This is awesome and deserves more than +1. Hope that this could bring new guys into bitcoin. And soon enough I can see the first shop in Hong Kong start accepting bitcoin. Seriously hongkong despite bragged as the financial center or whatever and almost no one touched on Bitcoin.
682  Economy / Gambling / Re: Taking bets that casinobit is a ponzi on: August 27, 2013, 02:40:45 PM
I will bet 10BTC against Casinobit being a scam, anyone sure enough to bet 1:10?
I would take the same bet as you anytime with those kind of odds that Casinobit will reimburse all investors deposit.

Well claim to be 99% sure so I should take them up to their word and bet 1:100, but since people like to overestimate I can bet 1:10 (for those who are just 90% sure) or even 1:5 for 80%, if you are just 50% sure don't go running your mouth and criticizing people harshly.
683  Economy / Economics / Re: What kind of BTC businesses are MISSING? on: August 27, 2013, 11:56:07 AM
Bakery, supermarket, convenience store, steakhouse.... actually almost everything you can name on the street

In Hong Kong, not a single friggin shop is accepting Bitcoin.  Undecided

Hey everyone! Time to place your bet and take your side!
UPDATES!
Hey everyone, just wanted to give you an update, everything is still being worked on and we are thinking of introducing a live chat.

The claims of me being similar to pirate are absolutely bogus, why would I wait for the total to go from 60k to 30k in order to "rip-off" my players? Seems illogical.

In any case, thanks for your patience, compensation is also being discussed but I will not make any commitments in those regards as of now.

Well that's the reason why we offer the power of choosing to the customers.
So they can pick on what they prefer.

"Invest in Butterfly Labs" sounds so wrong ... Roll Eyes

Any extra promo is going on, stats are really Static  Undecided

If anyone thinks these wording will stop a site from the authority of SEC or the US to come after them, you are sadly mistaken.  They are not retarded.
If a method is still not being break why not give it a try. See with no "virtual" rules like Trendon T. Shavers did, you are considered as VIP to the US govt., visit to court plus lifetime food supply in jail, all for Free.

You are true on lawyers are not retarded, but sadly, the laws that already set down are blind, they are supposed to work as what they written.

Oh by the way, if you had some childhood, you'd know there is a site called neopets, and what is happening there could probably apply here.
Instead of Bitcoin, they are Neopoints. They issue neopoints (thru games), you can buy neopoints, there are banks that give you interest on there, there are virtual stock exchange for neopoints... hosted in US and running for over 10 years.

TF: BTW your BitFarm idea few weeks ago is a good one to consider to making it more fictional Tongue

689  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: August 27, 2013, 02:33:07 AM
To be honest, here's what I think happened:
Casinobit's owner while drunk, deposited the bankroll into Just-Dice and proceeded to lose all the coins. The end.

Nod a bad joke! at least i've hold myself some inv. at JD Smiley
690  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: August 26, 2013, 06:58:01 PM
Any developers want to team up and do this right? I have contacted the company for the live dealer software and am willing to pay the set up fees and run the business side of it if you are willing to set up the site and make it super secure and safe so that there are no issues like casinobit. PM me
Open your own thread, and hire a guy in "Service", post in relevant area.

We will now be implementing an "Invest" system where you can become the bank and let players bet against your funds, we have been struggling paying for winning bets lately and it seems like the most logical choice.

Stay tuned  Wink

I noticed the unpaid@casinobit email account is not working or denying messages. I have been trying to get an answer for for over two weeks with no reasonable response. Good luck guys.
 Huh

Sorry we have just moved to a new server, if you could copy over the email and PM me with it it would be great.

Sorry for not answering your email in a timely manner.

Still waiting! 08-26-13 I think I might be getting boned here  Cry
I guess you will have to see if he is really doing funding and liquidating things (very low chance) or just closing business, running away and start a new identity
No, he has followed through in the past.
Now all we hope is he will, since the amout he owed is getting larger

Thanks for the tip. Glad I did not invest. So I take it this was some kind of hoax?
Always study the thing you wanna invest, Caveat emptor.

The thread is titled "SCAMMER TAG REQUEST - CASINOBIT.NET IS NOT PAYING OUT INVESTORS"

Should also be titled "CASINOBIT.NET IS NOT PAYING OUT BETTERS"
Both Investors AND Bettors

Update: Still out of money I played .1 BTC and won .2 and received it. Tried .2 and won, but didn't receive .4

Site owes me about 2.4 BTC from 2 bets placed on Saturday night. Sent support e-mail same day, no response yet. Will update when (if) resolved.

Still the worst casino compared to Insanity
698  Economy / Collectibles / Re: A new 2-sided Bitcoin Keychain on: August 26, 2013, 06:10:34 PM
Yeah, it was amazingly lucky! Pinguino (the photographer) said her creative commons images are used a lot online, so that may have helped. Have you done any image searches to be sure yours haven't been used?
I have, but no luck so far. One thing I need to be honest about tough is that the photographs I have available for my goods are not professional.. it's getting better but not there yet.
I agree that too, but anyway the Penguin Bitcoin keychain is for sure a good cute keychain. A bit lighter than metals. I hang it on my wallet so instead of showing my key, i show my wallet. LOOK MA! BITYCOINS!

Considering that i've got my keychain from Isokivi (wonder what shipping to Hong Kong is cheap in Finland but not US), i guess i wont get a new keyring in the short future. But guys, you are really creative

700  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER TAG REQUEST - CASINOBIT.NET IS NOT PAYING OUT INVESTORS on: August 26, 2013, 05:40:28 PM
Situation
1: [guy 1 10 BTC ] ===> pool with 10BTC
2: [guy 1 10 BTC (+5BTC in profit vault) ] [guy 2 5BTC invested] =====> pool with 15BTC, and 5BTC fake coins
3: [guy 1 divest all (75% of house)]  [guy 2 5BTC (-75%)] =====> pool left with 0 BTC and 3.75 fake coins in the system

before all the incident  this is what happens, and after revealing the scam and most big investors are gone. he finally realized and change the code to new investments are not profit. But with the fake coins in the system , a few days more and it can't sustain. He perhaps is deciding to liquidate something but we havent hear news from him recently.

But from what i have experimented with the system, it is how it programmed to work this guys are like 3x or 5x ing their profit in jjust a week since the investment goes up with all this positive news. No matter was he intended to be, he was owning a ponzi scheme investment system and covering with the casino profit.

And as mentioned before, we have 2 cases with all his "debunking".
Quote
This would remain 2 solution:
1. He is smart enough to not even know how a ponzi scheme works
2. (As seen on Just-Dice user chat room)
