681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wednesday had been my bad day to gamble. on: February 21, 2024, 07:46:09 AM
I think you are indeed being too superstitious over gambling. What happened so far on Wednesdays, Sundays and Mondays must have been coincidences. If you keep playing on these same days in a weekly basis, you will see sooner or later this pattern will be broken and you will start making profit on Wednesday and will lose money on Sundays and Mondays.

Another reason could be that you are more attentive and focused in determined days, while in other days you are distracted, tired and don't care at all about the gambling session. Of course luck always play the biggest role on final outcomes, but mood is also an impacting factor. When we lack focus, we tend to commit more mistakes, like increasing or decreasing bets on the wrong moments, quitting a crash game on the wrong time and misclicking the cards during blackjack.

Somebody please help me here. I've been consistently mailing freebitco support for over 6 months now with absolutely no response. This is ridiculous! I made a deposit to my account in September 2023 and until now I have not been credited on the website. I have used this platform for more than 7 years and never had any problems until this. I've sent PMs here to TheQuin and WetSuit but it seems they come online once in a blue moon. This is not good enough, I need this rectified asap. What can I do, anyone please help ??
Can you show evidence of your personal freebitco.in deposit address, plus the deposit transaction you made to this address? You can share the blockchain link of your transaction here to prove it's a legit issue, what will help bringing more attention to your case, potentially solving it faster.

It's not a common issue. I've been depositing and withdrawing money from the platform frequently, and I have never faced any issues like that.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too advanced to get into Bitcoin now? on: February 20, 2024, 09:22:05 PM
Did the Bitcoin flight already leave investors? or is there still time to buy a ticket?
The ideal would be that investors started investing when prices were still around 40,000$, as we have been telling people to do so. However, it's understandable not everyone had money back then to invest, and some don't even have money to invest right now, although they still want to invest once they have some money available for that purpose on the upcoming months. In my opinion, there is still profit to be made. Bitcoin isn't cheap anymore, but I believe 52,000$ isn't the roof. There is potential for superior gains which may surpass the previous ATH of 69,000$ from 2021.

So, even though the profit you are going to make decreases each day you delay starting your investment, it's still a profitable opportunity that shouldn't be wasted. I'm advising people around me to continue purchasing Bitcoin, the maximum as they can, always it's possible, despite the price being close to the expensive 52,000$ mark already.

I think i ll wait for 100 K and convert in sats.
I ve a premium membreship  (8wof a day) . but don t know if is profitable play the hi-lo game  for earn more rw point  with 1 rw point for  0.00000500 BTC i wager. No?
No, it's not profitable. At least, not on long run. When you start playing the HI-LO game you are likely to make some nice profit, especially if you have a decent bankroll size, but if you play for too long, inevitably at some point you will hit a long loss streak, and all the profit, plus extra RPs you made will vanish due to facing several losses.

If even aware about it you still want to play the game, make sure to wait to play during the promotional days, that is when RP rewards are x4, what means that for every 500 satoshis you wager, 4 RPs are going to be received, instead of 1 RP in common days.

Good luck.
685  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you won a bet with your last cash? on: February 19, 2024, 10:35:00 PM
I can not bet with my last cash. That is not possible. How can I be so broke through gambling that it will let me just have the last cash after several losses. That is not possible for me.
I also don't gamble with my last cash. If cash is already running low, it means I have crossed the line and it's time to stop. I don't believe in desperate movements in gambling. To recover money on the last chance seems feasible only on the screens of the movies. For real, the tendency is that we just go completely broken. Taking OP's situation in consideration, I imagine if I had used the last 1$ to gamble and lost it. So I would have to make my way home on foot, as the money for the transport would be already gone. Depending how far I lived, it could be a dangerous endeavour to walk alone on the streets, especially if late at night.

Unfortunatelly, this is the kind of dangerous situation an addicted gambler faces, because he can't control his urges for playing or chasing losses.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Rise of Blockchain Gaming on: February 19, 2024, 10:21:14 PM
You know, I remember that during the craze of NFT games. You'd see games that have bad graphics but at first has been in demand because of the rewards they give to their player investors. That's the thing for them during that time and the quality was terrible and I don't know if those type of games are still existing nowadays or they've probably already sinked together with the bear market after that craze.
I think we can't even call those things games. They were just static, dumb point and click websites worse than browser games from the beginning of 2000's. These websites you mentioned were developed by scammers who never had legit intentions of creating real games, since those platforms worked on the same concept of Ponzi schemes, where early investors were able to make huge profit in short time intervails, but the ones coming late just lost money, and the demand for the site went to zero right after.

