В телеграмме два чата англоязычный там админ свой, на английском разговаривает. И русскоязычный чат - там русскоговорящий админ. Должны кажется в перспективе еще пару чатов с другими языками открыть для удобства.
Может и добавят когда-то, смотря какой контингент будет. Недавно только на сайт несколько других языков загрузили, все может быть. Китайский чат точно обещали запустить. Тем более что на Азиатов делают большие ставки. Кстати как там привлечение инвесторов сейчас идет. Последний раз новости были о крупном инвесторе из Гонконга.
