PSG has successfully get Vitinha from Porto with 40 millions euro and he was officially announced to the public yesterday and Vitinha will get long term duration contract 5 years until 2027 this is good for PSG because they really need new player on midfield position and he can be good choice as the substitute of Idrissa Gueye or Marco Verratti especially last season he is one of the key player who help Porto get Portugal league title
Well, hopefully Vitinha can really contribute to PSG because even though he's one of the good Porto players, he's not that great at making goals and assists. Because for the central midfield position of course it would be better to have a good collection of assists, but not for Vitinha and moreover Ligue 1 will certainly be more difficult. I personally can't expect too much with statistics like this, but let's look forward to his performance next season with PSG.

But I believe a player who has left and then came back at a different time, the game will be different and it won't be the same as it was before the player left, neither is lukaku. I don't expect much from the 29-year-old, because Inter still have Martinez who is definitely more reliable. Dzeko can still believe in Inter's forward line, so I don't think Lukaku's arrival will affect Inter Milan too much, plus the news that Dybala will join Inter. Inter will be even more confident with the trio of martinez, dzeko and dybala.
Lukaku is still the same player but has just arrived in a different season after previously leaving for Chelsea. If actually Inter don't need him up front, then I don't think Inter will want to borrow him from Chelsea this season. So it is reasonable to think that Lukaku will remain the player who is expected to contribute to Inter's success this season in Serie A even though Martinez, Dzeko and the rest of the strikers can still be relied on.

There is no guarantee that Lukaku, who has previously failed about his expectations at Chelsea, will also fail at Inter this season. So keep thinking positive even though this is just an endless discussion.
Are you serious Dzeko is still reliable? Dzeko is currently 36 and even though Dzeko has a good statistical record but still, old players will not be completely reliable. Besides being prone to injury, usually older players will only be figures to make the team get better motivation and also, if Inter recall Lukaku then of course Dzeko will be a substitute player which seems impossible for Inter to start Dzeko as a starter in every match.
6743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inherited gambling on: July 03, 2022, 03:52:33 PM
According to my perception i don’t think it’s anything genetic. Suppose, gambling is legalized in a family that means someone in the particular family can gamble freely, then it is very simple for any child born in that family to grow up and become addicted to gambling. There are many people whose parents or family members do not gamble but one of the persons of that family become addicted to gambling. So I would never call it inheritance. I would blame it only on his environment where gambling is used normally.
Yes, because inheritance occurs when parents give something whatever it is to children with the message conveyed, but gambling is different. They or their parents play gambling, then the children see and then imitate the gambling activity itself, which means that there is no inheritance whatsoever and there is no genetic gambling. This case is purely an activity that occurs in the surrounding environment so that children do it too, and therefore I agree that gambling that grows in a family is not inherited and also not genetic.

I see in some media barcelona have to spend at least $35 million to get Raphinha
Besides that, with Barcelona's plans to sign Lewandowski and some other star issues, Barcelona's chances of signing Raphinha are very slim. And barcelona are not the only ones interested in Raphinha so I think leed united will charge a pretty high price

What happened in one year, Barcelona's financial situation fixed? What did I miss? They couldn't even sign Messi last year and now all of a sudden they can spend 40-50 million on Lewa and 35 million to Raphinha? I'm not sure if Raphinha worth 35 million Euro or if he's the ideal signing for Barca but I know Barca need to sell some players before making big transfers. If they sell Frenkie de Jong for a good price these transfers also can happen. Laporta said he doesn't want to sell De Jong so this makes the situation even more confusing.
But fortunately Barcelona is currently the same case as Lewandowski, reportedly Raphinha also really wants to play for Barcelona and even the offer submitted by Chelsea can be said to have been rejected by Raphinha. Instead of moving to Chelsea Raphinha said it would be better to stay at Leeds and wait for Barcelona's finances to recover at least until next winter, I'm just amazing they are not pegged or tempted by money because they are willing to be patient to be able to play for Barcelona.
6745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin dump have any impact on gamblers ? on: July 03, 2022, 01:51:05 PM
Basically, if the gambler has won and then the profits are still kept, then of course the decline in the price of bitcoin has a very bad impact. But if gamblers are just starting out at prices that are indeed on a downturn, I think they'll still be fine if they just gamble not for a quick profit. Unless the gambler is targeting to get a quick profit when the bitcoin price is down, then of course this is not the right thing to do.
Withdrawing in a rush. It could happen for those who just earned their money thru bonuses. Like one player who did a faucet and somehow got lucky and made it 100x the amount. They will be the one affected by this sudden dump in the Bitcoin price.
But for old users, this is nothing. They can keep their money in a gambling site and just play through avoiding the low exchange rate while they are still enjoying the game. I think the answer depends on the situation especially if someone badly need to withdraw it for emergency purposes.
But if he only wins through bonuses then I don't think it will be a problem either because after all, he doesn't spend a lot of capital to gamble because he relies on the faucet in question. Withdrawing immediately will still make him profit even if the bitcoin price is down, unless he gambles with personal money and then wins but unfortunately, at the same time the price is down then his winnings don't mean much although there may still be profits to be pocketed.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10974807/Chelsea-Manchester-City-nearing-agreement-Raheem-Sterling.html