But thinking about old 2000's browser games, I think it could be an idea blockchain gaming developers to try introducing again on the internet. Maybe real time city building games such as Travian, Tribal Wars, Ikariam, Grepolis could work nicely giving players the chance of earning money from it, while also investing money on it to grow their cities and empires through a cryptocurrency. In fact, developers don't even need to create a native token. If they just adopted Bitcoin, it would be great already.
687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is it letting the bank know that you are a BTC Investor? on: February 19, 2024, 09:19:37 PM
Question please: was the official question on me necessary? And was it wrong of me letting her know that I am a BTC investor? My conscience just keep saying "Hello man, you fucked up talking about BTC out there".
Personally, I don't think the inquiry performed by the bank agents was necessary, but that is how centralized parties, especially the ones connected to the government act. Moreover, you shouldn't have told you are a Bitcoin investor knowing the wicked nature of such institutions and potential people around who see Bitcoin investors as wealthy individuals who become instant targets for thieves around. You should have said you are a freelancer and since you live in a poor, corrupted nation where there aren't opportunities for its citizens, you have to work online on different tasks and jobs to guarantee your survival.

That is the source of your income, and not Bitcoin investment at all... People still have archaic concepts of the word investment, considering it's just for the rich, so everyone involved with investments must be rich themselves for common sense.

Anyway, now it's already done. What you can do is to seek for an alternative which respects customers. Isn't there another bank you can use? Aren't there digital banks in your country? Isn't there a modern crypto friendly bank available?
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good or bad idea saving every penny on crypto stable coins on: February 19, 2024, 04:40:11 PM
There are some suspicions regards the legitimacy of stablecoins and how sustainable they are on long term, what means they aren't a 100% safe investment, and an exit scam is possible. Moreover, by investing in stablecoins, you aren't overcoming inflation along the time. Your purchasing power is decreasing anyway. A better idea would be to invest every penny in Bitcoin, because this way your purchasing power will be rising on long run, what I imagine to be the main goal of every investors who care about their patrimonies and long term goals.

Guys i'm looking for and advise from most experienced  users here.
I would like to know which is the most profitable way to use rewards points .
I usually redeem the points for 1000% bonus but i don't know if is the best thing to do.

Thank
You have to check what is more profitable. I don't remember very well the last time I exchanged RPs into WoF spins, but I think in order to do this, you still have to use the faucet every hour, right? Because for each faucet claim you receive a determined number of spins, depending the package you acquired.

As I see here, to receive one extra WoF per faucet roll, you have to pay 846 RPs, which is valid for a period of 24 hours. In the best scenario you are going to get 16 extra spins with this method. In my opinion, it's a lot of time to stay online, without any guarantees you are going to recover your investment, because it's possible you won't earn 846 RPs or satoshis back in 16 spins.

It means for each 1 RP investment, you aren't recovering 1 RP or 1 satoshi. Therefore, to wait for the 100,000 RPs mark in order to exchange it for 100,000 satoshis on the 1:1 ratio seems much more profitable.
690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling friendly countries on: February 19, 2024, 04:19:04 PM

The Ultimate Guide to Gambling Tax Rates Around the World

Nice to see there are countries where gamblers aren't taxed over their winnings. After all, it's hard enough to make consistent profit from gambling, so it's totally fair local regulators respect this moment of glory only few gamblers are able to achieve, ensuring they can enjoy the whole profit for themselves. It would be great if another countries followed the example of the ones mentioned on that list.

It doesn't sound ethical to have to share profit with someone (the government) who doesn't take the risks of the bet side by side with you. When you lose there isn't any kind of subsidy to attenuate your losses, but when you win, you have to share a large percentage of your profit with the government. In brazilian federal lottery, only 43% of the value raised is added to the prize pool. And when someone wins, he still has to pay taxes to the government (around 30% of the total prize). And there could be even more taxes involved on the process I'm not aware about, because in Brazil we never know...
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A student investing in bitcoin? on: February 19, 2024, 03:44:20 PM
The appeal of Bitcoin's bull run is hard to resist. The profit is secondary to being part of a financial revolution. Please add pragmatism to our enthusiasm. Sustainable investment strategies are based on diversification. Bitcoin has proven great returns and is secure and trustworthy. Bitcoins are volatile, so be aware. I support Bitcoin, but not all at once.

Bitcoin complements small and medium investors' portfolios well. Think of it as balancing risk and reward. For young professionals, a measured Bitcoin allocation might offer a unique blend of growth potential and financial literacy learning curve.
I could think about diversification if there were another interesting alternatives of investment available, but I don't know any. To put money at the bank to generate passive income, like most people do, doesn't sound a great idea, because the interest is low and inflation is overcoming income made on long run. Therefore, it's an unprofitable category of investment. Maybe investing in real estate assets could be a good option, but I lack knowledge to pick the right funds of investment on this field. In the end, to go all in Bitcoin seems the most reasonable thing to do at the current moment.

