I think the issue with lost seeds needs to be addressed by wings team, I don't by the iddea of the team pre-allocating address to the investors since the private keys is likely to be compromised. I'm so dissapointed in the wings team with the way they treated investors and no real time help on the way to have wings tokens back

I think the wing team has to do something The wing team must remember also because its launch into the market is too long So much lost SEED Devs had already done issuing an article for recovery . Just backflip a few pages . It's up to the one who lost seed to follow again the instructions carefully. Wings has fast-paced development roadmap ahead and they are working extremely hard to have a great and working platform that will be ready for launch as soon as they have tested all . |

Why blame the team for such an important step to secure one's funds? In the first place, keeping the seed was the first step when registering for an account in fly.wings.ai portal. Time and time again always read instruction before entering into risky situation, you might get hit by a freight train if you don't stop look and listen. |

First, make sure you have the correct seed . Then according to blog enter seed on MEW (myetherwallet) then before adding custom token first "Select HD derivation path’, choose the third option (custom) and enter the following HD derivation path: m/0'/0'/0' . Now, select the first address (already has specified no. of tokens) and click ‘Unlock’ " . After this, you will able to add custom token and try to enter Address: 0x667088b212ce3d06a1b553a7221E1fD19000d9aF Token Symbol: WINGS Decimals: 18 Lastly, click ‘Save’. |

I don't think the ones without seed would get access to their Wings.
It wasn't the fault of developers as they prompted us to save the seed and also told 'if you lose this seed, you'll lose Wings' . This warning is enough to tell that this seed was very important.
Developers can't help. As Wings have already been sent to those addresses. They cannot reverse the transaction. Nor can they provide you the seed as most probably they wouldn't store seeds on their server.
I don't know why did Wings support tell someone that they are working out solution. Reseting Wings account wouldn't do anything. They can only solve this if they have got seeds of all the user accounts. And if they have our seeds, that can be very dangerous for users.
I am 100 % with you. Developers are hard worker and deserve the best commendation for their diligent works. Move on devs and start making cool features for WINGS platform. I believe they never had the seed because its randomly generated by system . |

Human touch I commended you for that. Blockchain technology has been around for around 4 to 6 years now and one of its characteristics is IMMUTABILITY . Once a transaction has been done no way it will be change or altered. For the last 3 years, I believe enthusiasts have been dealing with seed mnemonics . I myself encountered lost seed when I was in NXT, and from that on I have kept my seeds from CP, ethereum and NEM to name a few. NXT taught me a lesson and that was so important. I have move on since.

why is it that we cannot not used the dashboard(fly.wings.ai) to withdraw the wings token?,
something fishy here, the problem during the ico stage they provided the seed but no address was given, is it intentional?
then later on at the dashboard there is these wallet address that comes from nowhere.
they can easily randomly provide wrong address to certain ICO investors, and easily say you have the wrong seed.
i hope they will do the right thing here.
Contrary to your claims 1. Because wings launches on Ethereum for the reason of faster distribution of tokens. 2. The procedure during the ICO was clear, after you had applied for wings account it had given 12 words known to be seed or mnemonics passphrase for you to keep or write it on a piece of paper then securely keep it. 3. At the time of wings ICO dev was not sure if wings will be on RSK (original plan) or on Ethereum, later on it was on Ethereum so that was when they started issuing addresses for particular corresponding seed in each account. then its possible that they had your seed restored somewhere?,how come they provided the address to long after they provied the seed at ico stage?, possibility that they can change the seed initially provided at ICO since they don't know waht platform will they use?, i have the alpha wings seed but its showing different address. Look, you seem to perceive more possibilities to make your point. The fact is no seed no token . It is that simple . I have explained it already but it didn't seem being absorbed by your skull.
