6761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: June 03, 2019, 05:17:53 AM
What an utterly boring game. Such an anti climax, especially considering the amazing turnarounds both teams made in the semis even with weakened teams.

Exactly.  I started not caring when Lucas Moura came in and nothing.  At least Son really tried to make something happen.  The rest were meh.

I feel sorry for the fans who traveled all the way to see one of the most lucklustre finals in UCL history.

Trust me, if we won it with 0-0 full time and extra time,,, with even 0 shots on target, and we somehow won it on penalties,,, we would not need anybody to feel sorry for the fans, and the fans would not care.

This was a final both teams wanted to win, and they were probably both just too tired to play with style and they did not expect to sweat so much. Poch said this was not a tactical but emotional game. Maybe he did not realize it was the team who could control emotions the most would win and that was Liverpool.
6762  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin at 25000 possible? on: June 02, 2019, 01:58:56 PM
As of now I have been predicted that Bitcoin can reach $20,000 by the end of this year 2019 and it could be possible to go over the highest price at 2017. So may prediction I've been heard that the is a big chances of winning on this year so it is good to know how we or when we enter that market.

You and a 1000 other people have all these predictions,,, 99% of you do not even really have anything to back up this claim and the remainder of the 1% of people just make things up with charts and signs.

Even if we accept that Bitcoin happens in a cycle,,, do not you see that this is a pattern that takes much longer to happen rather than just in less than a year? We had a high less than 18 months ago. It will not be so soon again.
6763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing on: June 02, 2019, 01:08:19 PM
this is the cause of deteriorating investor confidence in the ICO. and now the IEO is a trend I am not sure the ICO will survive this situation.
but ICO continues to grow and compete, we see that this year is a good start to restore confidence in the ICO.

This is NOT the cause of deteriorating confidence, it is the cause of a lack of interest to speculate. I would say it is the failure of projects to inspire confidence in their own products and their own tokens,,, this is the real cause for people to only dump and only sell their tokens after listing. Can you blame speculators as they only want to make profit?
6764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: June 02, 2019, 10:12:29 AM
Very disappointed Spurs fan here of course. Not to the point of crying like Lucas Moura (which I guess is because he knows this will be his only chance ever) but to the same lost stare as Harry Kane. We have to remember that we were not even meant to go this far, Poch will remember this I guess, but of course for the players, sometimes it feels better to lose early than to lose at the end.

Next season we come again,,, hopefully with more new players!
6765  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 - fast, fair, rakeback, bonuses BTC ETH LTC DOGE on: June 01, 2019, 11:28:48 AM

Is your connection suddenly reconnecting? Sometimes this can be happened as well when you have your connection bad, of course it will auto connect but the rolls wont go anymore because of the restart of your isp. I do not think this is really tiny issue, because you will never know when you are going to hit right? If that moment you are going to hit and it stops, you must saying bad about yolodice. If you do not want this to happen, please fix it with their team, they will give you a solutions here

Maybe, I cannot know,,, everything else is working fine but then I guess Yolo is the only site where it is constantly on a connection, also I know for Yolo if you disconnect there will be an error message saying "Reconnecting" which is good, so I doubt it is about my internet.

It is a tiny issue for me, if I hit, I hit. If we use your argument, we can say what if you are going to bust and the dice stops in time?Wink

I would never say a bad thing about yolodice or any site if it stops, why should I? Just click start again.
6766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Myetherwallet wallet adress change forced on: June 01, 2019, 09:40:09 AM
This does sound strange. If you only have 1 set of passphrase then it should always give you the same address. There is no way to get a different one if you restored from the same passphrase. Why not try putting the passphrase into MetaMask or some other ETH wallet and see if it is the same address?

If the same,,, then you made a mistake with your old address and copied the wrong address to register for airdrops.
6767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: June 01, 2019, 09:19:23 AM
I almost forgot about the game today luckily I have you guys to remind me! No real interest here because am a neutral, either team has amazing players, to be honest I prefer guys like Mane and Salah and Firmino rather than Kane and Moura and Son, but then it's just an irrational preference. Klopp and Pochetinno are both amazing too, so whoever wins, please make this an exciting match!

