The bull its not started yet maybe we saw only about etherium and bitcoin increasing the price but some altcoins are not totally increase. I truly believe ethereum will rise again. I mean the entire market is a bear market right now, so why only look at Ethereum right? Also ethereum is unique compared to other coins. I know that it will become something great again.
I’ve been a big fan of ETH with a decent mining farm to prove it. The fact is ETH does not work if the price is too high. You need ETH to run dapps. Smart contract work but not when they’re too exspensive to deploy. For this reason, I believe eth WILL NOT make you rich. I guess that so ETH will not the time we become rich but there are so many people holding ETH for the future that can reach into a high price, So while we holding some ETH must better to find more interesting altcoins that we can rich on that time. But it was hard to find that kind of altcoins that need more time to rseach of it. |

A bull market isn't started within a second or so, it is prepared for a long time and then initiated by some whales as we can see. Well we can say it is not started yet because some altcoins are not preferably going forward increasing the price, Some of them are on dip price. As you said it prepared for a long time but ill think in this year well be started on what we called a bull run. |

Nope, i dont think the altcoin bull is started. In my opinion, the bitocin price is already started to grow but the alts still the same. And even if the alts is growing, it was just a little. Maybe we have to wait for a longer time to start the bull run of alts.

Actually almost three of them are the bounty manager that always have many bounties open, And those some manager that im not mention are professional also it comes manage a bounty. |

It was not good idea if the bounty manager will hold the bounty reward. Must better to the team will be one distributing on it because they are the one open the project. The bounty manager only only was the one to put some stake in the spreadsheet to pass to a team if the spreads are done.

Yes we are struggling waiting of the bounty distribution and in the end the price its going dump on that time. And ill think the ICO are not have enough to pay those bounty hunter in BTC and ETH. So they are using coins as a reward even if that no value yet until it listed in the exchange.
