6781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETHEREUM - ONE MORE POSSIBLE MOVE DOWN BEFORE MARKET RECOVERY on: November 26, 2018, 02:28:04 PM
It's alwasy possible that the market will recovery any time soon but there's no way to know on how much time we have to dedicate before that day. Getting ready to the train you say? the newbies should take your advise seriously.

My opinion is buy as much as you can. I bought 120ETH today for example and will buy the next days again.
POS is coming guys with 5% Reward.

You will get passive income. Dont be stupid
I give up getting 1,000 ETH for the day when ETH goes on POS. And those who have been targeting this will surely get decent profit by that day. Patience, that's what everyone needs for those who believe on ETH.
6782  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What shall it profit you to invest in ico and lose established coin on: November 26, 2018, 01:18:02 PM
ICOs now are nothing but funding collection agencies that SEC is now looking at. There are still some quite few good ICOs that aims to improve their operation and company expansion but most of them are just the same.

Sad to say that ICOs now aren't longer reliable if an investor is focused with it. Like everyone is saying, the days are now over for most of the ICOs and I've read a statement before that said next years are going to be the ICOs of real companies since SEC is stepping in.
6783  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲🎲 BITDICE - Super Fast Betting! BTC/ETH/LTC/DOGE/CSNO 🎲🎲 on: November 26, 2018, 12:25:21 PM
Its been a long time since my last play at bitdice, I just tried to access the site but failed to access it ''server IP address could not be found" on mobile browser (chrome) and "took too long to respond" on chrome (PC) as well as in Edge browser. Is there anyone facing the same problem? Is it related to something like countries restriction?
The site works perfectly right on my end. As BoX suspects it probably a country restriction.

Have you tried to use another PC? or even restarted your modem?
6784  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BEWARE, MALWARE EVERYWHERE. on: November 25, 2018, 11:52:58 PM
Recently, I saw that ".scr" malware spread on New Telegram Scam: be aware of Malware files!

These people sure are very desperate of what they are trying to do. Just don't download a very malicious file and don't trust anyone with a telegram pump and dump/referral group.
6785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that every end of the year so many Crypto-holders are rich? on: November 25, 2018, 11:18:51 PM
This proved that not just because we've seen on how good last year was for crypto, every year is going to be a blossom year for it. We are experiencing not so good market for this year and even the top 1 coins to 100 are also struggling.

But fluctuations are do normal in crypto and if you happen to see the price of bitcoin right now, it's also encouraging that there's a potential good price pump at the end of this year. 1 more month to go and we will see if bitcoin will skyrocket and will make more rich people thru short term.
6786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ads on: November 24, 2018, 10:43:15 PM
We don't need those ads, there are volunteers who have been spreading bitcoin ads on newspapers and on television? we don't really need it. They are covering and following the trend for bitcoin just like CNBC, so its already an exposure for bitcoin.

But the sad thing sometimes, they are discussing on how bad the fall for bitcoin. Anyway, good or bad publicity is still publicity. And awareness for bitcoin is spreading so there's really no need for that.
6787  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New Telegram Scam: be aware of Malware files! on: November 24, 2018, 10:12:02 PM
This is why I don't join such telegram groups with unknown people. And that's suspicious enough not to download files that contains ".scr" and any other unfamiliar file extension. Thanks for sharing this for the sake of most.

That means everywhere that involved cryptocurrency is not safe or you can't trust anyone that you didn't known or met in personal. Some sites that has escrow or called as mid-man that will be taking care of a trade from both parties that are trading scammed both the seller and buyer. Trust Yourself, Trust No one until it's proven safe.
Trading is different from downloading unwanted files. In trading, you can choose to whom you can trade unlike in downloading unfamiliar files, once it is on your PC it can react quickly and do something bad to your local files and even touch your unsecured wallets.
6788  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will the bottom be reached? on: November 24, 2018, 09:44:25 PM
It has reached $3,900 just right now. It's worth it to take bitcoin at any position right now if you are long term with it. No one has the word to say on what exactly is about to happen for this year.

But just decide on your own if you think you are satisfied buying right now at $3,900. If you aren't then you can wait a bit more and prepare for more dip which is said to be $3,000 or even under that.
6789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the current situation of the crypto market now? on: November 24, 2018, 09:21:30 PM
The crypto market still declining and I can not see any bullish sign that the market will reverse. My opinion is that the market will be rise by next year as there is no positive news in the crypto market.
You can see it boldly, yes there will be no rise for this year and that's just acceptable. World market is affected and we are part of it, there's too much money that came out from all these markets including cryptocurrencies.

And as for next year, there are some good news that awaits for us like these;

6790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC on: November 23, 2018, 11:47:33 PM
KYC for small airdrops? do you think that is worth it for your identification? that doesn't make sense if you are going to claim such airdrops in exchange of your ID's. They say that it can be a way to determine a 1:1 ratio of participants but you can't also deny of thinking another side.

And that is collecting information of those participants with that airdrop and they have the capacity to use it with anything that they want. This is what concern most of the people here.
6791  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can a skilled engineer make money in bitcointalk? on: November 23, 2018, 11:19:45 PM
Since you have some coding skills, you can earn through working for another start up, ICO or not. Most of those projects that might catch your interest are on Project Development and Services. If you have that skill, it's easy for you to look for a company to work with full time/part time.

