Forcing many rules and sanctions aren't the best way to solve things imo.
I support having a sticky topic containing advices, encouraging the use of template/format but not forcing the use of GOOGLE report format for example...
1 post per user per topic (bounties) that will be edited whenever necessary. But you cannot ask members to not post applications in a bitcointalk topic while you don't offer them an alternative, third party ones should remain optional but encouraged.
Holding the funds by an escrow or a manager was requested before even in signature campaigns AFAIK but it wasn't considered.
Many rules and one color topics remained me of communism

I mean... It could happen.
It depends of the scale of the infection tho. If a player was infected outside of the stadium, most likely he will be excluded for 2-3 weeks or more. At the opposite if a horizontal transmission is spotted between players of the same team which can affect that team performance, or between +2 teams then this could definitely be a reason to hold everything again and of course cancel the Liga... |

Some small teams already started a small sessions of training like SPAL.
Inter Juve Lazio should start on 06/05.
Yes teams started training group of ~6 players with ~20m distance between each player for some teams, but full group training, which is important, will not be possible before 18 May. Overall it is good as a start and hopefully by June resuming games will be possible! |

Nothing official yet but it may be possible to begin training in the third week in May and games in the middle of June + playing in half stadium only. They are waiting directives from prime minister.. SkySport |

I don't know what's the relation between your post and the economic section but I recommend to contact the Google/YouTube team to recover your videos, although it may be difficult to recover 16 years old one?.
If the videos were very important then normally you stored it somewhere in CD or USB disc? Re-upload it if that was the case...

So if these questions were left as they were, the hackers could have used them to attack accounts, so Theymos disabled the feature.

After agonising research in the past, the best solution i opted in mobile was UC Browser (+3 years tho?). There is a scale option whenever i zoom in or out. It may look awkward the first days but once you get used to it, things gonna be ok. I just use it for bitcointalk and it is safe.

The saddest part about all this recent development of cancellation of other leagues is that, the clubs that were leading the table aren't been declared champions, what's the fate of Liverpool then, will the premier league follow the footsteps of other leagues?.

My guess still stands on this season getting cancelled for the EPL, if it all goes to the worst. But that will also depend on the decisions from the 3 other top leagues (Bundesliga, Seria A and La Liga) which i already feel can easily get cancelled as there were no clear-cut league leaders. If Bundesliga, Seria A and La Liga got cancelled, there is no way EPL would maintain course. I do hope the Liverpool Fans' dreams do come true thou. With all respect to all leagues around the world but I can't compare Belgian, Dutch or even French leagues to EPL, Serie A, La Liga +/- Bundesliga. This may influence the decision to resume or not games but if one of the major leagues is cancelled then it will have a huge impact. Still hoping to see EPL resume... |

So to sustain the current mining profitability, the price has to double as the reward will be halved. But if large number of miners go out of the business - no one will escape the suffering! Expect increase in fees and longer waiting time as an immediate result of upcoming halving.
Like every halving there will be casualties. Small miners will stop their activities. Immediate price rise is unlikely to happen and even if it did, it will be less than the double tho, so yes mining fees risk to increase from now on and in the next upcoming years it will be harder for miners. |

Basically this is what happened these days.
The Prime minister set the green light for the 18th of May for team training.
Papers are trash and created clickbait articles to get money for the hype generated from a possible restart.
The president of Seria A sent the protocol of what they want to do to play football with every possible security precaution to the minister of Sports.
The minister of Sports said, "this is not good enough".
The president of Seria A is working on a new protocol to be ready for the 18th of May.

Step-by-step, slowly, but it will happens eventually. With a nice decrease in the number of new cases and deaths by coronavirus, resuming training then games will be a matter of time, ~month! |

I was watching worldmeter and seeing charts almost every day. What we can notice is the decrease in the number of new cases compared to the previous weeks in many countries.
Social distancing and wearing masks were essential to help reducing the propagation and it is now time to reopen progressively and prudently the economy.