Chelsea are closing in on a deal for Raheem Sterling now. It is going to be for 45 million pounds as it seems. We have been hearing about Chelsea's interest for a long time and they might be really finishing this now. It would be nice to see Chelsea starting with this kind of good transfers after their transfer ban is gone. Sterling can increase the productivity of the team very much. It must be feeling bad for Barcelona to see the players who they have been interested in being sold to other teams.

Chelsea have been involved with Sterling for a long time and will do their best to include him in the team. But we'll see if it's worth paying such a high price.
Maybe there are better options, but the efficiency can be high in transfers made within the Premier League, the player will not have a period of getting used to the league Smiley
Sterling is still at a good age so the price I think is still worth it, it would be very good for Sterling to play at Chelsea because their coach has proven to be a great coach just like Pep. Also, I personally don't know if there are rumors about Barcelona's interest in Sterling because of the prevailing and very strong rumors that I got, Sterling has always been linked with Chelsea and not Barcelona. There is actually another player who is being linked with Chelsea at the moment and that is Neymar, if these rumors are also true then Chelsea will definitely get better and it won't be easy for Manchester City and Liverpool in the title race.
6747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 02, 2022, 04:48:20 PM
It is the decision of Dortmund management to make money by selling the star players it has, so it seems difficult to change this tradition.
Therefore, it is not surprising that in the end Dortmund struggled to win trophies, because almost every season they sell their star players.
This has been one of the most reason they usually finds it difficult to achieve trophy, and probably end seasons without trophy. The last time they probably won the Bundesliga title was in the year 2011, and . Therefore, the management have to understand that selling out majority of their star players is really affecting the club performance.
They have to change their tradition, if only they want to start winning trophies.
The tradition shows that Dortmund has no target to win trophies and also, this Dortmund team is like an academy where star players grow up to make profit for the club not for achievement. Because if Dortmund is serious about winning the title then every star player they have will certainly not be sold, because a team that is serious about winning trophies then they will keep these players and provide many benefits and one of them is about increasing salaries, but unfortunately Dortmund don't apply that.

It's really difficult if they gamble because there are descendants or parents deliberately gamble near their children, these habits will certainly form in the children themselves to grow up in the gambling environment. Such a case will be very difficult to control in the usual way, because the usual way to control gambling comes from oneself. Well, if the case is that the child lives in a strong environment in gambling, then there is no other way to deal with it except with an expert or something like a place where they will be guided to avoid or eliminate the gambling habit they experience.
6749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 02, 2022, 02:56:05 PM
According to early reports, Neymar's transfer speculation was sparked by Brazilian's negative reaction to Nasser Al-Khelaifi's comments. Reportedly, Al-Khelaifi said, "A possible departure of Neymar this summer? What I can tell you is that we expect all players to do a lot more than last season. A lot more! They must all be 100%. Obviously, we weren't good enough to go far."

It is clear to everyone that this message was addressed to Neymar. As the English media reports, Chelsea's new owners have already begun negotiations with Neymar for a transfer. The new owners have enough money for transfers and will do everything possible to further strengthen their team. Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel managed Neymar at PSG for three seasons, so he knows all of his strengths and weaknesses very well. In addition, the "blues" have no permanent left-winger, so Neymar would have virtually no competition there!

