Hi there! here in cestates since we tokenize property, you can buy and sell properties in fraction meaning you can't just buy a whole but into pieces which is considered as shares. If you are asking who's holding the title of a property tokenized and for example divided into 5, the title goes to a trust entity for the protection of all the parties involve, if you wanna ask if you can live to that certain property. Well you can't but you will be earning a proportionate dividend versus the share you pitch in the property. If I want to buy an apartment using tokens, then how can I do this? I want an apartment to be owned by me |

Сейчас типичная картинка взрослых игр. То опустят, то поднимут. Но на самом деле дно это 8000 и маленькая просадка ниже была кратковременной. готовятся к росту к 10000. Но рост может быть как и скоро так и осенью. А все остальные привязаны к битку и просели ровно на столько на сколько упал биток. Кроме ТОПа. Топ уже живет своей жизнью и нужен для перелива.
А то народ уже совсем расслабился, все рост да рост, надо маленько приводить в чувство, что это не всегда так может быть |

А если он зайдет по 9+ и оттуда парой свеч на 6 все пизданется, то он все ещё не долбоеб, а осторожный холдер? ))) или подтверждение для него это некая расписка от манипуля с обязательством туземунить и далее?  мне его стратегия понятна, он следует ей и долгосрочно он в плюсе с минимальными рисками, едва ли тут есть человек с более аккуратным подходом Ну может у него депозит тысячи битка и оттуда виднее , но то как он ждал до февраля 2018 (9000$) что биток развернется вновь от 10 К вверх к условным 50 - это же эйфория голимая . ну тебе виднее сейчас он отложенную покупку поставил по более высокой цене, подумай почему он не покупает по текущей цене? наверно ждет когда фомо разыграется  Странно, зачем пользоваться отложенной покупкой. Лонг без плеча, взятый по разумной цене, всегда можно пересидеть. На мой взгляд, buy stop есть смысл ставить в том случае, когда сомневаешься в инструменте и есть неуверенность в последущем росте. Он же судя по описанию, ждет подтверждения роста, и для него триггер >9-12к$. Но усреднять лонг, взятый от 8к, проще, чем от 12к, примерно на четверть. а может быть он не хочет депозит по причинам размера или просто по каким-то другим на биржах держать и брать на себя дополнительные риски? когда речь идет о годах - это уже ближе к инвест подходу) а не к трейдингу на коротких сделках И на тему Энки я еще писал, что многим надо поучиться, из прошлого бул рана мало кто тут с форума зафиксировал прибыль, а так и остались сидеть с дешевыми альтами и сливали потом биток по 5к |
