6741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Start a Gambling Site on: October 19, 2015, 06:08:36 PM
Is it still profitable to start a gambling site? Or is the market already saturated?
What do you think is the most profitable gambling site to create?

Its not too late.. you can still start it/. but the main thing is you must have creative mind and must provide something extra in your site which others are providing,.. why would somebody leave their fav site and come to yours? there must be a reason.. and you must find that

It looks like this has been stated multiple times by people on this thread.. I think the main question that's being asked, mainly by Harpua, is that how would one act on that idea, with no coding capabilities.

Personally I'd think going to a legit online gambling site maker and asking them if they would want to go in on your idea would be the best bet imo.. I wouldn't try sneaking around laws.

you don't need to know anything about coding. you just need to have a "good" "new" "idea" then you can hire somebody who does the coding for you.

the hard part is the idea, the coding can be done by anybody and it is easy and also not that expensive.

6743  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the safest way to store Bitcoins? on: October 19, 2015, 05:58:57 PM
paper wallet is the best option if you ask me. but it is safe as long as you create it on a safe PC with a safe code (app).
but if you want to be able to spend those cold stored bitcoins without having to sweep the paper wallet, you should use a wallet like electrum on an offline PC.
6744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to earn at least $1 in BTC per hour? on: October 19, 2015, 05:51:05 PM
Of course there is, many people earn 1BTC per hour, Not 1USD.
I love your answer. Can you show me the way, or at least share some tips how to be one of these highly established individuals?
Of course if your way is a legal and honest way, and not another ponzi scam or something.
1 btc per hour? Maybe for someone running a gambling website but for a normal person i don't think so...
Waiting for your answer mistermoney show us how to earn even 0.1 btc/hour

even gambling site owners can not earn 1 botcoin per hour. he probably made a joke and trying to be sarcastic which is hard in typing mode.
if you can earn 1BTC per hour you can be a millionaire in a month!
6745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin's logo color be gold, and not orange? on: October 19, 2015, 05:34:30 PM
i think gold would look good for the bitcoin logo and also what jeffthebaker mentioned about color "gold" was interesting. but i think the orange background is sort of standardized now and it would be hard to change it. we are all used to it by now.
6746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin better that fiat? on: October 17, 2015, 02:48:18 PM
the best feature of bitcoin for me is decentralization. it is global and doesn't belong to any government so nobody can stop my money and i have total control.

on top of that bitcoin transactions offer the lowest transaction fees which is pretty awesome that i can send money practically free.
6747  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: October 17, 2015, 02:42:30 PM
I would sell my bitcoins if price goes over $100000, i have much patience and strong believe in great future.
its Imposiblle dude, many people who post here just brag
Impossible bitcoin price will be as high as it

yeah, that price is just not possible. even 10,000 is not easy to reach.

but anyways, nobody can resist not selling their bitcoin for that long. i assure you that even if the price could go as high as 100K USD he would sell at 1/150 of the price and be done with it.
6748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you earn a lot of free bitcoins fast? on: October 17, 2015, 02:16:30 PM
Survey sites adds up quickly try those

this is the first time i hear somebody suggest surveys to earn money!!

how much do they pay? as far as i have tried they never pay anything in the end after completing the survey and asking for a lot of personal information and never pay out. but spam the hell out of your inbox.
6749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: October 17, 2015, 02:10:27 PM
i think it is partly because of ignorance and partly because of fear.

the ignorance because they don't see the potential of bitcoin and how it can change our lives and the fear because of the unstable market and the big swing arounds.
6750  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gemini's launch and impact on Bitcoin price on: October 09, 2015, 05:17:19 AM
Gemini is just an exchange service. it can not have that big a effect on bitcoin price just by starting their service. it seems to be legit and with the license in NY but i don't see any of these a reason for price of bitcoin going up.
it goes up if they decide to pull a gox Smiley
6751  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sh¡t is about to go down on: October 09, 2015, 04:57:35 AM
price need stabilizing, but increasing slowly is nice.

as much as i would love to see another big spike in price which will lead to big profits for my investments in bitcoin, i would much love to see a slow but steady growth.
i think it is better to see price go up a little bit every week rather seeing a huge pump followed up by bigger dumps.
6752  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is your Advice for a new Bitcoiner? on: October 09, 2015, 04:51:43 AM
the best advice that i can give you is not to trust any sort of offer that is too good to be true. the number of scams that happen with bitcoin is big because of anonymity and the fact that bitcoin transactions are irreversible.
6753  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] OPEN SPOTS Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: September 28, 2015, 08:12:54 AM
It is down for everyone.  I just checked the UIDs of a lot of people of the Bit-X sig campaign.  None of them showed any data on the website. Must be something seriously wrong. Hope they respond soon.

