Mostly I prefer to play dice game and I can enjoy it. I do sports betting too but not so often. What are some the more idiotic and stupid mistakes that you know you shouldn't have made but did anyway. Yes this includes other none gambling stuff like sending btc to the wrong address. I'm interested to find out the stupid things other people do.  I think to the main mistake is only two things first is gambling without trick/stretgy and a secondly cross the limit of minimum profit limit of the that gambling site ( house edge ) . to me as i make so many mistake in my gambling careers, but i think the big mistake i make in gambling is my huge amount of 4 bitcoins that i invested in gambling and lost it just in few hours, i still cannot forget such a big lost. |

If i had to choose, i would choose gambling for fun and Investments for profit.
But it is not always for profit, sometimes you lose also. Though investing is also like gambling both have risk, but in investing you have some input parameters to study and analyse. In investment, i think you can calculate or minimize your losses. that is where you are wrong. investing is not at all like gambling. they don't even have anything in common apart from the fact that you can use the "word" risk for both of them but the risks is not even the same. the risk of gambling is an unpredictable high risk and risk of investment is predictable and it can be very low if you find a good investment. and in investments you can almost always pull your money out if you feel like you are losing money but in gambling you either lose all or win something. yes that is a fact, most of the people are taking gambling as investment, but as you mention that investment and gambling are not the same thing as gambling is mostly depending of luck while in investment you have so edge of using your mind and experience. |

Obviously that is not long term gambling because even if you win that day, what about the previous days or the next ones there is no guarantee you can repeat such a performance in terms of hours and profits.
Yes you are right if you are looking for the long term then you will loose all your money and that is fact in gambling that if you are playing again and again then one day you will loose all your money. I did not see anyone who makes money by gambling consistently. as all kind of trading are risky, and so as gambling also, but i think still thee are so many people who are really making good money in gambling the are continuously playing gambling and their wining percentage is more than their loosing percentage. |

Self control is one of the most problem in gambling they really don't know how they are going to play without advices or without experience since we are having a problem in gambling why don't "US" set a goal an aim in every gamble or every time we played like what others do always withdraw when you make profit stop playing when you lose.

Chasing always your losses is really a bad move because you will definitely lose even more money.As you said take it as a payment on your enjoyment on playing gambling and winning some money is just a bonus out of it. Thats the best thing we should treat gambling after all. Regarding on betting styles, it depends on what type of gambler you are, some may bet big amounts some may bet on small amounts.
Correct , just give up if you were suffered to lose and re-think it before to playing again (such as preparation and your mood). For me , it doesn't matter to choose low bet or high bet as long as i enjoy my game play and before I want to play it . I've set my bankroll to gamble purpose so if I lose with my bet I won't regret it. i think high bet and low bet really matter in gambling, if you are going for high bet there must be some pressure on you while playing gambling, but if you are betting a low amount then you can play freely, having no tension, i personally play gambling with low bet, as it protect me from a high risk of losing money. |

Yeah so if an individual is able to cheat the system he will destroy the whole gambling system of the site he's been cheating.
Because many some investors will back up their funds from that site and that is going to have big impact to the whole gambling industry.

I don't see any cheats yet in gambling. All I know is, only the owner, the developer or programmer can manipulate the system. Just like playing games, if you cheat then you will miss the fun and excitement. So for me, a method of cheating in gambling is not existing... Depending on the game there are a lots of ways to cheat, for example in poker there is something called collusion which means 2 or more players are playing as a team this will give to them a huge advantage over other players sine they can choose who is going to play and as you may guess they are going to choose the one with the best cards, and that is only one way the cheaters are trying to get around the systems put in place by casinos to avoid cheating. That happens and it's not new to us gamblers, that's why I do not play poker online as it does not attract me due to that reality. I believe the gambling sites know that already and they are making ways to avoid that. My favorite game, is sports betting so I do not bother on that reality so much, I just have to play my game. You are correct but cheaters will always find ways around the system after all that is what they do, I will not be surprised if there were mafias of hundreds of colluded players cheating the casinos and other players. Sports betting is a good choice. it is very hard to get manipulated by online gambling sites unlike other games such as poker and all. If you intend to engage on altcoin/bitcoin trading then its better to choose reputable trading platforms like poloniex,bittrex and ccex which you could able to trade there and my tip for you is dont trade on huge amounts on the start better to start on small amounts and keep searching on the internet on the definition and terms when you do trading and also when you get it already just dont be greedy or dont have patience becaue you will surely lose.
I think selection of exchange is not a problem but the main problem is the selection of alt coin, and specially for a newbie, who do not have any study and information of alt coin, therefore I will always recommend to start trading from selection a very very cheap price coin which cannot hurt you much if the price fell down. You just need to gain experience in start. yes i also agree with you i think selection of alt coin is not an easy job you have to do some study about a currency and must get some good information and only then you can make money in alt coin otherwise it is one of the most difficult job to make money in trading,. |

