I really love this thread, it really sums up the creativity of this community. It is interesting to see what projects gain notoriety and that projects fade into obscurity.

"If it's a coin from smoothie and it's an XMR coin NOT lasered UNFUNDED or BUYER-FUNDED, it's guaranteed to be 99.999% funded"
- Owl Catz 1/29/22
I have tried to explain this to my customers before. When I dealt with smoothie he was very persistent that every coin was funded up to the denomination. He even went so far as to hold my order until I funded one of my coins up fully to the denomination.
I think people are safeguarding themselves for when it is year 2080 and they want to sell the lealana xmr to someone (hopefully to a museum) but have no paperwork to assure it is actually funded. Its just a trust game at that point. Trusting that some guy in Hawaii in the year 2020 was legit.
Every artifact in history needs some form of signature to confirm it's authenticity and legitimacy. I think these coins will be no different.

The amazon reviews for this product are even worse. These coins are a trap

What if the run of 33 gold chips were each funded with 0.033 BTC?

Im not condemning warden and calling him an exit scammer.
I just have some questions that we as community need to answer.
1. How can we mitigate this type of situation happening in the future?
2. What happens if one of the coin manufactures just drops off the face of the earth and doesn't stop in here for a few years? Do you peel or do you still trust?
3. What steps would a coin creator need to take in order to have his customers trust in his product?

This is the single best CI collection I have seen so far. Some of these coins I had no idea even existed.
When it comes to collecting it soon takes over your finances and much of your thinking time is about making the next deal.
But after all the thinking, messaging and deliberation you take a glance over your collection are feel a tad bit satisfied knowing that you have a few of the rarest coins in the world.
If I was tasked with putting together a full set of CI I really would not know where to start.

Looks like the phishing attempts have been ongoing since June 01, 2018 from user MCHouston: "User sent me a PM with a link to what seems like a bitcointalk post, upon further inspection it is a link to a completely different site, that looks like bitcointalk trying to steal passwords and try other things. Link to their profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=940588Screenshot of PM and the real URL it would send you too."

Lealanas are getting super expensive. But theres some brass 0.1s, 1BTC silver holo, and a 5 litecoin lealana for sale on ebay now. You should do what i did. Set my kids up with a ballet wallet. If i know my kids. There gonna lose them, lol.
What is the 1 BTC silver Lealana on ebay worth, does anyone know? As much as someone will pay for it. This market is quite low volume and novel so prices are really in a price discovery phase. The coin will probably go for more than 5k is my guess.

Children can't be trusted with the lealana shiny, they might trade it to their friend for fruit snacks at school.
