Saving money is important, sometimes we tend to forget on how to save and realize later than we made a wrong decision.
The last bull run makes our portfolio looks good and some of us are too greedy to still hesitate to cash out because we want more, and because of that we miss the opportunity to sell.

Greediness does also affect the bounty hunters since we hold the same tokens and we can be investors as well.

Most of us here profited during the last bull run, bounty campaign are more profitable than signature campaign.
of course there are still traders who are profitable but most traders came in the market with enough capital already so we can say they can buy what they want.

I agree with you, it's really necessary to regulate crypto now, it's been causing too much trouble to the new investor due to rampant scams in the market.
With regulation, it will reduce scams and will increase the adoption, especially the institutional money.