Are you sure about this? Maybe it was addressed to Messi who, after his transfer, had the worst season of his career? There are rumors that PSG want to get rid of both Neymar and Messi already, but I would not be sure about Messi since he is part of the promotional campaign for the World Cup held in Qatar. Perhaps after the tournament he will be sold, but not before.
I think it's hard to admit that Neymar and Messi's performances have dropped, because if that's the case I'm sure PSG won't hesitate to sell players. In this case, it seems that Neymar is the only one who gets this treatment and also, some sources say the main problem is about the amount of salary so that Neymar is no longer needed by PSG for next season. Because for me, Neymar's performance is still good but if PSG no longer need him because of his declining performance then that is a good reason to go on loan or sell him. Just can't imagine them confidently making a long-term contract for Neymar with a lot of money, but after Mbappe got a new contract Neymar seems to be no longer respected.

Actually in this case there is no reason for Ronaldo to leave especially for Roma.
Even though it's the worst possibility now that Ronaldo has moved from MU, it's clear that his choice is not Roma.
The reason is quite clear, he wants to gain experience and doesn't want to be separated from the Champions League and Roma certainly can't do that so why would he leave if he still can't be in the Champions League.
If Ronaldo leaves for Roma (although chances are slim ) he might not be too worried about playing in the champions league. He might be yarning for a different adventure in the Seria A. So far Ronaldo has achieved a lot that one more season of not lifting the CL trophy might not mean much to him. He could have something bigger he is hoping to achieve with José Mourinho. Perhaps if Ronaldo remains in united he won't still play in the champions league
Lol, if Ronaldo moves to Roma it doesn't mean anything, if the target is just to play then it would be better to stay at Manchester United because Roma and Manchester United are neither part of the Champions League next season. Ronaldo became uncomfortable at Manchester United for not getting into the Champions League and also, previously Ronaldo had revealed that Ronaldo's return to Manchester United was to compete on the title track not to compete in the middle of the table. Therefore, if the expression is like that then moving to Roma is not the best way because it is only a setback for Ronaldo.
A Ronaldo I know he always keeps his word, yes he is responsible for paying for what he said when he joined Manchester United. Even though he couldn't make it happen at least he helped the club for it. But judging by now Ronaldo will still stay at Manchester United. I think it proves that he will still be in the city of Manchester.
Basically Ronaldo has always had ambitions for an achievement and therefore, currently Ronlado is not comfortable at Manchester United because he does not have the chance to excel in the highest European tournament. In addition, there is a recent rumor that Ronaldo is rumored to be moving to Bayern Munich or to Chelsea, even though it's just a rumor but considering the current conditions and situation I think it might happen. But yes, if Ronaldo will stay at Manchester United it is also possible and I just look at the reality, because Ronaldo has always been ambitious about an achievement and there is no chance at Manchester United at the moment.

I think Benzema has given an incredible performance despite his age. Of course, as he ages, his value will decrease a little more each season and his performance will not be the same as before. But I still think it can be successful for a few more years.
Of course they have to make a few useful transfers to the team, that way they can't be the best team in the world Smiley

Benzema keep priority as regular player for Real Madrid although he ages old and become senior player, I think he has incredible performance last season with top scorer not only La Liga but also on UEFA Champion League give credit points for him become priority central forward for next season. I think not only success with top scorer in La Liga but also Karim Benzema keep dominance on top assist standing were he made 12 assist. Looks not worry for Madrid fans with left chance to get Mbappe because Karim Benzema still enough I think not only for scoring goals but also he can create assist.
But it would be better if yesterday Real Madrid succeeded in signing Mbappe, because failing to sign Haaland and Mbappe then Real Madrid will now rely on Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior as long-term players. But actually, Real Madrid have a lot of young players up front, it's just that apart from these two names they still haven't got playing time. So yes, I think with the existing squad if Real Madrid can build the team in a great way, then Real Madrid will still be fine as time goes by because they have players with good regeneration.

