681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are these P2P crypto platforms SCAM? on: February 06, 2024, 06:34:31 PM
First of all this topic doesn't belong to this section, At the same time I'm wondering why the moderator hasn't moved it out to the Exchanges section.

Hmm, most of them are renowned platforms, and you can consider them reliable, especially for Bybit & OKX I'm sure they have a good support team, and response to complaints also I've personally used them. So I can say they are pretty reliable for the rest I cant say anything.

683  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Make reading a habit on: February 05, 2024, 09:23:42 PM
On the other hand, I was reading a case study that there are many users who used to read very less and they just read the thread/post/article from different points just to idea of what actually the author wants to convey/represent. So when I want to convey my message I write the message/topic shortly so that everyone can read it easily and reply to me easily/accordingly.

Hmm, can you mention the post where you were reading the case haha ... Just kidding because I don't read such posts as its a matter of experience by our common point of view we should realize that without proper engagement in the topic people just use to scan it.

To make posts more engaging you need to bring out your thoughts in the sense of words, not an artificial definition from the chosen word to be cool, as the concept and depth of the post matter, not the fancy words and definitions because there are already established description of the topic you are discussing over the internet what you can contribute is ask or answer with your perspective.

Haha, sounds like a boring lecture but you can count it as advice of the day to improve the post interaction and engagement.
684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don’t think bitcoin is now decentralized on: February 05, 2024, 09:18:38 PM
The meme pool has nothing to do with the decentralization buddy, you are on the wrong track, if you are encountering network fees & network congestion you should look for the scalability solution because decentralization has nothing to do with it In the first few moments I thought this is gonna be the joke of the day but seems like Op by misconception created this thread.

I can consider myself one of the people who learned about how the Bitcoin network works and how network congestion-related problems are taken into count this day with the help of senior fellows, a few weeks ago, I was supposed to ask a few questions which I was expecting has been already covered before but in the flow of discussion on that thread I did asked them and of one senior explained things out, that the solution's I was asking were removed due to the misuse of the system from the meme pool Moral of the story is buddy if you find it difficult to know about the base concepts just ask don't blame.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's stupidity to have thousands in Bitcoin using a software wallet on: February 05, 2024, 09:11:24 PM
Hmm, First of all, said to hear that you were using the software wallet = hot wallet and a type of wallet that was not open source and decentralized as well on the same time you were quite satisfied with the synchronization of the wallet with Email, you really under-estimated the security. Anyway, it was the past now you are an experienced man from your this topic maybe someone can take the good piece of advise to save himself.

Note: Most of the centralized exchanges introduced their Web-3 so-called decentralized wallets I'm not fo now questioning their reliability but still these wallets are synchronized with your exchange accounts so make sure not to hold major amounts in those wallets. At the same time most of the Hot wallets these days are suggesting users who create new accounts to save/store their seed phrases in google drive as cloud backup. I will strongly recommend ignoring cloud backup because its way more dangerous.
686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any Genuine Arbitrage Bot ? on: February 05, 2024, 04:51:53 PM
I am sorry if this topic has been discussed in the past but I want to know if people are still using any arbitrage trading bot and if it has been beneficial and are they genuine? because I have come across lot of bots and trading automations shown in YouTube which are kind of scams as they rip off your wallet hence thought of checking if I could get any leads here which are worth trying. Need a proof as well if it has been successful.

Meanwhile I am working on creating my own trading strategy using Python and if it's successful I will share here, it's still it very initial stage as of now.

No buddy the question typed recurrent topic is not all discouraged, most of the time with the help of one such topic many other people find solutions to their queries (The shy people haha). Anyway sticking to the topic OP I don't find Bots very reliable at least when it comes to handling the transaction until you know the developer's intentions or you are the developer because due to unfamiliarity with the code many people cant find out the compromises (Loop Holes ) in the codes.

Obviously, I'm pointing the their part involvement also it's good to ask publically but before any implementation, you must analyze the suggestion properly or test it on a dummy because it's a sensitive matter, you never know how reliable the provided solution is.

Becasue its internet so ABC= Always Be Careful.
687  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies be aware, don't fall into the trap of getting high ROI in Bull Market on: February 05, 2024, 04:45:20 PM
Insane Post OP made a huge contribution in highlighting the general scams going on in the market, such topics need to be actively discussed so the newbies can be saved from getting scammed by these signals sellers and shity people who have nothing good to provide except selling their own so-called courses, signals and scamming people with the tactics.