I move from ETH, XMR and BITCOIN every now and then and so I'm use to bitcoin getting dumped and pumped.
So if bitcoin suddenly die, I can swiftly move elsewhere. There are tons of legit coins out there. So long as it can be use to send/receive and has value its good.
you do not need to go any where bitcoin is not going to die so soon, i hope that it will continue for ever and as we can see that bitcoin is becoming more and more stronger from time to time, therefore it is now becoming almost impossible that bitcoin can die over night, we can only hope for the better future of bitcoin. |

What is your definition, what is good? If you ask 10 people this question, you will probably receive 10 different answers  In my opinion, if we, through our actions, can help others, it's good. So, for example, maybe send BTC donations to charity, homeless people, buy food and help poor people etc. Yes bitcoin could be used to for anything. But we need to understand the purpose of bitcoin like why we are having bitcoin when we are already having fiat system. So, basically bitcoin was innovated just to have a trust-less asset system. It is could be used for having a common payment system across continents. This just one simple example how good bitcoin is and how we could make use of it. as different people have different opinion about bitcoin to me bitcoin is mostly used for legal activities as all the legal activities that we are using bitcoin for are the good use of bitcoin itself,. i think there will be very limited illegal activities for which bitcoin will be using for but mostly bitcoin isuse for legal and good activities. |

After 2023, once the bitcoin will be stopped from mining, then bitcoin will become more exclusive and rare coin, increasing its price to a higher level ever seen. Even as on date, only 1-2% of total bitcoin users are miners and not more because of the mining difficulty.
So the mining stop will push the price of bitcoin to an uncharted territory never seen before. However, I came to know that the bitcoin core committee is now thinking to increase the life of bitcoin so that it can be mined even after 2023, but not sure.

Yes i agree with the mass adoptation. If people already recognize bitcoins as a money, and if many merchants will accept bitcoins, the demand will become more higher. The price will increase more because of high demand. I think once that bitcoins adopt by many people and use it for thier daily lives, sooner bitcoins will become international digital currency. Sounds great right? i think it depend on ones experience, if some one is good in trading then he can make good from trading in alt coins, and if a person has some good experience in gambling so he can make bitcoin in gambling, as i have good experience in trading therefore i mostly do trading in alt coins.

We know only that ,there are 16 mil btc already mined. We also know that there is approximately the same amount of wallets. My gues is that a bitcoiner in general has around 1 btc and 1 wallet, so I voted for 16 million. However, I understand now that 1 btc per user is sort of not that big and the average amount is probably higher. But what to do with wallet's then? If there are less people using btc then they have more money and more then 1 wallet in general?
i don't think that there is only one wallet with every bitcoin users, to me ever bitcoin users much have more that 5 wallets and the second is that it is not so easy estimate the number of bicoin users, as bitcoin is anonymous and no one has the source to find out the actual number of active bitcon users. |

Certainly, as long as governments exist in countries, there is no chance for bitcoin to replace banks as they wont let it happen, they wont let the economy of their country to be out of their control which means they wont have any control on their countrymen. because if thus how they can make corruption if bitcoin will take the place and take over as a local currency for sure government will not allowed that they want to have everything in their hands this thing will not happen chances is really small for bitcoin to let the bank disappear. but i think bitcoin can make banks disappear when time come, presently as bitcoin is not so much popular and majority of the people are not using it therefore they are using their old banking system, but the trend of the new generation is totally changing from time to time as the new generation is interested in online business therefore they are giving more preference to bitcoin and making it strong from time to time. |

Bitcoin is anonymous, so can be buying illegal drugs. But we can not justify buying illegal goods including drugs. It can make a lot of government angry and eventually the use of bitcoin including unlawful.
yes may be bitcoin is also used for illegal drugs but i think no one can proof it because of its anonymous character, but as all other fiat currencies are also used for anonymous character therefore it may also be used for same purpose. |
