6781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your most common superstitions? on: October 22, 2019, 01:11:25 AM
We all have our own superstition, it will not do harm if we have one from all our actions, it is part of our belief that powerful hands are behind  on all the things that we do, these superstitions sometimes has an impact on the mind of the believer, mine is a mantra I will always believe that I will win and sometimes wearing a specific color can help its part of our lives and these superstitions have been to us from generation.
6782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC, why do some people just get it, others really don't? on: October 22, 2019, 12:03:52 AM
In my experience its seems that

[1] some people seem to just "get" btc almost as soon as they are introduced to it,

[2]  others simply don't or

[3] become hostile without understanding BTC tech.

[4] Become hostile and do understand the tech.

The demarcation lines seem to me quite stark. Any theories as to why this is?

(I understand [5] those who just don't get it or are not interested, )

We can sum it from lack of education and from the mainstream media who depicts Bitcoin as a criminals tool for money laundering, people will not invest in something they do not know how things work, they do not have any idea on decentralization and peer to peer they are much used into conventional way of investing, like having an office and central figure or product that will run the whole things, which is not applicable to Bitcoin.
6783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who do you think will win the fight? on: October 21, 2019, 06:11:35 PM
Doesn't care on whose gonna win on the fight. The only thing I do hardly believe is that these Wrestling/RAW fights are totally fake.  Grin
I agree, it is just some kind of a show that the story will depend on the viewers choice. All of those acts are being practiced, they were professionals doing it and sometimes things getting uglier if accidents happen.

Well, I don't really know if there is a real wrestling match where everyone could bet on them, just like on the sumo wrestling.

I agree the fans reaction has something to do on their storyline, the success of the rivalry depends very much on how the fans reactions, we have seen so many successful rivalries, in wrestling because their promoters are successful in determining whose rivalry will have a good run in their big events, the best rivalries are those always fitted with the undertaker in the past, I'm not following wrestling anymore I prefer MMA and boxing, where the actions are all real.
6784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Tete vs Casimero on Nov 30 on: October 21, 2019, 12:54:33 PM
I consider this to be Casimero's toughest bout to date, this Tete has a wicked punch, have checked some of his knocks out victories and some of them are coming from one punch, but we all know Casimero, he has been into so many tough fights, but that long lay off will have an impact to Tete, just like what happen to Thurman, I will not going to miss this fight.
He is coming from injury so we might not see the old tete in this fight.
Regardless, I would still put my money on Casimero knowing that he can fight, have some knock out power, so this will be a tough fight for tete for sure.
Remember than Tete is the champion here, if casimero will loss, it's alright, but if he will win, the Philippines will rejoice with him.

Long lay off and coming from injury will have an impact on Tete's performance, but it will be as the fight progresses not on the ealy rounds of the fights, Casimero should see this and should take time but we all know Casimero, is a fighter who knows how to pace himself, very evident in some of his fights, this fight could go either way in terms of performance and power I don't think one fighter has an edge over the other.
6785  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I am Looking For a free cryptocurrency exchange script on: October 21, 2019, 10:55:26 AM
I am Looking For a free cryptocurrency exchange script.

im confused, with all the scams going right now, even though i'm pretty good with coding, I'm not sure which script to choose, some don't work, some are too complicated to setup, etc... I would like the script to be php and of course with no backdoors and bugs. Thanks

If there's a free exchange script, then it will be abuse and many people will set up their own exchange, if you are going to commercialize it, you have to get a customize and premium script, I am not looking for one but if I am not going to set up an exchange I will be offering unique features something that no other is offering, so our advice don't get a free one go for a paid version.
6786  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for a CEO/manager for a legal anti-scam project on: October 21, 2019, 06:38:14 AM
Hi!

Currently I am on the look-out for someone who can replace me in my position as a CEO in a legal start-up that is fighting scams. It is a new project, but the company behind it is well-established and has a great network. Because of that the project already managed to get a partnership with a big law association that supplies us with access to thousands of lawyers around the globe.

Unfortunately I am not in a position atm to lead this company and will be on a break for some months/half a year. After the break I will continue to help (probably as co-founder/president/managing member, we will figure it out).

Do keep in mind that this position will be paid on a commission basis. If done well you will have a great salary (you will get commission per case/refund).

What I need is someone that can fully manage the company.

You need to be:

- able to think for your self
- take initiative
- able to manage and improve processes
- create and manage a team
- communicate to the investors and team
- have experience managing a business

We already have a team of 8 on stand-by that is part-time working on the project which you will be leading.

Of course I prefer someone that can work full-time on the project, but since it is commission based it is understandable when you can't work full-time from the start. However, I would strongly prefer someone that can work full-time when the first refunds get in.

When interested please send me a PM with your email or Telegram ID for more info and while doing so please attach a résumé.

