681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO's Have Been Getting EXPOSED! Finally... on: May 07, 2019, 02:00:46 PM
We have too many dishonest teams conducting ICO and they are scammers, they are only out to scam the public, even the very few good once do involve in budget padding of their project. This has brought untold hardship to investors and has made some persons never to participate in any new project. The IEO is not even helping matters.

There are lot of scam in IEO, in fact, we even need to be very careful in IEO participations, scammers do prey on the general belief that KYC of the team must have been conducted and certified okay by exchange team. If you can recall the very first IEO of bittrex that was cancelled by bittrex team because of integrity sake and safeguarding investors, this will give you a clue into the activities of some IEO, in fact, go and research about bluenote token an IEO conducted in dobitrade exchange.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just bought some crypto on: May 06, 2019, 12:49:28 PM
Here’s my question, my coins are currently on binance. How important is it to put them on the ledger?
. This is a wrong move as you don't have control over your fund should anything happens to the exchange. It okay to be trading with some fund on an exchange like Binance, but maintaining a healthy security lifestyle is key to at least securing your exchange trading fund to some degree. And avoid buying shitty coins, you may want to take off all your bitcoin from an exchange and keep it safe.

Here is a little piece of advise: You should avoid buying ICO, IEO and stay securely in bitcoin and when you feel like diversifying your portfolio, don't buy shitty coins, bitcoin is always a better way to stay safe.
684  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Could Hit The $6,000 Benchmark Soon on: May 06, 2019, 12:32:59 PM
$6k is too small a price for the bitcoin, I expect it to go higher. I was thinking it should have hit $6k last week but it corrected back.
685  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: NEW Crypto Academy - Crypto Education MUST be FREE!! on: May 06, 2019, 12:29:10 PM
Thanks for this for trying to dedicate your time and resources to ensure good and sound knowledge. Truly our current traditional system has not thought us how to be boss of ourselves and how to take charge over money but has only succeeded in creating slave to a brutal economic system.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / MOST PROJECT ONLY INTERESTED IN USING HUNTERS WITHOUT CARE FOR THEIR HARD-WORK on: May 06, 2019, 11:33:35 AM
There has been a clamor call by some hunters to either be paid with a stable coin or some percentage of the project token and other with a stable coin except for projects already trading with remarkable liquidity. This has become necessary because of many failed projects and some dubious managers.

We have witnessed very scanty project paying in stable coin, but these projects usually have very small budget, and will even have a limited spot for signature campaigners, most will prefer a minimum of  Full Members and above with a maybe just 10 spot or less for each, usually above Full members would be 4 participants only. We sometimes would see a budge of like $50k -150k in a stable coin, but when it comes to payment with the project token, we would see a budget of $1,000,000 to even $3,000,000 or more with much participants. Most times these projects that pay in their own coin usually either scam, fail or price will just dump badly resulting in a wastage of time, and  most often time than not, they turn their back and accuse bounty hunters of dumping at any ridiculous price, we all know this is nothing but a shitty falsehood to just give a dog a bad name so as to crucify it. This has made some persons to abandon bounty hunting.

I think project and bounty managers should reconsider how to be reasonable in payment to their marketers if they really mean business and not out to scam investors. If most persons choose never to join bounty that pays in their native coin only, bounty event may take a new turn and be revived and attractive again.

Friend, what do you think of these experience and acting?
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NIGERIA's APEX BANK PROPOSES BLOCKCHAIN FOR ITS MARKET on: May 03, 2019, 04:56:42 PM

First I need to make a correction.. This report was made based on a mini project powered by the Central Bank of Nigeria and not by Central Bank itself and lastly it in no way points out Central Bank support for bitcoin and other blockchain products.. The truth is although blockchain technology proposes a huge upgrade to the financial system in Nigeria,  I think it might be premature to gain mass adoption on an enterprise level due to numerous shortcomings of the Nigerian system..

If a mini project is powered by the Central Bank, and they are discussing and proposed what has not been approved by their sponsor, then the mini project manager should either be fired or the project cancelled, CBN has various department. I didn't write that they support bitcoin yet. I only said " I don't know the currency they will likely use in remittance if they are to incorporate cryptocurrency payment option"

Friend what area do you think they are likely to use blockchain in their financial system and do you think is a mere speculation?
688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop chasing the "next" bitcoin on: May 03, 2019, 04:16:03 PM
You are not far from the truth while trying to chase a possible next bitcoin thousand if not millions end up buying shitty of the shittest coin, today is just the same, they are going through the same cycle again, thinking: I will get it right this time, we can only have just bitcoin only in the market and the rest will remain altcoin, it's the hard truth that has to be accepted.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / NIGERIA's APEX BANK PROPOSES BLOCKCHAIN FOR ITS MARKET on: May 03, 2019, 03:08:01 PM
The apex bank of Nigeria has proposed to use the blockchain to transform its financial markets, they equally advise various stakeholders not to work in solo but must collectively work to make the growth together. They stated that commercial banks shouldn't fear that they would be crowded out by the blockchain technology, that they should rather see this as a more improved way of doing business with lost cost, and they should leverage on it. This was reported by one of her national newspaper: https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/cbn-proposes-block-chain-tech-to-transform-financial-system.html

The country's apex bank governor once likened the cryptocurrency to a Ponzi scheme and said the people who were buying it were gamblers since the nation's apex bank has no control or regulation over its activities. It seems they have like Dimon Jamie the CEO of JP Morgan realize their error or they were actually hypocrite and have now make a U-turn. I don't know yet the currency they are likely to integrate to the remittance system if they are to incorporate cryptocurrency option. Although many Nigerian youths have already embraced the cryptocurrency market despite past warning form the apex bank.
Currently, in Nigeria, cryptocurrency is neither legal nor illegal is strictly at the discretion of the investors. The country has over 200 million plus population and major are youth.