About your idea of creating new coin, I don't have something to say with. You have the skill and it may be easy for you but it will take a lot of your time but with your condition, it's unlikely.
6792  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do you love most about the crypto space? on: November 23, 2018, 10:54:03 PM
As your title says, what I love most with cryptocurrencies is the ability to give wealth to every person that holds a reliable coin. And not only that but you can also send remittances to the people whom you love with almost no fee at all and faster than the usual method of remittance or bank transfer.

Why keep on thinking that this is just going to be a dream after all? don't be so negative thinking that it will go to that point that we're just going to wake up that crypto is just a big dream. Crypto is for all, rich, poor, middle class, computer literate or not.
6793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: road to success on: November 23, 2018, 10:24:50 PM
I'm not attracted anymore with such marketing methods. I'm more moved if the project is really interesting and there's a real use for what they are promoting. There's no more space for those projects that are only joke, no real plan and road maps are just fake proposals.

But those marketing methods can be a way to make a project successful, it depends on how the execution of their ads properly. It can be through videos, blogs and hiring some popular people that are into the space already, as I've said I'm not buying anymore with those but it is a way that I see nowadays.
6794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin dominance is it the END ? on: November 22, 2018, 11:50:30 PM
As per by choice, Ethereum will end the dominance of bitcoin? but it looks like it didn't and it won't. Bitcoin shall remain as the king of this market and its dominance will affect all of the crypto's from time to time.

The market is dropping from time to time and its dominance is strong all of the time around 50%-53% and sometimes its higher. Once we see people are buying more bitcoin, dominance will increase and value should go high.
6795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: November 22, 2018, 11:23:55 PM
Anyone here who's following Carmelo Anthony? there's an article I've seen lately that says he has 7 new potential homes as his choice.

1. Lakers
2. Golden State Warriors
3. Brooklyn Nets
4. Blazers
5. Wizards
6. Jazz
7. Heat

Link: 7 potential NBA homes for Carmelo Anthony once the Rockets release him

Looking for some related news about his potential come to Lakers.

This is what I've found: LeBron James says the Lakers adding Carmelo Anthony in free agency isn’t his decision
Please don't let him play with the Lakers, Lebron is the main man and this young guys is following his orders very well.
Although Lebron is only a player but he is respected very well by coaches, he run the offense of the team and if he like his teammates, that's when
he gives his best. The recent games of Lebron is already showing good signs that he is becoming his old self which is an offensive player.
Yeah I also noticed that but Lebron said it's not going to depend on him but to the management itself. I don't want them to see play together or else there would be two main man for Lakers but you don't have to worry with it.

This is just a speculation and he is still looking for a new home and Lakers roster is already full so I don't think he'll be given a space and slot for James' team. And another news came that there's one team that really wants him and this is the Puerto Rico national team.
6796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Scammer Can affect the ETH price. on: November 22, 2018, 11:02:58 PM
I never noticed the price of ETH fell sharply while the rest of the coins grew.
What type of price tracker are you using? just a simple search with coinmarketcap you'll see that the whole market is falling including bitcoin and the rest of the market. ETH dropped quickly from its peak for this year except early January, starting by February it is falling sharply.

And right now, it has been overtaken by XRP on its rank and its market cap lost a lot of money due to the bear market. And OP is right, there are many ICO makers that held a lot of ETH dumped accordingly.
6797  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 3 step strategy to avoid a scam! on: November 22, 2018, 10:32:38 PM
Just don't invest to any suspicious(ICO) investment that you are seeing nowadays except buying and trading on exchanges or investing to casino's bankroll's. Those ICO rating sites can't be trust too, they are offering paid review.

So what if you fall to an ICO that just paid good reviews, whether to those ICO rating sites, blogs, mediums and other sites that they can publish their ICO. This is happening so it's not enough to trust those rating sites.
6798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dont panic ! small marketcap = big profit after pumps. speculation ! on: November 21, 2018, 02:27:05 PM
You may want that type of news but what's the sense if you are only thinking about that which isn't going into reality. About the ETF? can you just move on and don't overhype it. The hype for that thing was already done and the other hype for Bakkt which is about to come on December has been delayed.

Wish everyone all the best on January 24,2019 or so. Whatever you think to make the market better won't do good, sorry about that but that's the reality. As you mentioned we are all speculating here.
6799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Ether? on: November 21, 2018, 12:59:02 PM
Eth market will be affected if Vitalik Buterin leaves but he has teammates who are going to take control of Eth's development.

But he is smart enough to leave ethereum. Though it was said that already sold 25% of his holdings on early days, this man is very passionate and dedicated to the project.
6800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Black friday!=) on: November 21, 2018, 07:11:09 AM
Now that Bakkt has said that they will delay the launching. Everyone has now a chance to buy all of these cheap coins while we can. We may not know if this is the final bottom that we are longing for. But if this isnt the final, at least we have space to claim and accumulate cheaper coins.

I guess this is more of manipulation and before the institutional money comes in, they want majority to sell their bitcoins at cheaper price.
