So are we having an ATH this year?
683  Economy / Speculation / Re: Deal with your problems by becoming rich with r0ach of Bitcoin on: June 09, 2016, 07:21:09 PM
while naysayers are fighting over they become rich today or next day we who have invested in bitcoin a while back are just enjoying our rewards from the price rises that hasn't even stopped yet!

ETH went up x11 this year alone, making Etherians 1100% richer. How'd your obsolete retrocoin do?

Obsolete?? Bitcoin is about to make ETH obsolete like the annoying inbred child it is.... get the fuck out

Ignore everyone who's not at least a Hero Member crew
I find it is very despicable the usual arrogance of  these supposed "masters" and "owners" of the bitcoin world. But they are contradictory in their ideas.  On the one hand they want the bitcoin become more popular, but on the other hand they usually despise new people who start here.

It was a joke

Lol...you have some good points even if you are trolling me. I diversify my portfolio, I only hold 2 or 3 altcoins with heavy preference on ETH

LOL.... just L.O.L.

No need to read further

$2000 peak, $800 stable .

$4500 peak, $1100 stable.

$7000 peak, $3000 stable.
688  Economy / Speculation / Re: Deal with your problems by becoming rich with r0ach of Bitcoin on: June 03, 2016, 04:20:04 PM
How high do you think we'll go this year r0ach?

PLEASE RESPOND
689  Economy / Speculation / Re: $570 reached on Bitstamp. on: June 03, 2016, 03:27:38 PM
Naaah, be realistic, we will probably have a correction, then swinging @$500 for about 2-3 week and then this trend will continue.

I agree with this one.  There will most likely be a correction and then re-stabilize at 500.  I think 500 is the new bitcoin price.

Disagree with both... there is always a correction to a runup but I think this one is strong and we'll see more steam until it corrects back to 550s or higher
690  Economy / Speculation / Re: $570 reached on Bitstamp. on: June 03, 2016, 03:19:15 PM
We will see an epic dump.. but not yet, not yet.

2-4K then epic dump, 50%-60% drop IMO.

We are in the year of the bull.

2K-4K?! that would make me a very happy man but I kinda doubt it... at least not until months after halving. This would put our market cap at 4x ATH
691  Economy / Speculation / Re: PayPal filed new patent....will support bitcoin on: May 27, 2016, 07:21:43 PM
Hey Roach, when do you think we bitcoin price will surpass $800 again?
692  Economy / Speculation / Re: Ethereum scammers trying to suppress BTC till they find someone to Dump Eth on on: May 20, 2016, 05:19:32 PM
Fuck Ethereum, fuck ethereum people... this shitcoin is taking the steam out of bitcoin.

At this point who knows, it may really hinder any potential rally bitcoin might have had due to halving.
693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lending bitcoin on Poloniex on: April 21, 2016, 02:31:48 PM
Ohhh shit.... thanks. I guess I'll just keep holding
694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Lending bitcoin on Poloniex on: April 21, 2016, 02:17:22 PM
Have you done it or would you recommend it? I'm not an active trader so my bitcoin stash is just sitting on Coinbase. I heard I could lend in Poloniex at a loan of 0.048% per day which with 100 btc would earn me about 0.5 BTC per day.

That sounds pretty good for just letting my BTC sit there, since it already is just sitting there on Coinbase, but do you know what the risk is? Besides Poloniex shutting down and running away with my BTC is there any risk of losing BTC though the lending process?  I'm not sure how lending works exactly so I wanted to hear your opinion

Thanks
695  Economy / Speculation / Re: $13,000 bitcoins by the end of 2016? $120,000 by 2018? (golden ratio fractals) on: April 20, 2016, 04:43:45 AM
Gear up, the next 8 months are going to be amazeballs!
 Cool
The low level of 'profits' will be the interesting thing to witness on this next uptrend where people (chumps) sell for peanuts before realizing the ultimate end-goal and high - and so on. Selling a few coins for whatever profit (say, $1hun-200) on the way up will just be an lol. But, I get it, other parts of the world need that extra cash in their own right just to live. Yet they could live way larger if they could hold on.

When are you gonna sell?

696  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving guide for noobs: Why it's not possible for halving to be priced in now on: April 20, 2016, 03:20:29 AM
I got a feeling .. And that's all it is, but because most people in general believe the price will go up. That by itself could/will make it a self fulfilling prophecy. Kind of like predictive markets, the more people that believe something will happen a certain way, its tends to be the correct answer. So in my opinion the price isn't baked in yet.

From my experience, when most people believe something the exact opposite happens. Don't be blinded by the hype, bitcoin is known for its surprises
697  Other / Off-topic / Re: I prefer paying for sex on: January 28, 2016, 04:28:18 AM
I've slept with a lot of girls, and I have no problems getting laid. But I still prefer paying hookers. It's right to the point, less work for me and saves me time.. plus some hookers are super hot Shocked
Why would we care about this?

Then GTFO little beta boy

It's not the same with hookers. You pay them and get down to business. Skipping all the drama, dining, and whatever other tortures they have in store for us just because they can. Practical is the word here. Get in, get off, get out.

I had 10million MEOW in Cryptsy..... is there anything I can do about it now or are they gone?

Is it even worth doing anything... it's probably worth like 3 LTC right?

Big Vern eats kittens for lunch and dinner, sorry.

I already put a 75 BTC hit on for his head

BTC_Markets,

Enough of this bullshit... give me a straight answer. Will the price be higher than it is now (~$380) later in 2016? I think yes, almost certain, but what do you experts think?