The general awareness campaign should be continued.. Actually, most people who fall into these traps never belong to the community of learners they just try their luck to find some shortcut to make money but educating such people is also our duty as community members. Everyone needs money but a good way is what matters in this whole cycle.

689  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: No KYC Crypto Trading Platforms on: February 04, 2024, 08:28:37 PM
Hehe, it might sound funny just OP's thinking that we belong to the era of no information, this is what I've guessed from the OP's post, so my newbie forum fellows don't fall into such topics, they are just phishers. I can assure you that you'll notice the brand doesn't even possess a reputed domain name, and those who ignore visiting links all into such schemes, Becasue most people dont follow the link they just Scan the Name and top result which can be manipulated by the SEO.

I can remember for some services many people fall into such scams because such phishers clone the entire system to steal information and assets. There are some other reputed platforms that offer no KYC service and I can clearly remember after searching a little bit on the forum you can find a topic with those secure names.
690  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You know trading style that's named - Social trading ? on: February 04, 2024, 08:21:32 PM
Ahhh, another shit post.. as many fellows claim its an AI-generated post also bro you don't need to post such things here to have merit attraction because this is not how the system work be involved in natural discussions and on the basis of your participation you'll get rewarded with the merits. Dont try to be over-smart haha. Anway after a long time I've encountered such a post you entertained me in assisting a person weekly task.

I'm sure after reading the most of feedback yo'll improve your style because this is not the regular social style to write content here without reference and concrete information just theoretical assumptions and suggestions.

692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin VS Quantum Computing on: February 04, 2024, 06:27:43 PM
So, when quantum computing becomes a risk to cryptos they will only migrate the sha256 to these new encryption algorithms, so, we don't have to worry at all about this topic.

Hmm, that's good to hear, for now SHA-256 is more than enough but people need to realize that Quantum computing is not to crack the encryption algorithms haha so why are they so afraid of it also it's not like a technology that is going to be used by people in their day to day devices as we are using chips for now.

I haven't explored much about this technology but as far as I know, it is really complex, and it will be used to explore things outside the boundary. Things are quite messy there haha.

694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do many people fail in trade? on: January 31, 2024, 03:03:42 PM
Haha, OP a straightforward answer because people take trading a world to fulfill their fantasies and luxuries and they fall into the wrong path of journey so they destroy themselves = fail.
Agreed, the frame of mind of some cryptocurrency traders is the reason why they failed but I think some of the social media influencers especially on Twitter have a role to play in the reason why this happened to some traders based on what the Tweeted which was seen as financial advise by some traders.
Meanwhile, I am glad that you make it through when you're on the same road.

Hmm, Social media influencers haha they ruin the whole trading career of the early traders (New ones), just for the sake of a few bucks and selling their course and their premium membership of shity signals. I don't know if people always get interested in the profits after only viewing a couple of edited screenshots of the gains.

i used to say most of them run their own groups with trained strategy, usually posting a signal in 2 groups based on contradictory analysis, and one wins and 2nd loses and then they share the gains SS to the free group to attack new users and post the motivation quotes in the losing side to make them prepare for the next payment haha. it all sucks hehe just my point of view not meant to offend any signal seller at the same time I don't care if the signal provider gets offended by what I've said so. I completely stand by it.
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binary Trade Better or Better to Buy and Hold Bitcoin? on: January 31, 2024, 02:53:54 PM
Trading & Holding are both 180-degree concepts where the trading requires proper management skills such as emotion, TA, FA, and price action with some decent experience it's a full-time job, and at the same time investment/holding is a strategy of one-time effort where you only need the basic information and an overview of FA. Now the deciding ball is the user's court, trading can be highly rewarding.

On my end I play in between with different coins, for Bitcoin I will always suggest the holding strategy as you know its the most safe play haha.
696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask now supporting bitcoin? on: January 31, 2024, 02:38:40 PM
Metamask now supporting bitcoin or a mistake from the news? Yes there are misinformation on news sometimes.

The new integration allows users to withdraw cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin directly from a wallet like MetaMask to a Visa debit card.