There are a lot of people qualified for this project, but when it becomes to being full time I don't know if they can commit, they have their ways of fighting scam here, but at least you can name the project or lead us to the site, so we can check if people deserve to work on the project, since this is not an ICO it's better to post the link here and have a discussion here, we can't discuss something we cannot see the overall concept of the project and not just description.

John McAfee has created a group for developers to openly discuss ideas for McAfeeDex.

He is so serious, I think we should commend him for doing this, I'm glad he did not launch an ICO because he is very fond of ICO back then, let's admit DEX is not a good option for traders, they still prefer CEX, if Mcafee can do something unique on his own Decentralized Exchange, people will become interested in DEX again, let's see I have bookmarked his exchange and will wait for more update.
6788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: October 20, 2019, 04:11:19 PM
Borrowed $1600 from my friend. Apart from this placed gold as collateral and got $250. Altogether with hope of returning the borrowed amount and taking the gold back started to play dice after a long. At the beginning it went good, and when my profit reached $200 started to fail. Once I began to loss I was out of my control. Within minutes everything went out of my control, my mind didn't had the ability to think. I just doubled the bets consecutively. Ended with a loss. Now I was in a situation to repay my friend the borrowed amount. Please don't borrow and spend on gambling, it might give an earning, but that mostly leads to suffering. Cry

What's the motivation to gamble coming from loaned money only chronic gambler do that, when they have no funds to gamble, if it's only hoping you should think for a moment what could have happened if you lose, it's very depressing to read losing gambling from the money you loan, it's not a small money I wonder if your friend knew or already know that you lose the money you loan from gambling, try to pay him asap so you will not lose your friendship and make this a big lesson in gambling.
6789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HELP! I want to invest but don't know which and how. is DigiByte ok? on: October 20, 2019, 03:26:47 PM
im 18 years old and have $100 (Canadian) that I would like to invest. im not looking for a quick buck or anything, doing this just to see how it is investing in cryptocurrency. upon research, I came upon DigiByte and was wondering if this is a good investment for the long run? ive been following for the past 2 days and it has gone up in value and then down again. if this is not a good investment I would love to hear of others. thank you  Tongue

Do not invest yet, this is a trap that newbies must watch out, go to Youtube check out various videos about investing the right in Cryptocurrency, just be sure to watch reputable channels and check online for the best articles about investing in Cryptocurrency, don't just ask here, people are in a hurry to shill coins they are promoting, and that will be your trap, take your time to educate yourself first.
6790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Donating the Gambling profits on: October 20, 2019, 01:06:12 PM
Have you ever thought of donating the gambling profits to a charitable cause ?  Sometime people won a big lottery or very high amount of money from betting & gambling games.  Do you ever thought of being generous and helping the poor with this money ?
Yes why not it's highly recommended it invite good karma if you win big money coming from the lottery, we can consider this a blessing and we should share the blessing to our family, to our friends, and to our neighbors.
You don't have to tell them where is the money coming from, just give it to them, it's a way of thanking God because you have won and maybe luck will smile again to you and you will have another round of winning.
6791  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: October 20, 2019, 11:32:19 AM
Is KYC is benefit to crypto people or not. what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing KYC.

Universal money and Anonymous is the biggest strength of btc BTC, now every country follows KYC and then it can be controlled by someone.

Now KYC is trend in crypto market..... Cheesy

They are trending for two things, for developers and bounty hunters, to steal information and to get free tokens and this is the bad side of KYC the good side is, compliant for government regulations for better acceptance of the project and for exchange compliant on the country where they are regulated, these are two things that make KYC popular and trending and all of us here have gone through KYC one time or another.
6792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teams showing real faces to public can still scam you on: October 20, 2019, 03:54:19 AM
I am here to confuse people who still think that any new projects that entered crypto space with teams that are able to show their faces on videos and even attend good crypto seminars anywhere around the world have nothing to hide, and they think its real project and far from scam, well the biggest scams in crypto space are able to cater away with that huge money because many believes they are real, The ceo and teams coming out in publics to discuss about the projects doesn't erase the fact that they can scam you.
Bitconnect did the same thing and miracle tele joined too

100% sure, not necessarily running away your money, there are developers and their team doing a lot of rounds of media and webinars and question and answer and going public speaking but their platform is not viable and they cannot hit the target, so their platform and their roadmap is in Limbo without follow up development, so the price is dipping and they have not done anything, they gave the platform and that's all, this is probably one of the most popular form of scam, they set up and that's it.
6793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin coins are losing popularity? on: October 20, 2019, 03:26:19 AM
Bitcoin is an online currency.  Even if started with a lower price.  Now its value is beyond the reach of ordinary people. But, nowadays, it seems that Bitcoin is losing its popularity.Because, not receiving validity in low income countries. It may be the main reason.

