The cashout button is not something that can appear at any time. When the match starts it is available so it should be available when the match has just started. Have you waited a few more minutes? I suggest to always see your active bet and the cashout button. |

I think you should optimize your mobile phone to close all open applications and try to log in again. Also, don't forget to check your internet connection.
It's not just you. I do log in from different browsers but some don't work well. Sometimes i would try to log in after entering all details, the page would seem to load then after about 30 seconds it just stops loading. I would then continue pressing the sign in button for about 2 -3 times then it would finally log in. I think the browser you use to log in also matters. I don't know if Fortune jack is working on away to optimize log in. I'm not really sure what is the issue as I uses mobile phone really often while playing at Fortunejack but I have never faced any issues while log in. I'm using chrome browser for my android phone as always which works the best so far for most gambling sites. If the problem is about the 2fa which is a bit slow to load the column box then I guess it is due to unstable or slow internet connection. This might only happen to people who activated their 2fa verification. I have faced this several times and others too but it does affect the internet connection and it usually doesn't. |

In order to increase user base, you should start with deposit bonus rather than running a wagering contest. I was going through the contest and bonus page and was not happy with it. To attract new user you have to offer something from your pocket first. Your competitors are doing it why can't you?
Wagering is good to but I agree about the site having a deposit bonus when you deposit an amount of btc. As far as I am concern, there are lots of crypto websites that give deposit bonus to players. Players will have more btc to wage in your website which it's also a good start for players and the site. I would prefer wagering instead of deposit bonus but the wagering contest should be more attractive than what they have now. It's too risky to take under 2.5 in big matches especially if a strong team against a weak team will make a lot of goals. Why not take under 3.5/3 is a little safe even though the odds are smaller between @1.3-1.5 and it would be better if you make a parlay.

The amount that doesn't move after the predator wins 4-2 you can cash out only slightly different from your stake. That's different if the predator loses maybe you will only be able to cash out 1/4 or smaller than your total stake. However, the final result of your bet is lost because there is overtime and Calgary Flames win. If indeed it is a bug maybe Steve can explain this and can compensate you for your bet. |