The last time I used Metamask, it is only supporting altcoins and not supporting bitcoin.

I do not want to download Metamask to check this which I think is a long process than asking on this forum.

Metamask is an EVM-compatible wallet only, I haven't heard of or experienced the direct Non-EVM chains' integration with Metamask. There's a possible way to use the same phase to access every chain using the snaps, where the address varies from chain to chain as per requirement but the master key & recovery phases remain the same, and to check the updates regarding the assets you need always go through those snaps.

Snap is a third party, so to me, it's really unreliable. But as far as OP is mentioning the latest news lets checkout what's happening.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paying with Bitcoin. on: January 30, 2024, 04:30:46 PM
Bitcoin was meant to be used as money, so paying with Bitcoin meant using it as intended. There's nothing bad in it for Bitcoin because usage means liquidity, and it's not good for a currency when it is just stuck and not moving at all.

Sadly I'm saying that the volatility of Bitcoin is not a big deal for Bitcoin to be an efficient payment mode and currency, but the network fees and scalability issue of Bitcoin is making things messed up, Bitcoin cant be a good option in the future anymore as a payment mode.

Bitcoin from now onwards will be treated as an asset class. After the ETF approvals I can say more confidentially that now with the transaction load we cant use Bitcoin because its way more expensive to use the Bitcoin network.
698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do many people fail in trade? on: January 30, 2024, 12:56:50 PM
Haha, OP a straightforward answer because people take trading a world to fulfill their fantasies and luxuries and they fall into the wrong path of journey so they destroy themselves = fail.

Most people take the basics as child play, Discipline they don't care, emotions they consider themselves strong, psychology they overestimate themselves, skills they think it's just an up and down haha. I think is enough to mention most of the things. In the end they quit and this is where they closed the doors I was on that door but luckily saved myself and now I'm surviving somehow. Alhamdullialh.
699  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy ideas on: January 30, 2024, 12:52:27 PM
I'm sorry, but I really have a difficult time understanding this thread. However, from some of the words, I can only guess that the OP is trying to deliver his thoughts in a metaphorical way. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Do you mean the "buying of ideas" is the exchange of knowledge between one person and another, affecting the growth of each other?. No one is really knowledgeable without collaborating with others' knowledge. I hope the OP could articulate his opinion better, thou.

Haha buddy don't get confused just ignore if you are facing any issues as its an open forum, and everyone can write his own thoughts in any context, Still if you are interested I can explain in a few words what OP is trying to say in a very generic way of literature hehe.

SO OP is trying to say after spending some of his time he found that this forum can help, in constructing the foundation in the crypto space, on the same time, he is trying to express his feelings haha that buy ideas = exchange of information helps each other, in conclusion, he is trying to say no one is genius and very within his sources can help other to grow. Sounds the same naahh anyway I've tried to portray the image I've seen in this thread.

Haha in the end I want to comment on the OP that whatever you are trying to say is already decided in the word forum haha actually this is what a forum is meant to be. So don't get any pressure just chill.
700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong Moves With Your Bitcoin on: January 30, 2024, 12:42:59 PM
Made mistakes with your Bitcoin in the past...that you still regret or at least considered to be a wrong move especially considering the price of BTC these days? Three years ago, I got bored with the movement of Bitcoin so I look for other good alternatives which I can use to replace...unfortunately I decided to go for BTCV all in. And it was a big horror because two months after the price of BTCV dropped to just 30% to when I bought them...got no choice but to cut loss.

Please share your story here if you have one so we can learn a lesson or two...

Hmm, What a perfect Youtube Thbmnail OP inserted to get attention for the topic, good job buddy. TBH I'm not used to such large images with no stats (memes are an exception here). At the same time, I wonder if you've chosen an alternative BTCV and I've never even heard about it honestly. At the same time there were many other alternatives if you are not a hard Bitcoiner you could have chosen nay of the alternative to out perform the returns easily.

Anyway, it was up to you, and considering the current market momentum with the 3 years seems like situations are different we are not actively checking-out that the entire market sentiments are highly bullish and that a win-win situation just needs a little patience. Bitcoin is not the best performer at all, Bitcoin is one of the most reliable best performers. If you are willing to take risks then you should definitely look onto the diversifying strategy and it would be great with some popular narratives.