Thank you for the neutral support,,, I am one of the few Spurs fans I guess but that is okay. Actually, we all never expected to get this far and usually by end of May there is nothing left to play for, so I will thank Lucas for taking us so far, we never made it to the Semifinals before, and yet we went all the way to the finals. Meeting Liverpool is amazing as they are one of the best in the world. Let's make sure we remind everyone of how we got this far!
6768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with greed whilst trading? on: May 31, 2019, 01:51:32 PM
The good approach is to have a plan, organise your trade before hand and have a limit to how much percent gain or risk you are willing to take and sticking to the plan. Many professional day traders do this. There are many who typically will not exceed a 5% gain in a day.Th

In other words, for the sake of all traders everywhere:
1) Always use limit orders, never ever buy or sell by filling in an instant order. 2) Set the price you want to buy, and set the price you want to sell, and let the platform take care of it for you. 3) And of course, set the stop loss you are willing to go for.

Like you said, more than 5% is typical. But proven statistics is that majority of traders have nett loss.
6769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook plans to launch 'GlobalCoin' currency in 2020 on: May 31, 2019, 01:15:59 PM

Well i honestly think that it is highly overrated and over hyped, do we really need a coin to use on Facebook, Instagram or wahtsup, sure they are popular and it will think that it will be successful  at first because people know that facebook has already an wide established number of people, but people will realize that it will be kind of useless, i think that this is an attempt of make huge profit from the company and ride upon the idea of making a coin, but it will die out after a couple of months after its launch.

Anybody can see that any corporate coin is highly overrated and overhyped. Even JPMorgan coin which is a bank's coin is overhyped. So what? People are still going to use it if they will be given it out free in the beginning (and they will,,, trust me, just like the Paypal model for free balance plus referral bonuses). People collect useless game coins all the time, why not useless Facebook coin?
6770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet? on: May 31, 2019, 11:30:43 AM

Yes, the new version seems to very good compared to the old one, instead of that we should think about the security level in order to safeguard our coins. So, i have been using MEW for more than 2 years which is very secured to hold the coin. So we need not bother about this MEW because as long as if you don't share your private key you will be in safe hands.

I have my favorites in the old version but that is always natural with new upgrades. I actually now only use MEW together with MetaMask so I am still unfamiliar with many of the new MEW functions. To me, the graphics and visuals are less important than the speed and security, so in that respect I believe nothing has really changed with MEW.
6771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: sign of bull run? on: May 31, 2019, 09:39:38 AM
We've been in a bull market for several months now. Look at the volumes as well - they've never been this high. It is all very encouraging. And it is good that the bull keeps pausing for breath, to establish a bit of support before moving up again... this gives us more confidence if the market turns and begins to drop.

Not really. I like the market now but we have been only seeing a bull since April so it is just a bit less than 2 months. Even then,,, remember that the very first week of April we had the huge coordinated whale order trigger on three different exchanges. That was a single bull who pulled everything up, not like a range of bulls.

And today we drop 10%, so it is still anything can happen zone.
6772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: May 31, 2019, 09:02:08 AM
So you say that there is a chance to make profit? It is feasible?
More than you can imagine. The problem is: to fond a right place, right supplier. Secondly to forget about it and not draw much attwntion to the cost of miner. In fact all equipment is equal. Price to payback is equal on average.

Actually,,, I would like to beg to differ. Profit, and we are talking about feasible profit, is much less than most people can imagine,,, if we are being honest with ourselves! In fact, if any project says potential is x100, then think of it as max x10. Cut all expectations by 90% and you MIGHT get a figure that is closer to reality. Most people overestimate, that is the problem.

Hey guys,,, hope everything is fine and well, I have a tiny issue to ask, if anyone can help.

I use the autoplay function for dice, and it is always what I use since I started but in the past 2 days, the rolls seem to stop after a certain time. It used to just run until I stopped. My setting is unlimited. But when I check after a few thousand rolls it needs to be clicked Start again. It is not a big problem, of course. Any ideas?

Have you tried gambling by different browsers? Because maybe problem will be that or overally yolodice stops such bets after some time bu haven't read anything similar in their FAQs. Btw what I want to mention is that everything is explained mathematically in details. Appreciate that, you try not only to be 100% transparent with customers buy also explain in details how this game, provably fair, investment and etc works.

