681  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex hacked, $100M+ stolen on: November 10, 2023, 05:16:34 PM
If I am not mistaken, this is the second platform linked to Justin Sun to be hacked in less than 90 days, and again he is offering a 5% white hat bounty agreement if they return the stolen funds within the next seven days.

If the hackers returned it, could this be a way to evade taxes or indicate a problem? It is difficult to think that it is something random. Let's see what happens in the coming months.

682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Refer to my previous topic: "Investing plan" on: November 10, 2023, 04:32:45 PM
It is good that you ask here before you invest, because sometimes thinking out loud is best.

Also my plan is to invest after that litle by litle for example from my income to invest 100-200$ in month.
This may be a great investment plan, but it is not the best investment plan because for now it is better to invest in one lump sum, as the price of Bitcoin now will be the cheapest for all the coming months, or it may be the cheapest at all.
Invest now with the amount of money you may need to invest in the coming months. If it is difficult, invest the largest amount you have at the present time.
683  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can anyone help me please to withdraw money from my blocked Binance account? on: November 10, 2023, 04:08:47 PM
The only assumption is that you created your account before identity verification was required, but I think that in these accounts the user can still withdraw from the balance. If this is not your problem, I do not think that anyone can help you except the support team, as they will ask you to verify the identity. Contact the support team. Via Reddit, Twitter, or email, as they do not have an active account here.
684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to maintain proper security measures paying by BTC for an expensive items? on: November 09, 2023, 05:13:05 PM
What you mentioned is for businesses in which amounts of more than a thousand dollars are traded, so educating yourself will be necessary. I suggest that you read books about Bitcoin or watch some videos on YouTube, in addition to learning how to cold store and preserve your money well. Regarding fees, although they are currently expensive, they are in the range of $5 to $20. Note that the method of calculating Bitcoin fees does not depend on the value of the transaction, but I do not think that someone who wants to buy a property for thousands of dollars will be concerned about fees for less than $100.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hot take: Your crypto portfolio should have more than just Bitcoin. on: November 09, 2023, 04:57:59 PM
By investing in altcoins, you are not diversifying your investments because all of this category of assets is affected by the price of Bitcoin and is exposed to the same influences that make the price of Bitcoin increase or decrease. Therefore, you increase the possibility of being exposed to losses.
Some exceptions to this rule:
Stable currencies: If you intend to trade, it may be a good option to buy more Bitcoin, but do not keep these for a long period.
Privacy coins: buy those coins will have value in the future, but Bitcoin’s performance is better. Therefore, if you are looking for the best high-risk asset for the next three months, Bitcoin is the best.
686  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: I have btc in my electrum wallet. How can I send lightning? on: November 09, 2023, 04:51:00 PM

It's not really $8. That was just an example. How about doing it on Electrum?
If you are not in a hurry, it is better for you to wait until the transaction is confirmed. The problem is that to calculate the transaction fees, the term wallet is useless. You need to specify the number of inputs, outputs and type of addresses. If you tell us the number of Inputs and outputs (how many address in both sides) and type of addresses, we will recommend the best fee for you in exchange for a reasonable waiting time ( Several hours) but the bump fee option will still mean that you will pay more
687  Economy / Economics / Re: Honestly do we really got rugpulled in pandemic? on: November 09, 2023, 12:05:15 PM
If I understood you correctly, you are talking about the economic consequences of the pandemic, correct? If so, then the global economy is still suffering from the consequences of the pandemic, the impact of which could extend for an additional three years. However, I think that the economy has been affected by geopolitical factors in the recent period more than the economic consequences. Financial and political policies have led to a rise in oil prices and changing all of the lives that we live according to interest rates. High and higher tax levels
688  Economy / Economics / Re: India is the new economic leader of global south. And replacement for China?... on: November 09, 2023, 11:47:01 AM
To be the "factory of the world", there are basic conditions that must be met in terms of infrastructure, electricity, legal legislation, taxes, trained and cheap workers, and the ease of starting a business, all of which are things that China excels at. However, India is making rapid mistakes. From a country that does not have electricity to a country that exports electricity, and from a country that transactions are paper-based and corruption is at a high rate for a country with high governance, but they still need trained workers and to persuade companies to enter the market. Therefore, within 10 to twenty years, India will be one company if it continues with the current steps.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What lies ahead for Bitcoin in the coming days? on: November 09, 2023, 11:00:47 AM
No one can know the future, but unless a very flawed error occurs, Bitcoin will maintain a market value and thus a price higher than zero due to scarcity of supply and increased demand, but far from pessimism and caution against excessive optimism, we can say that at least the price of Bitcoin will reach 70,000 2021ATH, even if this were possible. It is an opportunity to easily double your investment.
I do not want to be too optimistic and tell you that the price will be above 100 thousand, but in every investment, base your profits on what is expected by a large percentage.
690  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will it Hold? BTC Targets $40,000 on: November 08, 2023, 04:34:59 PM
I don't understand, but there is nothing special about the price of $40k. It is true that for humans, $39k and $40k are different, but from a graphical perspective, both prices are the same.
Will Bitcoin reach 42k? Yes, that will happen, but will the price be able to continue to stay at that level? I very much doubt that. We will be in the 30k-40k range for a while.
691  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The mom of my friend got scammed 7.3k$ from coinbase usin an app like teamviewer on: November 08, 2023, 04:28:52 PM
Your story reminded me of a short series on Netflix,  it is about a couple who decided to steal Bitcoin from their manager’s computer. They stole the accounting phone to take the OTC and then sent the amount to their account. Most likely, this scammer found the phone number that was linked to the Coinbase account and learned the password using social attack like her birthday.
She must delete all the data on her phone or account, change the password, and then try to find out more data about him. If 7,500 is a large amount he may start spending it soon, and then you will be able to link his data.