It's really good news that Salah is staying at Liverpool. I think Liverpool will have a performance next year that will excite many. Even though there are those who left the team, many stars who are still among the best players in the world are in this team and their goal will be to become the champion. Players like Salah make a lot of money, but the most important thing for the team to have a good season is that these players are in the team Smiley

It would have been a stronger Liverpool if they hadn't lost Mane.  Liverpool developed very well on the offensive line with Darwin Nunez.  Moreover, with Salah and Mane, this offensive line might have been the best in the world.  They could not keep Mane in the team and lost blood.  I hope Liverpool doesn't look for his absence next year.
Nunez, Diaz and Salah and other players at Liverpool are players with high fighting power, these players are not spoiled in matches which of course make Liverpool's attack power in the new season very dangerous. However, at this moment Salah is the player with Liverpool's highest paid salary and because of that, Liverpool did not hesitate this time to be able to build a better team. I am sure, Liverpool's struggle this time will be very great and I am looking forward to how Manchester City and Liverpool will compete next season. Because if I consider the transfer they did was an extraordinary transfer, of course they will be more serious about winning more titles next season.

If Liverpool insist on signing Jude Bellingham then this will be the club's most expensive transfer or a record-breaking most expensive transfer, I personally consider it still possible to happen. Although indeed, Jude Bellingham himself is still under contract with Dortmund until June 2025, this may be one big obstacle. But if Liverpool really have the money to sign him then why not, because Liverpool at least still has the profits from the sales of Sadio Mane and Takumi Minamino.
@hahay irrespective of the odds and the rumours I believe that he won’t leave Dortmund in a World Cup year, because if he transfers now and gets limited playing time then he’ll drop out of the World Cup squad, hence I expect that he’ll stay put for this season. However next year I expect many teams to target him, and I wouldn’t be surprised if all top 6 teams in premier league ended up targeting him.
Regarding his position for a place in the world cup or in the national team I don't think it would matter if he moved, because Jude Bellingham is proving to be a talented young player. Even today it is not only Liverpool who have an interest in Jude Bellingham, there are still Real Madrid and Chelsea who are also interested in Jude Bellingham. The reason is, Dortmund itself still doesn't want to release Jude Bellingham because of course Dortmund still really need him. Liverpool and Real Madrid clearly want Jude Bellingham because their midfielders are old, therefore signing Jude Bellingham is their target to make him a player who will replace the old players in their squad.
6755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 01, 2022, 04:58:02 PM
According to media claims, Mohammed Salah signed a new contract with Liverpool worth £350,000 per week. They did a good job keeping him in the team. A second loss after Mane would have been too heavy. If they had lost both star players at the same time, they could have faced intense protests after the poor results in the league. At least they managed to keep Mohamed Salah in the team and thwarted potential fan pressure. I will continue to enjoy watching Mohammed Salah in Liverpool. That's good news. Smiley
It would be too hypocritical for Liverpool not to keep someone who is playing very well, and it is safe to say that Mohammed Salah is their key player. Of course they will think many times to let go of this one player who has given color to their game. And this Premier League Mohammed Salah is one of the best players in my opinion.
Happy with the decision but next we will see how Firmino develops at Liverpool, because it is said Firmino will be a way for Liverpool to bring in Rabiot from Juventus. At first I only realized that Juventus wanted Firmino but the fact is, it was Liverpool who proposed a barter for Rabiot with Firmino. Previously where Firmino seemed to be so respected at Liverpool and with news of such a transaction, I just didn't expect Liverpool to actually do this to get Rabiot and currently Liverpool are reportedly still waiting for an answer from Juventus.

Do you believe Lewandowski will succeed in restoring Barcelona's prestige?
Barcelona's financial condition is in trouble. It would be great if Barca looked for another striker. But for a business because of Lewandowski's big name, I don't think it's a problem for Barcelona to buy him at a high price.

Just like most people think, I agree that Lewandowski will be a great signing for Barcelona. A personal concern I have is that will he be able to fit in with their style of play, and in the La Liga? He's a striker just like Zlatan Ibrahimović and and David villa. These are both great players but we know that they didn't perform at their peak while they were at Barcelona. Infact it wasn't injury what drove them out it was basically because they just didn't fit in at Barcelona and in the La Liga. This is the same fear I have for Lewandowski. He might perform below expectation. And be forced to leave for free.
The risk of Lewandowski playing below expectations in my opinion is small, yes there is a possibility, I can't deny that. But if a player has very high ambitions for one club, he definitely gives everything he can. Because if you see Lewandowski's desire to join Barcelona, it is very passionate. That's a plus for him in my opinion.
Exactly, there is actually no compulsion for Lewandowski to join Barcelona, because the ambitious is Lewandowski himself who really wants to play for Barcelona before retiring. With such reasons, then of course Lewandowski will quickly adapt himself and his style of play at Barcelona. Also, even though Barcelona are in a difficult situation financially but the fact that they are still trying to get Lewandowski to the Camp Nou, I personally have no doubts about it.