If I had more funds, however, I would invest in real estate to make passive income through renting properties.
692  Economy / Economics / Re: I went London i have questions now the wealthy life there on: February 19, 2024, 02:05:55 AM
I'm not from UK, but I guess that even if you visit the slums of London it will look similar to a middle class neighbourhood from a third world country. The fact we get surprised by all the wealth of a city like London is due to being used to the reality of our native countries where poverty, misery, dirt and thieves are lurking everywhere, including central, touristic areas. At same we don't have much notion of first world countries' daily life, getting really surprised once we see it for real, people from these countries also don't have notion of the third world countries' reality, and may get shocked if they see it for real someday.

Probably OP didn't see only tycoons on his journey through London, but the fact even the average citizens walk dressed in quality clothes and display good manners in public already gave the impression they were wealthier than they really are on the eyes of someone who isn't used to this reality.

The point is that living standards are totally different. The poorest citizen from a third world country isn't on the same level of the poorest citizen from a first world country. Better to be the poorest inside a rich country than an average inside a miserable country.
693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A student investing in bitcoin? on: February 19, 2024, 01:22:45 AM
Having an interest in bitcoin and wanting to invest in it can, in my opinion, be a wise decision, as the cryptocurrency has seen tremendous growth in recent years. On the other hand, I don't think it's a smart idea to invest your savings in order to purchase bitcoin. I believe that you should keep the money from investments and savings separate because, given the volatility of the market, we can never predict what will happen in the long run—it will either rise or fall. Instead of giving it everything we have and considering bitcoin to be our main source of income, we should just consider it to be one of our financial assets.
Well, how do you think personal savings should be invested, then? Personally, I would invest all my savings in Bitcoin, especially right now that BTC's price is rising consistently week after week, as we are close to the next halving which is expected to happen in April. It's an once in a lifetime opportunity which shouldn't be wasted by anyone. I'm fully confident on this bull run and I wouldn't bother risking everything on it, even because I'm not aware of another investments which have the same profit potential of Bitcoin, while delivering similar reputation and security levels.

I would only change my stance on this matter if I had a considerable portfolio to purchase an interesting property, house, apartment or piece of land. But without enough funds to do so, Bitcoin remains as the best investment alternative for small and medium size investors.

Moreover, since OP is on the beginning of his professional life, the risk for him to invest in BTC isn't the same of a retired elder investing his life savings on it, which took decades to be achieved. What means there can't be margin for mistakes anymore at this point of life.
694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pay off DEBT by do Gambling? think again before you loss more on: February 19, 2024, 01:08:01 AM
This has been reminded many times by many threads here that don't take too much risk in using money when financial conditions are difficult, because it will be a big risk for them because they will experience defeat due to the fact that people who dare to take risks may not necessarily be able to produce as expected. In fact, it will destroy your hopes and it will be increasingly difficult for you to pay off your debts caused by gambling losses
By gambling to pay off debt, gamblers are just going to increase their overall debt along the time, as they will be adding debt from gambling to their current debt they are trying to pay off through hypothetical gambling income. Profit which may never come, or that will eventually stop coming at some point the more they gamble, once they hit a long loss streak. For the debtor, gambling is just going to mess with his life even more, as the purpose of this activity isn't to proportionate people money to pay their debt.

If gambling worked this way, I guess nobody would have to work anymore, as they could simply use gambling as an ATM machine always they were in need for funds. People want easy and comfortable solutions for complex issues. The truth is that if you are in need for money, you have to work in order to acquire it. And there isn't any other alternative, if you aren't an heir from a wealthy family or don't have anyone behind sponsoring your expenses.
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't make use of what you disliked because you can't stay away from it. on: February 18, 2024, 08:06:27 PM
So can anyone force you to make use of what you don't dislike?
Not anyone, but something called addiction can force you to practice what you consciously dislike or wouldn't like for yourself, due to knowing the implicit negative consequences it will bring. Still, many people are doing what they dislike, because they have become slaves of addiction. That is why the self-exclusion feature was implemented at online casinos, so gamblers can freeze their accounts in sane moments they aren't being afflicted by temptations of addiction. However, by your report, it seems not every casinos are taking this feature seriously, as they are enforcing 90 days account activity before finally closing it.

In my opinion, that shouldn't be a requirement, because addictions may not take so long to manifest. In 90 days the damage an addicted gambler can do may be already huge, what means it's going to be harder to fix it. Self-exclusion should be available at any moment, despite how old our account is.
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can a betting shop be so dubious like this on: February 18, 2024, 07:13:20 PM
I'm not getting why people are blaming the gambler in this situation. He is the victim here, since the betting agents have been lying to him regards paying him the prize on the next day. Indeed, he shouldn't have accepted this excuse from them, but it seems the gambler was just a naive person who took the agents' word as legit. Are people already being considered guilty nowadays just for being too naive and innocent when getting along with thieves without knowing their true evil nature?

