It's 45mins into the game already and both teams are yet to score a goal. Newcastle are dominating the game and creating good chances but have not been able to find the back of the net. It is half time now and we hope to see how much impact the half time talks will have in this game. I'm expecting a more entertaining second half with at least 2 goals to come.

Gündogan isn't a replacement for Firmino. They play different positions or please correct me if I am wrong. I don't think that Manchester City will let him go just yet and instead present him with a better offer than the last one. He developed even further this season and I believe he could still build the strongest midfield in the Premier League with Kevin De Bruyne. But who knows maybe one day Gündogan would like to return to Germany as well and gives Dortmund another try  Firmino is a number 9 and for many years has played in the centre role leading Liverpool's attack. His departure will cause Liverpool to find a natural number 9 to fill in that position, someone like Cody Gakpo or Darwin Nunez will have to step in to fill in that position for the coming season. Gundogan is a versatile player and has the ability to play in different positions and so will be a good sigining for any team he finally joins the club. |

Manchester City are close to recording an outstanding season if they are able to win both the champions league and FA cup this season as they have reached finals in both competitions. Manchester City are capable of defeating Manchester United in the FA cup finals and then face Inter Milan in the Champions league finals, Manchester City are capable of winning both titles, I have crowned them champions already even before the games.

Alexander Mitrovic has been performing great this season but I don't see any serious transfer news about him. He is only 28 years old and has all the features of a target striker. I think he should definitely play in a better team than Fulham next season. I think Alexander Mitrovic is the striker with the qualities Erik Ten Hag is looking for. Erik Ten Hag hasn't been able to get the results he wanted from Weghorst this season. However, I think Alexander Mitrovic can meet Erik Ten Hag's expectations. Even if he is not transferred to Manchester United, he deserves to be transferred to a team in the Manchester United class.
Alexander Mitrovic could also be a good buy for Manchester United incase they fail to get their preferred target which is Harry Kane this summer. Mitrovic will not be much of a problem if Manchester United want him probably between a price fee of £25m to £35m and he will make more impact than Weghorst made is he 6months loan spell at Manchester United. |

Manchester United defensive midfield really save them from Bournemouth, the more I look at Casemiro, the more I see a hardworking midfielder, there is no other player that play that position than him and he is ready to defend Manchester United at all cost, no doubt Bournemouth are not that in good form but they are also afraid of losing more games to avoing going to relegation because there last 3 match has been lost on losses.
Some people hate De Gea but the fact cannot be taken from the truth, De Gea has saved Manchester United from conceding different goals but those who hate him will always find a way to criticize, his rating in the match against Bournemouth says alot that he is even better than some of the forward players.
Manchester United were able to secure a win away to Bournemouth, although I wished Manchester United would lose that game but the fought against odds and finally got all three points to keep the champions league qualification . When I hear people criticize and shade De Gea for mistakes I begin to wonder how long they have being supporting because for years David De Gea has been United's hero in the toughest of games. |

Today man city official the EPL champoins, as i expected arsenal players totally lost confidence and today's results seems logic for me, i expected a draw of a small win for arsenal but the actual result seems also very expected
Am kind of suprised that Arsenal loss in today's match, all Arsenal fans can now accept their faith now, the premier league belongs to Manchester City this season. Arsenal performed well from the beginning of the season till ending, they gave their fan's hope that they will win the league for them this season, just when they are having just few matches left, they started misbehaving, what's the use of struggling from the beginning of the season, they shouldn't have given their fan's hope, I think we can all start to congratulate Manchester city in advance. I won't say that I am surprised that Arsenal lost today, the confidence of the team has dropped drastically and knowing that they already bottled the league title and secured second place position and qualification to champions league football this level of performance is expected. On the other hand Nottingham Forest are fighting to stay clear of relegation so I expected the game to be tough especially with Nottingham Forest playing at home. |

It's disappointing that Liverpool will have to miss out on champions league football next season after they failed to secure a win today against Aston Villa but looking at the bright side and how the season has been from the start you would agree with me that this is a good turnout, who would have expected Liverpool will qualify for European football this season after series of loses.