No I have not,,, but it did not feel like a browser issue. As I mentioned, I have done this before and this is only the first time it has happened, for 2 days running. I waited to see if it would continue another day and it did. I will see if it is the same today.

I have no idea what you mean by the second part of your response.
6774  Economy / Economics / Re: The Fed Never Calls The Bubble A Bubble... Why Not? on: May 30, 2019, 01:43:43 PM
And that's why Bitcoin is so cool: no Fed to control the supply and value, no authority with premium knowledge of the issues.

But we have mystery whales and big exchanges who secretly work together to create thin order books, to trigger massive sell offs, and to exit scam by pretending they got hacked. And 90% of people are keeping their money on these exchange platforms.

It is not the Fed government,,, but I think exchanges are sometimes the bigger devil.

6776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Security and Education of Microfinancing in Developing Countries on: May 30, 2019, 11:19:45 AM
Microfinancing is pretty secure its just like normal type of loaning to banks or other institutions.
Micro financing will surely help people in a developing country to cover up expenses for living, but this comes with a risk.Because the loans being offered here is for short term so for sure interest rate will be higher compared to a regular loan.Plus the thing that microfinancing or loaning is being offered to poor or unemployed they loan for a reason, they loan because they need it for a living, and when the time for payment comes most unemployed person will surely not be able to pay this off and the taxes will built up and the one who loaned it will be down to zero and to negative in terms of finance.Chances of lose will be higher for sure.

Many different concepts of this but for me it is important to know what is micro in some countries is still big in many. For example in my country microloan is the equivalent of 1 month salary, but converted to US dollars,,, it is only about $200 (less actually).

Then you bring it to a poorer economy, say like in a new country where $200 is 6 months salary, it does not even mean micro anymore.

So this crypto micro economy works because of fractions, in my mind. You can loan 1 ETH or you can loan 0.0005 ETH, does not matter.
6777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How I turned $50k into $500k on: May 30, 2019, 10:10:55 AM
Lol. if I have $ 50k I won't buy the coin you mentioned. I prefer to buy bitcoin or eth, they are more stable and have a large community.
The OP knows too, he is just using marketing strategy to hype those coins because he is indirectly promoting them by sharing their links, I though what he was going to show us was proof of his previous investment and proof of the profit it yielded.

If I have such amount of money, what will make me leave very much promising coins for those ones. Imagine I had invested in bitcoin the time op posted this, I am sure I would have been seeing my capital grow drastically by now and don’t have to wait for altcoins season for these coins to increase in value. For me to even consider those coins, bitcoin would have been like 60% of my portfolio.

Of course the OP knows it! Hype is a beautiful thing for marketers,,, it seems easy to make because you only need to use big buzzwords that people already know they are looking for. Proof is never necessary when you have somehow made the illusion of credibility, and this is exactly how people work in crypto. Sheep are plentiful, and sheep have money to spend.
6778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you buy not top 100 alts? on: May 30, 2019, 08:40:14 AM
As long as it's still profitable for me it doesn't matter if I buy coins that are not 100 top in cmc, because based on my experience, I often also profit from these coins, so my analysis is not in the top 100 in cmc

I think I made that mistake too,,, thinking of profit rather than of actually using the coin, and actually having a community to discuss with and all that. And I guess now I no longer look at top 100 or not, I just spend my time discussing and owning a project I love and can use, does not even matter if I can trade it or not!
6779  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 🏏WIN UP TO 0,3 BTC! Cricket Craze with OneHash🏏 on: May 30, 2019, 08:03:14 AM
The one game I know nothing about or understand anything about! All I can bet on is who to win when it is countries meeting,,, but the last time I bet, the game went over for 3 days apparently and I lost because somehow the other team forced a draw? I recall that even in cricket it has to be accepted by the other team, haha,,, totally confused me!
6780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Poloniex Dead on: May 29, 2019, 12:55:25 PM
This might an old thread but just want to make some image update.

Poloniex isnt dead.It did dropped its rank from the roof into the floor but still they do have that
volume.

Yeah, I think people who got the verified status there already do not want to go looking elsewhere. I would not either, if they took care of me all this time and I only need to trade in normal crypto, it has everything I need.

The reason I am not there, and a lot of people are not, is that they never had good support. I wonder how it is now with not so many users, if they still leave tickets open for months.