With so many online reputable casinos accepting customers from many different countries around the world, that should be the first alternative to come in mind when choosing where to place bets, instead of going for the local casinos and relying on middlemen services to bet. By living in a corrupt country, I try to avoid local services as much as possible, because I know the chances of being scammed is high. Maybe if that gambler followed the same logic, he could have avoided this whole problem, receiving his prize without delays directly to his personal account.
697  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the benefit of taking hard drugs on: February 18, 2024, 06:58:02 PM
Benefits by taking drugs in general are just transitory, although personally I don't even consider it to be a benefit at all. People who take drugs are in deep mental suffering and want to escape their realities, because it's unbearable already. This necessity can come from past traumas which heavily impacted their lives on earlier phases of life, or it can be due to the fact they don't achieved accomplishing their dreams along the years. All of it leads them to feel bad about themselves, as incompetent, inappropriate and guilty for their own failed fates.

Therefore, in order to escape these negative feelings (which are constant in a conscious state of mind), they appeal to drugs, as it will cause rewarding physical sensations on their bodies, while anesthetizing the mind and its negative thoughts about themselves. The problem is that such effects are temporary, and as soon as the drugs stop working on their organisms, those thoughts come up once again, what leads these people to want more and more drugs' dosages until inevitably reaching total destruction.

Some people try to romanticize the usage of drugs nowadays, even as an act of resistance against the oppressor system. However, these people are so ill just like the drugs' addicted, therefore their ideas shouldn't be taken seriously, if you appreciate for your health and the health of your society.
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler lost what he couldn't afford to lost and broke his TV after game Lost on: February 18, 2024, 06:28:24 PM
He destroyed his TV after facing this big loss because in his mind there was no way he could lose the bet. He considered it to be a safe bet, so he only thought about positive outcomes, like cashing out his profit and putting that money into good use.

However, as soon as he was confronted by a totally different and aversive reality, he must have felt shocked, what took him to get mad and furious about the situation, so he smashed the TV without thinking twice. Some people can't deal with sudden frustration and unexpected bad news in a rational manner, so they act like your friend did. I don't judge, because it's really a harsh experience, although from now on he should be aware such safe bets don't exist. Every bets involve risks, even if your winning chance is 99%.

Now he has to work on the double to recover the money he lost gambling and the money to purchase a new TV... That was a real bad trade. Let's hope it can be useful as learnship, at least.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling between the past and nowadays on: February 18, 2024, 06:11:00 PM
For me two important key factors played a big role when drawing a line between past and nowadays gambling. They are internet and cryptocurrency. Without these two elements, I believe gambling popularity as we see right now wouldn't be possible, because it was internet and crypto the responsible ones for allowing people from every corners of the world to start gambling online, without restrictions like we had before in countries where gambling is forbidden.

It's important to highlight solely internet wasn't responsible for this phenomenon of popularity. There have always been virtual casinos available on the internet dealing with fiat currencies and credit cards, but for many people it wasn't enough yet, because they weren't allowed to do so by their traditional banking institutions, due to national laws which ban gambling. So, the cryptocurrency advent was decisive due to its decentralized and boardless characteristics in order to give people access to online gambling.
700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The person who can’t control emotions in gambling will never earn money from it on: February 18, 2024, 05:05:20 PM
The gambling loss mostly occurred due to the emotional inference to the game.
Gambling losses occur the more you gamble, because there is a house edge factor playing against gamblers, which gives a slight advantage to the casino. How emotional you are doesn't change this fact and won't suddenly turn your gambling session into a profitable one if you are in total control of your emotions.

The more you control your emotions will cause you to win more in the gambling site.
No, luck doesn't work accordingly to how you control your emotions. And only luck will cause you to win more often in a gambling game, not emotional management.

The winning happens if you use your strategies to make the money, the gamblers who failed to make use of the strategies are the loser at the end of the gambling. The winner of the gambling always make money from it,So he get positive emotions towards the game. The gamblers with more positive emotions are able to win more in the long run in the gambling site.
Despite the strategies being used, gamblers still can't use them to overcome the house on long term. Strategies aren't fail proof, otherwise casinos would have already gone bankrupt. Your concepts of emotion, strategy and gambling are completely mistaken.

Nearly eighty percentage of the gamblers are doing gambling for the money making,So it was essential for the gamblers to make use of their strategies to win money from the gambling site. How your emotions affects your games, let me know your past experience.
And 86,5% of them end losing money, anyway... To wish to make money doesn't mean they can. The essential here is to only gamble what they can afford to lose and to never put all their hopes and expectations on gambling as it were a life changer of life savior.