 Arne Slot is still the most linked manager with Tottenham for next season. You know that Tottenham parted ways with Conte after things started going sideways in the season. They have been managed by a caretaker manager for a while since then. This season is a big failure for the team as they aren't going to the Champions League next season. They might not even qualify for the Europa League either. This is a big disappointment for a team like Tottenham considering their squad quality. They need the right man to manage now. Otherwise Kane who is their most valuable player can leave the team this summer. Manchester United are already interested in him you know. Arne Slot has had a great season with Feyenoord and he still has 2 more years on his contract. But I really wonder what he can do in the most competitive league in Europe. This season has been really tough for not only Chelsea and Liverpool but for Spurs also, they started on a fine and promising form but list their momentum in the middle of the season which resulted to sacking Conte and they are now seeking for the best replacement for Conte and Arne Slot happens to be one of the names mentioned. Newcastle United are obviously on a different level this season, I just love how competitive the premier league is, Newcastle lost by 2 goals to nil to Arsenal, Arsenal lost 3 -nil to Brighton, and Newcastle thrashed Brighton by 4 goals to 1. A disappointing result for Brighton because they dominated the game, had more possession but Newcastle created more chances and as well four converted goals, Eddie Howe's men have indeed been brilliant this time.

Manchester City are a very organized team, even without Haaland's contributions in a game they still have the quality to win games because other players will step up to the challenge and do the scoring. This point was proven against Real Madrid, Haaland was not able to convert the chances created but Bernardo Silva and Alvarez did.

Brighton showed better improvement level under the new manager, with Potter they were good but with the new manager they have become even better and playing with determination and focus. Making top four was a more difficult task for them to achieve when Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United were top and Liverpool picking up momentum at the finishing stages of the season and Newcastle United firing in top form this season, Europa league spot has always been the height they can achieve.

Raya and Diogo Costa are two goalkeepers who are very interested in Erik Ten Hak at the moment, Man United has even made a personal approach to the two goalkeepers. Raya was successful as a goalkeeper at Brentford and his quality on the crossbar made coach Erik Ten Hak put quite a high interest in him, and vice versa with Diogo Costa who has been successful with Porto so far. Until now there has been no recent news about who will be the goalkeeper recruited by Man United because it may still be in the negotiation stage.
According to several sources that I have read, David De Gea will still stay at Man United, but there will be a salary cut and Erik Ten Hak also plans to provide playing hours for other goalkeepers if they manage to sign the newest goalkeeper. Regarding speculation about De Gea's future and in my opinion he still deserves to be Man United's main goalkeeper, even though Erik Ten Hak plans to bring in a new goalkeeper next season.
It will be great news if Manchester United are able to get either of these goal keeping talents for the coming season, David De Gea is still so good and an important player but I think it will be smart to have a good back up to reduce the workload for him and create competition between the two goalkeepers to keep them at their best performance. Even with the mistakes David De Gea has been making he is undoubtedly still one of the best goalkeepers they have had in long years and Erik Ten Hag understands that De Gea is still capable of making those important saves that keeps them alive in tough games and wins games for them, it is understandable to want to keep him but having a good back up goal keeper should also be part of the plans IMO. |

It was a really tough game for Real Madrid tonight, I guess Pep Guardiola was right when he mentioned that the second leg at the Ethihad would decide the outcome of the draw and they just proved how good they can be at the Ethihad stadium. This season Manchester City have been the best team and they well deserved this to win the champions league as well as the English premier league.

There is still rumors that Real Madrid is interested in Kylian Mbappe, but there is no official or credible source of information on the subject. Even after clinching the deal with Jude Bellingham, they are still interested in him. Mbappe, in my opinion, may still be interested in joining the club even if it does not work out this season but very soon. After PSG, I believe Real Madrid will be his next destination. Real Madrid have just the Champions league to battle with Manchester City. After a disappointing 1-1 draw in the first leg of the champions league meeting with Manchester City, the return leg will be the decider for who goes through to the finals and I have a strong feeling that whichever team that wins will also win the finals. I am hopeful Manchester City wins and brings the trophy to English football.

The race for top four finish is getting more interesting as Manchester United, Newcastle and Liverpool race it out for 3rd and fourth position at the end of the season, Liverpool have been in good form getting as much points as they can grab form the remaining games the have at hand. The next three games for Manchester United and Newcastle will be crucial and will decide who finishes 3rd and fourth at the end of the season. Liverpool can only get a chance if either teams lose at least 4 points from their remaining games.