690  Economy / Economics / Re: Transferring of wealth from the impatient to the patient! on: May 02, 2019, 03:12:56 PM
Very true, patient is needed to make a good fortune from the bitcoin market. While it's important the coin wants to hold for as long as 2-3years. Some persons are in the habit of buying bullish coins without checking the potential of the token. This has led some people into big debt. It's always safer holding bitcoin or well known good altcoins.
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The use of Crypto currencies in our country. on: May 02, 2019, 03:04:44 PM
The government of my country are playing the masses pretending they know nothing about the potential of the bitcoin. This way they do come out to announce that it's a kind of Pyramid scheme, whereas some of the banks in my country are secretly trading bitcoin, but fear that they might be hedged out the business by the bitcoin innovation. Some young guys in my country see bitcoin as a better medium of value storage and a way to avoid excesses charges by the bank when doing inter-border fund transaction.
692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy apple iphone with the Bitcoin ? on: May 02, 2019, 02:56:59 PM
iPhone company will eventually accept bitcoin payment for their services in the future. For the now, some stores already accepting bitcoin for purchases of iPhones, this they do because they understand the users of bitcoin is much and daily growing. In the future, any good company that wants to stay relevant and profitable will eventually accept bitcoin.
693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty may be an income medium for unemployed youth. on: May 02, 2019, 01:47:07 PM
This is partially true. Due to the high level of insincerity among new projects, it's frustrating to participate in bounty, as more and more projects have been failing and keep failing, except for some very few exceptions. If a jobless youth is not patient, he may give up bounty altogether and miss out from the right one. I hate to participate in several bounties, I just select maybe one at the moment to avoid wasting my energy. Although participation in bounties are all part of learning about some new tech.
694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto thefts, fraud hit $1.2 billion in Q1 report on: May 01, 2019, 12:23:54 AM
What we need is actually a high-class cryptocurrency exchange with the best possible security measures in place. Tokenpay team is said to be building an unhackable dex with their Efin coin. I hope to see truely unhackage exchnage, users too need to be careful with their details and not cheaply fall for a scam as we had with the scamming ethereum classic Vision that stole people private keys out of ignorance and lack of research.
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin technology and as a currency different? on: May 01, 2019, 12:17:21 AM
Bitcoin is known to combine technology with an economic reward, which makes it attractive to miners and its users. The reason people do always advise a hold principle is because of their belief on the bitcoin technology to dominate the globe in the near future.
696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's value after being more recognized and accepted globally. on: May 01, 2019, 12:14:04 AM
I think we need more than just individual users and traders of the bitcoin for its price to go back to ATH, we will need big institutional funds to flow into the bitcoin market to ensure steady cash flow and high liquidity. Since we have more awareness and more user base, but the market is still yet to climb to a reasonable height as compare to the year 2017.
697  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN 2019 on: April 30, 2019, 11:29:22 PM
We are already in 2019 and we might not experience a bull run as we saw in 2017. Nevertheless, it will be wise to accumulate good tokens that are still very cheap, one must avoid a useless and a dead project all in the name of buying cheap coins. This year 2019 should be a way of building on the already existing legacy and adoption.
698  Economy / Economics / Re: Which industries don't need blockchain? on: April 30, 2019, 11:25:35 PM
I don't think there is presently any industry or sector that won't need the blockchain technology if there are developers in that regard. Since the blockchain will make their work faster and easier and ensures transparency and integrity. In the coming years, almost every industry will have to migrate to blockchain for their workflow, it will be wise for young people and able body to study about the blockchain technology as it may end up being the highest employer of labour in the future.
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mining would bring back excessive profit? on: April 30, 2019, 11:19:39 PM
Many miners are still making a profit from mining, and some have already switched to a cheap renewable source of power in other to cut operational running cost and maximize profit. It's not bitcoin mining machines that determine the halving of the bitcoin mining reward, but it's the way it has been programmed and this happens every four years and the next halving is expected next year, in which reward per block will be reduced from the current 12.5BTC to 6.25Btc. Mind you, price is predicted to increase significantly as miners are likely to stop selling for cheap because of the reduced block reward and a ftp://further increase in the mining difficulty.
700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The ugly side of Bitcoin on: April 30, 2019, 07:30:12 PM
This is currently what the media is focusing upon and not the previous Pyramid and Ponzi allegation of the bitcoin state. Well, a lot of projects are now focusing on renewable energy which is eco-friendly. Another thing is that the bitcoin miners are paying for this electricity, and thus contributes to the country's IGR.
