payments and derivatives; especially BTC payment.

Thanks for asking. If not enough I can add specific use case for car industry. Not so good in cars but Ive love them like I love bitcoin.
6734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non-transferable ETH tokens? on: March 20, 2020, 11:35:33 AM
The idea isnt bad. But I'm not sure how this will be implemented by ethereum network with that highly restrict transaction. Maybe if there is a new platform that can solve the complexity of the idea into easier way to deploy then there is no problem.

For example:
New Platform will issue total supply of 5million, which they will divide into interested parties let say Burger king with 100k tokens that only be avail through them. Then the Platform will facilitate the transaction made by the Burger King to limit or restrict it to only buyers of the tokens. Anyway, this will be hard but interesting. Nice idea OP.
6735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some casino gambling tips. on: March 20, 2020, 11:26:13 AM
I also heard that Casinos were forced to stop their operations until further notice by the government.  And it won't let you get in a physical Casino. Online Casino is the only option you might have but please control your budget.
Yeah and Im thinking it will extend a little bit more due to growing cases of corona virus. Doing an online casino is our choice, but technically I am more agreed with OP, I like casinos as ambiance boosted the entertainment and highly appreciated.

Although we play online, it doesn't mean those games not legitimate. Instead, online gambling has no problem to play in this situation since we don't need to go anywhere. Just access the site and you can enjoy the games.  Wink
He didnt mentioned its not legit but he just feel more legit if his playing with live action casinos. But for the current situation, I think online gambling casino will be more useful as this time many establishment have been closed already.
6736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: March 20, 2020, 11:18:10 AM
The main problem with this bounty company is its duration.  If even Bounty Hunters can come to terms with the provision of passport data, then risking their time for six months is quite risky.  Very often, Hunters do not receive remuneration in other projects

For me time is important. Its okay if the campaign is same with Gold Stablecoin campaign that pays a token with value. That is more assurance, but this one have a long term process and that eats too much time without any payment. In addition to the KYC implementation, worse comes to worse, you worked hard then someone can use your information as you do their KYC. So lets crossed out that campaign as a candidate to be list here for now.
6737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading by Italian Banks on: March 20, 2020, 11:06:39 AM
Good news but bad timing. Considering that the Italian government has decided to extend the lock down, there are a lot of uncertainties with jobs and especially health.
Correct.

Im not sure why they roll it now, after so much damages and casualties has been reported and happened. Crypto can help on avoiding such contact to those many people by means of using its online services. They should implemented it earlier to avoid such causes, but anyway good thing is now they implemented it and can help to add addtional option to usage of availing goods and services.
6738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What You Should Know About Cryptocurrency Taxation on: March 20, 2020, 10:56:15 AM
If this happens it will ruin what crypto is all about, decentralized crypto shouldn't be taxed, coins like ripple and other centralized coins can be taxed, that's what I expect, government can't tax what they can't control
There are few countries on the list that even Bitcoin has been taxed which was explained according to on their revised guidelines. For example in US, but thats their protocol. There are few quite in some EU countries too, but Ive noticed that there are no guidelines specified in Asian countries.

As long as it's not unfair taxes. If you don't create problems that deserve taxing, use government or anyone things, why would they tax you unless it's voluntary taxation or something?

You should probably be careful how and where you use your coins so you don't get taxed too much.
So means as long the usage of the crypto isnt that major such as use to transfer fund from an external wallet to your bank doesnt need any taxation? Having a reason thats your profit on trading? Taxation is quite broad and I am still with confusion regarding this. In my coutry taxation on crypto hasnt been implemented yet so I guess were lucky? But fees were incorporated during using some platform for using crypto. Is that enough?
