Not me just realizing that this useful site has been getting attacks in the past few days. The timing is weird, though. Why now? Why not during the previous bull run or something like that. The fact that the forum has been getting frequent downtimes in the past few weeks as well could mean something.
You hinting that the government it poking around?

@suchmoon ibminer or anyone else associated with Bpip, get your butts to work!!!! Kidding of course, I just read the last few posts and wish people would get a life.
682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 15, 2023, 02:04:47 PM
Finally the NBA made the right decision for Draymond Green.

Draymond Green’s suspension is good for everyone

Quote
It was fairly shocking on Wednesday night, when the NBA announced an indefinite suspension for Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green. I had anticipated a fine and probably a one-game suspension after Green struck Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkić in the face on Tuesday, resulting in a Flagrant 2 foul and an ejection in a game the Dubs would lose by three points.

He's on indefinite suspension and it's not certain when he'll come back, but most likely it will a long period of time.
Now, the Warriors will defenitely struggle on their defense without him as they were playing a small ball when Draymond is a significant player for their success, without him, their playoffs hope might be done this season.

Good, at least the NBA has reacted to really suspend him as he is out of control. Although he has the history of those kind of cheap shots, remember him kicking Adams in the nuts? That's already some sign that Draymond is doing it intentionally. But this time he went to far, with the Gobert choke and now hitting Nurkic. And I guess the Warriors are going to suffer for it, and just like in the games against the Clippers, Green services is missing as they lost that game. Although Klay was hot, it was not enough as the Clippers closing them in the last minute of the 4th quarter. So another close lost for them and it's going to hurt them more without Draymond in the lineup.

Let's play with stats. I don't have any of the stats but based on my observation, on games without Draymond Green, Warriors aren't winning most of their games, which means now they'll experience the same.  They were already playing without GP3 which is a defensive specialist, and now they lose another defensive player, I don't know what to expect on the Warriors anymore.

Guys, if you are gambling, I suggest don't back the Warriors as they are not the same, instead bet against them. That's a friendly advise, play with the real numbers and forget the hype from Curry.

I think maybe we can bet on them when they are playing in their homecourt, but usually when they are away from home, they suffered close end game defeat or even a blow up. And up to know, Steve Kerr is really putting a lot of things to really make it work for them, specially that Green is indefinitely out.

He even put the rookie to start in place of Wiggins, and it did work to some extend. And Klay trying to cover for Draymond, hitting 7 threes in this game. But they still fall short as the Clippers has the confidence right now as they are on a winning streak. Just too bad that how Green is really a bid headache to the Warriors after signing a big contract.
Draymond is quickly becoming an embarrassment to his teammates. I think the NBA is going to give him a lengthy suspension this time around. 15-20 games if not longer and he deserves every minute of it. You can't just go apeshit on players multiple times and expect to get a slap on the wrist everytime. NBA needs to send a message to all players that this type of behavior will not be tolerated and ban him from the league permanently. Maybe that will open some eyes.

You could try sending a message to their representative here in the forum(you have the profile link in the OP). You could also try sending a message to the sportsbet.io rep as they are related.

Good luck, hope you get some answers.
684  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com (e)Sportbook and Casino: Millions of bonus monthly on: December 15, 2023, 11:39:46 AM
I still hope Bitsler will decide to rejoin the forum with their marketing programs in future.

Watching them come back to be active in this forum is more than enough imho, no need to come back with what they had before in the past (campaign or other marketing programs). Bumping this thread regularly with updates or news or just to communicate with forum members will be nice. I believe they can do it if they wish since I think they have many staffs that can be asked to be here monitoring the ANN thread. Although they have other priority places to focus but they should not leave the place where they tried to promote the site in their early stage of operation.
That jamyr user was coming in and posting the news and updates for them from time to time, but then he scammed on a loan and disappeared. I think Bitsler is mainly relying on users to check their forum and be a subscriber in their telegram group for updates and news.
685  Economy / Reputation / Re: My Grandma is in a critical situation. Asking everyone for help. on: December 15, 2023, 11:26:47 AM
I pray to Allah that your grandmother gets well soon.
Hmm....You donated to OP and you're both in the same sig campaign but your registration dates are a ways apart.  I'm inclined to think this is some shilling, but I have no evidence.

In any case, there shouldn't be any begging going on here as it's against the rules.  There was some talk if I remember correctly that yahoo62278's request for donations qualified as begging, but that seemed to pass muster--but if this isn't begging I don't know what is.  Vod is right.  You really should be trying to get a loan instead of asking the community for crypto.
From my understanding, you are allowed to post your story or whatnot, but no posting of addresses. Mods will lock the topic if addresses are involved.