693  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Never say your recovery seed or private key out loud! on: November 08, 2023, 04:02:07 PM
Saying that you use an airgapped device that does not and will not connect to the Internet is the best. Some people believe that once the Internet is turned off, you are safe, or that your device is far from any Wi-Fi network while Bluetooth or USB is still working. I do not want to say that you should be skeptical about doing this in a dark room, but Possibilities such as zooming in on some phone cameras easily increase your concerns.
694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Im short trader Im new here but been long time in trading on: November 08, 2023, 03:44:07 PM
Can you share your binance trading data? It is easy to talk, but implementing the plan may not always be profitable, so why not add more details or trading data? I did not see that you mentioned a paid group, so why don't you share the data with us here and then leave the option to anyone who likes to join your group or send more data there?
695  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes to watch out for on: November 08, 2023, 12:57:43 PM
Almost all the failures of my attempts at trading were the exit point, as I calculate the profit according to the selling price and not the buying price. This is a problem that every trader faces, which is that profit is achieved when you buy at a low price and not when selling.

I can tell you that this method of trading is bad and you may understand my words, but the implementation may be completely different when you fall into this problem yourself. To reduce your losses, trading using a demo account will solve this gap.
696  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which wallet is safe for long term Bitcoin storage? on: November 08, 2023, 11:49:38 AM
Non custodial wallet is the definition that you own Bitcoin and not a balance on a platform that controls your money. Therefore, you must have access to the private key in order to own your money. The nature of your use will determine the appropriate type of wallet. If you use Bitcoin periodically, it is better to buy a hardware wallet, otherwise an airgapped wallet is suitable, if that is configured. A computer that has not and will not connect to the Internet and download a wallet such as Electrum and/or Sparrow or purchase an airgapped HW wallet
If you do not know what to do, it is better to learn and then buy Bitcoin and not keep it in BINANCE.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and it's 4 Year-Cycle on: November 08, 2023, 11:09:04 AM
It is true that the price witnesses changes every four years, such as reaching a new price that it had not reached before or returning to the highest old price, but this does not mean that the cycles are similar in the same pattern of charts. During the four years, specifically when the price approaches ATH, some economic variables may appear, which It makes extinguishing the cycle possible as global regulation, the bankruptcy of Binance, or USDT value being less than $1, or positive events such as more adoption, more companies or countries buying, all of which are news that push the price in one direction, but the certain fact is that we will be above $69,000 by the end of next year.
698  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Starting with Bitcoin on: November 07, 2023, 06:20:46 PM
How do beginners find such services? The site has only been created for two weeks, so you will not find it archived in search engines. So how did you get it?

Code:
Domain:btcdbssg.com
Registrar: GoDaddy.com, LLC
Registered On: 2023-10-29

It is a scam until proven otherwise, and if it is promoted through social media, block the account that recommended this service and try not to talk to strangers about cryptocurrencies or investment.
Binance is good and does not use blockchain.com is better than Electrum for computers and BlueWallet for phone wallets.

699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Would you Like Your Pension Paid in Bitcoin? on: November 07, 2023, 06:08:02 PM
Pension funds would really benefit if you put at least 1% to 10% of the total money that is deducted from your salary and left it in the form of Bitcoin to receive when you retire. They still prefer low-risk investments since for some people the pension means everything, but I expect It should have a good percentage of investments in Bitcoin in the future, especially if Bitcoin obtains some legal acceptability and some global awareness that there would be a US ETF or a market capacity exceeding at least 3 trillion.
700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's happening with Bitcoin transaction fees? on: November 07, 2023, 05:59:33 PM
I did not imagine that Ordinals and BRC20 tokens would receive such interaction, but last time, Bitcoin network needed about 5 days before fees returned to normal, so high fees are not a permanent problem.
I created this topic last time Delay your Bitcoin transaction for this week| Volunteer campaign if you are not in a hurry, postpone your payments for this week, and I am sure that within 5 days everything will change.

Future solutions:

Use Bech32 addresses.
Use wallet that support RBF.
When fees are low Fees not low! Wait for opportunity to Consolidate your small inputs, consolidate all of your previous transactions into one income.
Use the Lightning Network for everyday payments.