6758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: July 01, 2022, 01:24:08 PM
There are a few teams missing out. Russia and Italy are missing from UEFA, Chile from CONMEBOL and Nigeria from the CAF. Unfortunately world cup only have 32 slots and one or two of the best teams miss out during qualification every time. Anyway, the chances will be lower for 2026 edition, as the number of participants is going up from 32 to 48. But the increase is mostly coming from AFC and CAF, so we may still witness a few of the good teams from Europe and South America failing to qualify for the main tournament.

I think it's better when a couple of strong teams miss the tournament due to the high level of competition than when the tournament turns into a huge number of meaningless games (due to a large difference in the teams' classes) and interesting games can only be expected in the 1/4 finals. Even in the current tournament, the group stage will not be very interesting, and in the next one everything will be much worse.
I think the world cup event will always be interesting even though sometimes the big teams or the top teams are absent at this moment, but there are still many other top teams that make the world cup event always interesting. The absence of one or two seeded teams does not mean that the world cup will be unattractive, because this is an event every four years and becomes a biennial event which will of course always be an event to look forward to. Because with an event like this there will also be a lot of talented players popping up although indeed, when we idolize a team that is not part of the world cup, then at least it will be boring but in the end we will still watch the game.

Barcelona are trying to interfere Chelsea's deal to sign Raphinha now. They are rumoured to be ready to offer an amount like 70 million euros to sign him. However I wonder how they will be able to afford Raphinha and Lewandowski both at the same time. Because they will have to pay more than 100 million to sign them both. A team that are having financial issues shouldn't be able to spend this much money. Maybe they are relying on the Frenkie de Jong transfer to Manchester United from which they are likely to get 65 million fee directly.

It's not a problem for Barcelona to bring in Raphinha and Lewandowski, apart from their plans to sell de Jong to Manchester, reportedly they get €267 million from television rights. With this large funds, they were even able to bring in other players besides Raphinha and Lewandowski. moreover like you said they would get €65m selling de Jong. If Barcelona manage to sign Raphinha and Lewandowski, La Liga next season is likely to be even more interesting.
Barcelona have been trying hard to whiten their finances and one way they did it was by selling their television rights and for now it has been very effective.
I have no doubt that Barcelona will be able to buy both players at the same time, the issue of Lewandowski's transfer has not been realized because of the unsuitable agreement between Barcelona and Bayern.
Raphinha and Lewandowski are certainly high-quality players and are very likely to be able to help Barcelona improve their performance next season.
But after Barcelona made his offer, Raphinha immediately stated that he liked Barcelona, this factor became a strong supporter that Barcelona might get Raphinha. Because we know, not only Chelsea and Arsenal who have an interest in recruiting Raphinha, but there are still teams like Manchester United and Liverpool who are also monitoring. In the case of Lewandowski and Raphinha, Barcelona seems to benefit because players are more interested in joining Barcelona, this is certainly very profitable for Barcelona itself because there is already player interest in the club. Next, we just have to wait for Barcelona's efforts to make this transaction happen, because if Barcelona actually gets fresh funds from broadcasting rights, then of course this transaction will be completed soon.

I don't think that Jude Bellingham is leaving Dortmund anytime soon. I mean I believe he won't be allowed to leave as long as a team show up and pay the fee in his release clause. However it is more than 100 million euros and I have big doubts about whether any team would be willing to go for it still. Liverpool have been a rumoured team with him in the recent times but I expect this to stay as rumours. It hasn't been much time they signed Darwin Nunez for 75 million. Maybe they wouldn't like to pay more than 100 million for one player now.
If Liverpool insist on signing Jude Bellingham then this will be the club's most expensive transfer or a record-breaking most expensive transfer, I personally consider it still possible to happen.
