In May when the X3 was having back plane problems and couldn't work the rent-a-minion customers were told that the X3 hash boards were being made into the X2 for them to start hashing with.

And they wouldn't need our preorder money to build a mine if they wanted to. They have been in business long before they began taking preorders for prosperos.
...

Knowing that my money was only used to finance the X2 farm and not the BitFurry one doesn't really change much.
6763  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 18, 2014, 11:29:20 AM
ASCICMiner, Avalon, FPGA, how else could they mine back then if not BitFury?

It doesn't make sense that they would build a giant mine using bitfurys expensive 55nm chips when their chips likely cost a fraction of what they could buy bitfury chips for.
...

It does make sense when BitFurry is the only stock left. I tried to get them in late November but somebody snached up all the stock everywhere. Too late for the Jupiter and no BitFurry stock left, as somebody said BA had the least fleas and they looked like the next KnCMiner.

6765  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 18, 2014, 09:28:03 AM
A couple of weeks maybe a month, surely I agreed to this. Shit happens and we conceded to this. If in the end our X3 did 1.666Th/s or the chip used 150W at the wall we would be a little upset but, we know that making the deadline is more important.

They set up a BitFurry farm with our money. When that was looking obsolete they sold the BitFurries as in-hand and set up a minion farm with our hash boards.

Now that the minions obsolescence is on the horizon with 20nm in the wild and 14nm soon to come they're going to sell our hash boards as X2 units in-hand.

The X1 is obsolete and only a few are being delivered slowly.

This is clearly a confidence scam where they lied to get our money. They used it to mine a shitload of BTC into their own wallets without piecing us off the little piece we're owed. They intended to deliver us only garbage they can't sell as in-hand from the very beginning.

You owe me BTC20 in lost revenue and 2Th/s. I can see extracting this value is going to be a slow, long and difficult process.

How many thousands of customers are out there who you now have to deal with trying to get what's due?

6767  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 18, 2014, 01:54:04 AM
It looks to me like they used our money to buy bitfurries. They mined with those until the minion was produced then replaced the furries with 240Gh/s minion boards. Finally they sold all the bitfurries and bob's your uncle.

We made these guys probably millions and they're going to make damn sure we get fucked out of our money. The X1 is already garbage and as soon as the X3 trash they'll ship that too.

This is a scam company commiting a multi-million dollar fraud.

My most recent BTC transaction was confirmed by a KnCMiner 20nm ASIC.
6769  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: WARNING: Black Arrow Scam on: July 17, 2014, 09:22:10 AM
Update: 17th of July 2014

1. Batch 1 & 2 shipping:

X1 -- now shipping to re-sellers and a few direct customers.
   X3 -- hasn't shipped.

2. Refunds refused.

3. Shipping is stated to be complete by the end of the month.

4. Two weeks left in this month and still not an X3 in sight.

5. The X1 continues to ooze out with customer order numbers in the mid-hundreds range reporting in.

   X3 -- hasn't shipped.

2. Refunds refused.

3. Shipping is stated to be complete by the end of the month.

4. A re-seller implies he's possibly receiving a shipment of X3 units based on the weight.

5. July 6th was the most recent weekly update and it seems even the re-sellers are getting the silent treatment

At least the lies have stopped and shipment of a few obsolete units is oozing out instead.
6771  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 15, 2014, 11:15:52 PM
They claim they're going to complete shipping by the end of the month? Fuck these liers and their scam company!

Only 1 report of a direct custimer being shipped an X1 and it been sized by his country's customs.

The only thing this company is shipping is a bad joke.
6772  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 15, 2014, 11:49:49 AM
BTC20 or $12,440 USD per X3 is non-existent for us and now we get shipped obsolete garbage (maybe).

I wouldn't pay $5200 USD for a 2Th/s X3, go fuck yourselves.

I think it's fairly obvious that he's a right-wing authoritarian.

So much for the one direct customer who has actually been shipped something other than a PSU. Better luck next lifetime dude.

So is this an X1 or is buddy just getting a "compensation" PSU?
6777  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 14, 2014, 11:17:42 AM
Coinwarz says the X1 currently makes $1.56 USD a day. It's going to be a while before he'll make an ROI, like never.
6778  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 14, 2014, 08:50:12 AM
According to the last update the X3 should be shipping now but it's not, what a surprise. X1 customers who ordered directly also getting nothing, another surprise.

EDIT:

See post below.

Looks like a fucking miracle has occurred. Enjoy your brick.

2. Batch 2 hasn't shipped.

3. Refunds refused.

4. Shipping is stated to be complete by the end of the month.

Black Arrow, please explain how it's possible you don't have the cash flow to honor your promises with respect to price matching, when my bitcoin payment for batch 1 has never been touched and is now worth significantly less in dollar value?

They clearly deserve your Bitcoins more than you do. You've received up to 10 months worth of high quality online song and dance.
