Not yet, if its over then there will be no more ICO nowadays but we still see so they are still alive and its not yet done. I guess that STO's are the new ICO in the fewer as these companies has no choice but to use that feature instead of making it as utility tokens.

This means that you don't have to do anything and wait for blockchain.com's update on how they are going to react with the current situation. You can take your money back but its going to be lower because of the current market price. What is that money you invested during $14,000? is that your life savings? or came from loan? or what?