@OP sorry to hear about your grandmother man. Very sad to hear and I wonder if there is much they can do besides make her comfortable. o_e_l_e_o was a helpful person when it came to my medical situation, maybe they would be willing to have a chat with you and give you guidance.

I would remove the addresses from your post as it will not end good for you. Vod is likely correct

You should try a local community or church.    You haven't been a positive influence here, so you shouldn't expect help from HODLers.

Sorry to hear about your grandmother; strokes suck.
686  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Quickest way to earn merit? on: December 14, 2023, 08:34:12 PM
Merit is needed to rank up and it can be given by anyone who has it to give. As far as the quickest way to earn it, don't worry about trying to earn it. Just post normally and be helpful on the forum and participate in conversations where you are knowledgeable. Merit will come when it comes.
687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you be annoyed not knowing the cards that made you fold? on: December 14, 2023, 02:38:45 PM
You are at the poker table and then one guy on the other side raises the plot to $20 and then another $50. Knowing your pair may not win if he has a higher pair, you decide to fold.

If I were on the table, I would like to know what his cards are so that I can know sometime in the future whether he is bluffing or not but he just mixes his cards with the rest of the pile without me knowing what they are. I'd feel like I am cheated.

Would you just be annoyed not knowing the cards that made you fold?

If you want to know what his cards were, you pay to see them. It's really as simple as that, there is no you were cheated. You got outplayed or he had you beat, either is true. Only a bad player or inexperienced player would think they were cheated.
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler takes his own life after a loss. on: December 14, 2023, 01:00:38 PM
Apparently this is a true live event happened in my State this week and almost everyone is talking about it. About a young man that killed himself after a gamble loss, he even left a message for his family and friends before taking his life.  But I wonder why should someone take his own life  just because he lost  #2.5 million to gambling an amount  equivalent to just about $3k. I can relate to his loss but taking your life is something unimaginable and unjustifiable to do. No matter the regrets suicide isn't an option to be taking as a solution , you are only leaving bigger pains  behind for your loved ones.

This is just another reminder to we all gamblers that no bet is sure and guaranteed, don't ever use an amount of money you are not comfortable to lose just because you feel convicted in your mind that the game will play as predicted. There's no such thing as sure bet in gambling.

Question: Is there any amount lost that can make you commit suicide?

If yes, then don't ever use such amount to gamble.
No offense but if you consider taking your own life over anything, you're an idiot. If you have a terminal disease that is unbearable, you might have a reason(Might), but other then that you shouldn't ever be considering suicide.

I wonder why people are so weak these days.

A lot of them seem to be hastily assembled clone sites with very little effort put in and gimmicky marketing. Do you guys have any thoughts on this... plague?
Every now and then you see something new. We started with only dice and there were 100 copies on different sites. Next came crash and again 100 copies. Eventually a site got to where they offered slots, house slots then 3rd party providers. Next came the cases. Who knows how long we will wait for the next interesting thing, but it will come and there will always be 100 copies.

Do you know what's happening with Bitsler? Why did they stop promotion on Bitcointalk? It looks like they left this forum and don't care much about their reputation on this forum anymore but I remember how they started from scratch on this forum and how attentive they were about their reputation and ANN thread. I wonder where do they promote their project today because their competitors, Stake.com, FortuneJack, Crypto.games and others still stay on this forum till this day, continue promotion and are very active in their ANN threads.
Occasionally I'll chat with owners but there's never any mention of this forum. Last I knew, they weren't getting enough back from the amount of bitcoin they were spending and decided to try other methods. They were trying out some streamers at 1 point, but honestly I have no idea if they will be back. I'm more then happy to help out if they do decide this forum is where they need to be.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5477692.0 Now you're trying to advise people to make a pyramid scheme? You do realize that people involved in pyramid scheme's have landed themselves in prison, right?

I would really think before posting some of your ideas. People aren't as stupid as you hope, or at least most aren't.
693  Economy / Gambling / Re: Official thread of Tron WINNER 30% cashback + Extra Bonuses instant winnings on: December 12, 2023, 10:26:33 AM

It's very realistic and nothing fraudlent you send 100% and you get minimum 30% up to 1000% back + all kind of rewards but even If you lose maximum 70% with all kind of rewards you earn back by the time and you can try your luck again and again becouse we give 30% insurance protection you don't get this kind of benefits from nowhere else so watch before you say anything bad about our service please read first how it works or ask more info by contacting our super helpful customer service support.
Just be Active in Community we have live chatbox so everybody can talk there with each other.

The problem is your offer is too good to be true for a new platform. There’s no assurance that you will really honor your promises once people here avail your promotion since you have nothing to lose here in the forum because you are just a newbie.