Can you be more specific what low-income countries are those and do you have data to support your claim or this is just an assumption, not because the price is not what we come to expect we can say that Bitcoin is losing popularity
You can check it here https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=today%201-m&gprop=news&q=bitcoin you can hover on per region and you'll see that Bitcoin still holds the number 1 search term in that region in Canada, China Russia, and other countries.
6794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott ICO's ? on: October 19, 2019, 03:46:41 PM
Most of us have been through this sad phase of life wherein we have wasted our precious time spanning to months on scam projects wherein the either the project turns out to be a scam or else the developers refrain from distributing the tokens to the bounty hunters for first few months after launch and by the time we receive it the value of token is negligible. Should bounty hunters boycott the ICO's and look for alternatives?

Right now the best alternative is Crypto talk forum but you can only get paid 30 posts, and gambling sites promotion but you need a good ranking to participate, I hope we have a good alternatives, because these ICO's is now a never-ending cycle of scamming, the scam section is full of scam report, they never get tired of trying to scam people, because we are vulnerable, because of lack of regulation.
6795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: October 19, 2019, 03:02:51 PM

3) Take a look at Safe Haven. Safe Haven is building an Inheritance Platform that will allow you to do everything above, but with a legal entity that understands crypto and will make sure your funds get in the right hands. Not only will you reassured that your funds are secured and inheritable, but you will also be increasing the adoption of crypto yourself, outside of just investing into it.

So no matter what you are invested in, if it is a large amount of money, I recommend you begin thinking about the future. Crypto is very complex and requires a lot of time to make it fully inheritable, so please make sure you take the appropriate safeguards and steps in doing this correctly.

I hope Safehaven will have good success in their venture we need something like this in this industry and every country where Cryptocurrency is popular, should have a service like this to serve Crypto holders, it will make things easy for the holder and their heir.
Cryptocurrency can now be considered a growing asset and it should be inherited by the heir in a proper way and they should be educated on how Cryptocurrency works.
6796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will Be 1M$ if all countries Ban it on: October 19, 2019, 02:24:12 PM
IF the whole world ban BTC at first BTC will Crash very hard but only for a few month, Demand will be increased while there will be no Legal Seller, All trade will go to undergrand and  Black market and illegal traffic, sellers will start to selling BTC 50 X more than current price. BTC will be more expensive, As simple as that,
That was an answer for these who said BTC will die if whole world Ban it, So no BTC never Die.

Have you take up economy class in your school days or anyone explains how adoption and economy function, Bitcoin is not a drug, countries are banning illegal drugs and this is the reason the price is so high, Bitcoin is a technology, if no one is holding or using it, it will go to zero, and I don't think at this present time they can ban Bitcoin if they want to ban it should be 5  years ago when Bitcoin is just starting out.
6797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is never going to be extinct on: October 19, 2019, 01:25:45 PM
Bitcoin is never going to be extinct
I believe its consensus will be higher and higher in the future.

The last Bitcoin will be mined in the next over 100 years, we don't know what's going to happen along the way, there will be new technology coming in and old coins will introduce new technology to keep up the competition, all I know is we are not going to be here anymore when the last Bitcoin is mine and it's up to the next generation if they are going to continue with the fight, just enjoy what is happening right now and continue the fight for Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency.
6798  Economy / Economics / Re: Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much! on: October 19, 2019, 12:57:40 PM
Honestly, it's hard to think that you should have bought one whole Bitcoin at a price when you first discovered it, it's a missed opportunity that sometimes haunts you, but you have to take it as it is and just explore all the possibilities and opportunities that are presented to us in a time when we discover it, so right now my focus is on 10 top coins and hoping that it will yield me a good profit in a long run.
6799  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Africa be a good place for crypto? on: October 19, 2019, 12:23:11 PM
The success of digital wallets in the African continent was really great and based on what I've read on news articles about it, it really helped the economy and the businesses when it all started years ago.
With this in mind, will Africans be welcoming of bitcoin/altcoin as a real currency and not just a quick way to earn cash or invest? Like using it as real money / cash?

I don't know much about Africa but I love their superhero Black Panther how I wish the Wakanda legend is true, but I can ay in general that any country or continent can adopt Cryptocurrency and any place on Earth is good for Cryptocurrency, as long as the place has an internet connection and the technology is ok for adopting Cryptocurrency it will be just fine.
As long as they can educate their people on what and how Cryptocurrency works the better for them.
6800  Economy / Economics / Re: If you want to be rich..! on: October 19, 2019, 11:36:41 AM

When someone want to be rich they can't make it possible by working 10 to 5  everyday,so what are the things we have to do to make ourselves rich at the right age.

We need to have more income sources like four or five different fields to ensure our constant earnings even if one or two things get us into losses temporarily.Make your investment as early as you can then only you can start making money and remember to save it.

The advice
Quote
" the early birds will catch the early worms"
can be applied to Cryptocurrency, the early birds on the top projects listed in the market are the one who made a lot of money from this, they become rich from just seeing the potential anf grabbing the potential, there's really no hard work involved, part of being a smart investor is to be the first one to see it's potential in the market, and it applies to all the coins, new coins and old coins.
