Transactions today are greater than almost all crypto... on Par with Doge and dash, about 1/5th that of eth... only btc does more than 100k transactions/day
We had very few transactions a month ago , its great to see such an improvement. Cant wait for DEX by the way, it will be great for the tx numbers we could easily reach eth.. |

crypto opportunists buying into highly experimental tech expecting huge returns acting surprised when experiment takes far longer than expected or even fails. whatever happened to don't invest more than you can afford to lose. it's not even real investing, just buying passwords to some accounts, nothing more. just panic dump and let those with patience participate.
They are butthurt. The same people want freedom and join decentralized tech projects, but when butthurt for not turning a profit in the first 12 months run to highly centralized organizations bitching and moaning for regulations. Morons. Like I said before, they're just hurting crypto. The problem is not the waiting or the delay of the roadmap. These guys are scammers who stole our money through dontpanic consulting and converted the remaining btc funds to fiat and ran away. Of course we have the right to do something about it. |

We have good legal grounds for a lawsuit. We should concentracte on the ico program which lacked basically all transparency rules when it comes to investments: - The "Get started" button on the mainpage directly leads you to the rise application form
- After filling out all mandatory fields you can directly login into your account. There is not even an email verification implemented
- On the profiles you will find a button with the label "Invest". The click on the button will return a "BTC investment Address"
- The form part "Your Investement" shows you the label "Invested BTC"
- On the lower part of the page you will find a transaction overview which first column is named "Investor"
Nowhere during the application process i was asked to confirm any terms of use. Nowhere during the application process i was informed that my "Investment" is not refundable. I did not recieve a confirmation mail with the details of my profile setup. At no time during the application process i was forwarded to an information which could have lead me to the conclusion that my investment is actually a donation. This way we can demand a full return of funds provided during the ico, even if we already sold the rise tokens. ImportantI am asking every Investor to fill out the following form, provided by the SEC: https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/questionaire.xhtmlThe form will help the SEC auditing the investment scheme of the RISE ico. If only 10 Investors file a complaint, RISE will have an audit at their hands which might lead to a lockdown of the left funds.