NOW WORKS. IT WAS A BUG. YAHOOOOO!  Cheesy

p.s. i was paid though, after the fix
6754  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] OPEN SPOTS Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: September 28, 2015, 07:30:22 AM

check anybody's user id in the bot that you like. nothing works!
6755  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] OPEN SPOTS Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: September 28, 2015, 06:40:03 AM
Bot don't work. I put my UID and it don't show any data. Some time the page loaded and some don't but both the times the results are nothing. No data.

yeah, i should have been paid at this hour. but the bot is saying signature deleted!!!!

edit: i checked a couple of other users, it says the same. i think it can't access bitcointalk to check!
6756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: September 28, 2015, 05:05:39 AM
I would never spend my precious money digital or real for drugs. For me drugs are a nonsense... created to be addicting and to make yourself slave of a substance.
Never buy and never use drugs, kids!
Agreed, they just for "sick" people.. sorry, just sayin'

It is up to the individual to decide whether he want to use drugs or not. What he wants to do with his body, is his concern, and nobody else's. And the main reason why there is so much demand for drug dark-markets is due to the fact that all the soft-drugs as well as the hard-drugs are banned by the governments. Remove the ban, and the demand will automatically decline.

apart from that, according to different countries laws the crime for everybody can be different too. because apart from doing an illegal act by buying drugs, it is also illegal to buy from places like dark-maeket and those suppliers.
6757  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are possible scenarios for the block halving? on: September 28, 2015, 04:50:44 AM
i think next year because of block halving and most importantly because of the expectation of price increase the bitcoin price would go up at least around the time for the halving. but later on if the demand stays up the price would stay up and the mining would continue.
6758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: September 28, 2015, 04:45:09 AM
Sometimes can really be profitable.

That's not really the topic of this thread, though. This thread is about gambling profit in the long-term, we all know that you can make profit from gambling, else no-one would do it. But in the long-term, it's always a losing game.

the only way that gambling can be profitable in my opinion is if you get super lucky once in your lifetime on a big bet like for example a 9900X bet and win a big prize or if you are a professional gambles, someone like a big time poker player and play in a tournament (face to face real life tournaments) and win long term that way.
6759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My goal to earn 1,000bitcoins within 3years on: September 28, 2015, 04:35:12 AM
interesting journey you have here. but i don't think it is a good idea to spend your time this way. claiming faucets and then playing with such small amounts is not only going to take a very long time but also you are not going to be able to profit much from such small amounts. so reaching 1000BTC is going to take you forever this way.
not to mention that there is always a chance to lose all. it can be today or it can be 100 days from now. and if you lose it means hours and hours of your time down the drain.
6760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 28, 2015, 04:30:42 AM
The first time I went with my father to the horsing races, he told me that my mind set should be of having a good time. That day we lose each penny we decided to spent betting, but had a helluva of day.
So then why will bet? You can have a good time without betting. You should just gamble to make money and not guide your mind through emotions.

Everyone has their own mind set up when gambling its just so go too far and have no control.  If people cant control themselves they should probably leave it alone.

This is some radical point of view  Grin

I know that we could have a good time without the betting. We had it other times under different circumstances. As I said, that day we lost only the money we decided in advance it was for betting. Nothing else. So, if I'm not a compulsive gambler nowadays, I think it's because what I learnt that day.

what i do nowadays is that i put aside an amount that i can afford to lose (whatever that amount is) then i gamble with that much bitcoin an not a satoshi more.
in this case even if i lose, i don't care because i was prepared for it. and also the winning would be sweater too.
