...i did man...the win32 zip thats 4 days old...getting the same error message?....

Try stopping the client, rename the folder named PandaCoin to whatever in %appdata% and start the client again.

Wolong's community was only ever about profit and sat around on the exchanges looking at prices rather than actually doing the work.
