when I bought my BW, it was going to ROI in 40 days.... at the diff at the time... guess what... IT DIDN'T LOL

the diff keeps going up. when I first got it I was getting 1 LTC a day now its about .5 or .6 that was only two diff changes ago afaik
682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Will the GAW VAULTBREAKER Be profitable? on: August 01, 2014, 05:55:18 AM
if you buy a scrypt asic you will lose your shirt, been there done that
Wrong! If you buy an asic and won't know how to use it properly you may lose money.
I've been buying these since the first generation of Asicminer chips came out and never lost a dime.

oh there must be a different switch on it that I don't know about. must be called the profitable switch.

if you do that math are CURRENT diff. every machine from GAW will roi in 3-4months.

BTW I bought a scrypt miner from GAW. it was $1000... makes about $5 a day

1000 / 5 = 200 days at current diff. what a piece of shit

You're way wrong. At current diff gaw miners would roi in 20-30 days. Think I know why you're losing money. Cause your math sucks ass.

And, the profit switch is like the gspot. You gotta know how to work your equipment to find it. Maybe in a few years you'll find one or the other!

What he said.  I bought a Falcon for $500 other day.  So far is averaging $13/day.  As long as current rate doesn't fluctuate much, will ROI in 40 days.  I am content with that, as it should be paid and turning a profit for me before all the big scrypt miners hit the market.

yeap and the diff is going up so much... its gunna go down and down and down

you can't buy afalcon new for $500 not even close

Yea, i just stopped responding because they obviously have no experience with it. They've admitted it themselves. Wouldn't waste your breath on the trolls man.
You're right. There's always that smart guy who dumps coins on the market every day whatever the price is, then sums it up on his pro chart and says "I'm getting $5 a day what a piece of crap" Cheesy
Or mines some crap coin and blames the hardware for not making any dough. Or puts the miner in his bedroom and complains that it's loud and hot.

all alt coins are in the shit right now, they are not going anywhere. ltc is $7.5

if you get lucky and hold all your LTC and the price is $16 ok you might make your money back. is that gunna happen? hope it does for me and you.

btw you're just a bullshiter, if you need to put some dumbass advert in your sig to get a tiny bit of btc, you must be really rolling it in from mining LOL

OP,
your fear is unfounded.
i have two furys downstairs and two rock miners i got from them
i also have about 67Mh of zen-hosted (2 falcons, a black widow and a fury)
already got almost .2btc in the last 5-6days

that's really bad its going to take years to pay off those rigs at that rate lol
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Will the GAW VAULTBREAKER Be profitable? on: July 31, 2014, 08:28:18 PM
asic are fine, as long as they are used and cheap. Smiley

i'd be really surprised if anyone make any money of these almost $10k machines. highly doubtful

got my miners today thanks wknight for the legit sale Smiley

the postal service beat the shit out of them the boxes were mangled and ripped apart. they damaged one of the miners but it still works.

I have them both up and running with no errors and hashing as they should.

this is the second miner that I've bought that has arrived with the same type of damage. the other one was bent all up but the fan shroud wasn't broken. one was through fedex and one through usps. they just don't give a shit about other people's stuff

690  Other / Off-topic / Re: Re: iOS or Android or Windows? on: July 28, 2014, 06:34:15 AM
Android is my personal choice for portable devices. For these reasons:

Interoperability. Myself, my family members and my partner: all Android phones so I can give them quick advice if they have questions/problems.

Custom ROM's: you can do [¡]anything[\i] on Android that you can on iOS and usually for free or cheaper.

Availability of devices. I would use a top end phone, such as a Nexus 5 or LG G2 if I could. But because my job is physical and my phone gets banged and knocked at work I'm using and old Samsung S2. It's full of scratches and dents but it still does everything I need. My girlfriend has the nice phone ?

Android is regularly updated and compatible with Linux, which isn't going away any time soon.

If you've more than a modicum of knowledge when it comes to tech then go Android. If you just want to look flash and spend more than you need, go iOS.

I don't own a tablet but if I did it wouldn't be an iPad. ?

android is a flavor of linux. durp...

im on a surface pro table... its about 10000000000x better than any android or apple tablet. its a real computer in my hands

Hi,

Great App!

my app started crashing since v2.4 on a regular basis.  I have upgraded to v2.6a and still get the error on a regular basis.

I am running on XP

and the crash error is below.

Hope this helps.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

pretty simple. something is null and trying to be referenced. the error message doesn't say exactly what obviously...

don't buy it.

Why shouldn't I? Is this seller fake? I mean is he a scammer? Also, is there an escrow allowed by this seller to put someone as middleman to guarantee that he won't scam me?

uh no he isn't fake or a scammer, the machines are just worthless they aren't worth the money. it'll take you FOREVER to roi on it if at all

you're going to get about $10 a day at most from the 27MH... at current diff, and its going up a lot because of all the asic...

1350/$10 = 135days AT CURRENT DIFF. who knows how long as the diff rises. its just not a good investment

But I'm not getting that for which coin are you talking all this for? I mean which coin mining will take nearly 135 days to break even? I was thinking that mining doges would be a good opportunity.. Also, this Falcon is worth $890 or something and not $1350 if I'm not wrong... Smiley

doge is less profitable than ltc right now.

890/10=89 days at current diff. it keeps going up... 10 a day is very optimistic