If you are really serious about your offer then start gaining first the community trust. You can escrow insurance funds on one of the reputable escrow just to assure players that they can get back their money if no matter what happened to your website.

That's why you can start with small amount minimum of 70 trx it's Under the 10$ value by current trx/usd rate.

Really you need to stop this the efforts and time we have put into this not worth to scam you with few bux and why we need to do this ?
If we can earn daily income and we provide trusted service on the long term.
If you want people to stop calling you a scam, you should have introduced yourself better. The way your words are written just confuses everyone and you make 0 sense honestly.

What you should have said is hello everyone we would like you to send us your trx and we are going to use it for trading. If we profit on our trading, we will share that profit with you. If we do not, the most you can lose is 70% of what you sent us. Instead, you tried to spruce it up and make it sound like some sort of gambling(which technically it is, but mostly it's begging).

I'm not interested in taking a gamble on your trading skills, but I am curious if you will show users your trade history? Will you shows profits/losses or will you just say that users need to trust that you aren't lying about everything?

I love this place!
Congratulations on your 10th anniversary. What a milestone Smiley

Congrats on making 10 years, I bet there were very few that thought the forum would even be around 10 years. We all love this place Smiley
The way you are making that statement invites me to ask you a question because you will be celebrating your 10 year anniversary in around 7 months time: When it was 2014, what did you think would happen to Bitcoin, crypto and to this forum in 10 years time?
I had no expectations of bitcoin when I first came the the forum. I played alot of poker on what was then called seals with clubs now known just as SwC. I heard about the forum and how bitcoin was more than something we could gamble with on poker, so I made an account. Bitcoin then started to change my life.

Now, I feel like bitcoin is here to stay. The future as we have heard it called over the years.

Who's the last highly ranked user to take a break from the forum. It isn't something we'll see happening often so it's going to make ppl curious.

The OP shouldn't keep this topic open because when BlackHatCoiner made his goodbye announcement topic he locked it because he didn't want discussions.

I honestly don't understand what's the big fuss. I took a break from the forum for a few months, and nothing really happened. We should give him some privacy. He did say it's for personal reasons.
Vod for health reasons I believe.

698  Economy / Reputation / Re: BlackHatCoiner decided to take a leave from bitcointalk on: December 10, 2023, 04:54:29 PM
If a person made a topic bidding farewell(as he did), is there a need for a topic to be created about the subject? Not jumping anyone here but let the man be IMO.
The thing is his thread was locked, it makes no one can respond to his farewell. So I still find a reason for @OP to create this thread. This is like the disappearance of Satoshi, he was disappeared since 2010, yet there's always an user open a new thread about "wHEre Is sAtOShI?"

It's different with the other user which I had responded, this one was obviously only bring spam.

Maybe the thread was locked because there is no reason for anyone to comment. We are an online forum and we are NOT entitled to know what goes on in everyone's lives. There are alot on here who think it is quite the opposite. Unless you had or have business pending with the user, then his reasons are his reasons.

If someone wanted to tag the account just in case its hacked or whatever, that might even be ok. If he comes back he can ask that person to remove the tag.

EDIT: 5 straight points by the Pacers, cutting the lead to 3, Obi's 3 and then a steal for a layup.
This small run by the Pacers during the start of the fourth quarter got me nervous since it had a lot of back and forth. And then the Lakers got their turn to push the lead back to double digits.

Even though the Pacers lost, it was still impressive that the game remained competitive despite their low shooting percentages.

so congrats in advance kabayan for that ML bet.
Thanks, and congrats to everyone else who backed the Lakers.  Smiley

Congrats! The Lakers managed to bring that game to their favor after that short run by the Pacers, I did not manage to watch the game and I failed to spare some coins for them. They play great game as AD really dominates, plus Reaves and LeBron back him up to produce decent numbers that they needed to secure the win.

Pacers on the other hand, did really try working to keep the gap close, but not enough to make a rally to snatch the game. It's a sweet win with a decent ML!

If AD played like that consistently, we could easily assert that the Lakers are a championship team.

The way they made the usual scorers for the Pacers, Hali, and Turner, struggle speaks volumes about how strong their defense is. It's the experience of the Lakers was their weapon in this championship game, marking another chapter in the history of LeBron and AD working together. Congratulations to the bettors; I'm sure we have many silent winners here, as the Lakers were the obvious picks.
I unfortunately took the Pacers and took a loss, but it's hard to win when Anthony Davis was so dominant. 41 points and 20 rebounds is about as impressive as it gets. Lebron had 24 points with 11 rebounds and Reaves had an impressive 28 point performance. The Lakers were there to prove a point!
