Hello everyone, Sergey told me that there is some kind of confusion about how the refund of Bitcoins will happen. This only applies to BITCOIN REFUNDS. Everyone who wanted to invest was asked to read my escrow rules before investing. Those rules contained the parts about refunds. Which means refunds have to be proven. We escrows can't possibly trust on data we receive from the devs of inchain. This would negate the whole purpose of an escrow and would put every real investor and the escrows in high risks of being scammed. Instead everyone was asked to invest with some kind of proof being possible. These are: First way: Only send Bitcoins from an address you can sign a private message from or at least where you are able to get the private key for that address! This is important since in case of REFUND you can't proof otherwise that you sent bitcoins when you, for example, sent the bitcoins directly from an Exchange. In that case better send them first to your wallet and then from there to the escrow address. For information about what you need to sign a message you can check out this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345Second way: Another alternative to proof your ownership of a payment would be to send me the last 4 numbers of your user id as satoshies in your transaction. Move your mouse over my username, see my profile id is 18640. You can see yours when you are in your profile and hover the mouse over the links on the left menu. Something like u=18640 in the links show your User-ID. The last 4 digits are 8640. When you add these 4 numbers as satoshies to your payment then it is pretty sure it's your payment too. For example you want to send 2 bitcoins and your profile id would be 18640 then you send 2.00008640 Bitcoin. Those investments can be seen as proven to be invested by the person who asks for a refund when one of these ways can be shown. Everyone who can't do that has to contact me also: Refunds possible?
Refunds can only be done in case the issuer agrees or there are reasons to stop the ICO by the escrow, because there came up doubts that make the ICO too insecure to proceed.
As long as you did not verify your investment transaction in some way I will see your investment as unverified. Otherwise it could mean a random person could claim an investment as his investment and steal it from a shareholder.
Refunds can only be done instantly when you can proof ownership of the investment. Either by signing a message from the sending bitcoin address or by your investment amount matching your forum user id. See description about verification above.
If you can't proof the ownership of an investment and a refund needs to be done then you need to wait some weeks so that the risk of being scammed is lower for me and the (potential real) owner of that investment. You would want I protect your investment too when someone claims it was his investment and only can show the transaction id, right? As everyone would have noted already. Refunds take an immense amount of time for the escrows, which is why many escrows does not like ICO's. Escrows can't simply make it easy because the risk of being scammed is high then. Like stated in escrow details there is a refund fee which is a minimum of 0.01 BTC or the following fee structure, whatever is higher: >=$500,001 = 0,5% $500,000 - $50,001 = 1% $50,000 - $10,001 = 2% $10,000 - $1,001 = 3% $1,000 - $101 => 5% <=$100 => 10% In any case, please contact my via pm about this. I will take notes of everything and let you know if something more is required. I will check those pm and emails as soon as possible. I think the team should not be too disappointed because timing is really bad. As you can see, Wings are experiancing same problem. After first day "attack" donations now are really low, raughly few BTCs per day. So it looks like everybody are going with the waves of BTC rise and expecting even higher profits or something that I might be missing

The thing that I find here as a great danger is scam fund managers. Because if there will be few scam managers and if funds will be really badly managed (or even stolen) people might get bad conotation about OFM. Does anybody know how will Iconomi try to prevent that?
This covers most of the questions/concerns for the OFM 1) Will the assets in our open fund management portfolio be locked on ICONOMI? or will it be the open fund managers responsibility?Assets will be kept by ICONOMI. 2) Will their be an internal exchange to trade the open fund management assets?You will be able to enter and exit investment fund positions from/to cryptocurrencies. But there will not be an exchange functionality with live trading books available as a stand alone product.
3) Do we need to have cryptoassets pre-purchased and added to our open fund?No. Assets will be managed by the ICONOMI platform. This includes entering, exiting and keeping the assets safe. 4) Will their be anti-fraud security measures in place or is this trust dependant on who your open fund manager is ?Yes, there will be several anti-fraud measures enforced. For example, the most obvious one will be the prevention of fund managers pumping certain tokens using fund’s assets, while at the same time dumping his/her personal assets on an exchange. It will be a continuous learning process. We’ll begin with a small control group and gradually expand in accordance with the feedback received. Security measures will be the same for all the assets on ICONOMI. 5) Will the open fund managers be able to customize their fee (profit % for running their fund)?Fund managers will be able to customize their entrance, exit, management and performance fees within a valid fee range set by ICONOMI. None yet, other then ICN holders will split 20% of the profits from all funds. woow, woow, hold your horses, cowboy. The only 20% profits is from ICNP. If you don't directly invest into some fund, don't expect 20% of the profits. For the passive managed funds, such as ICNX, expect something like 2% annual. In any case, it is better to wait for further announcements, which for sure will come before OFM goes live. But I think we need to stress also about other funds that will be run on their platform. I think with time there will be all different sorts of fund managers on the platform with different types of investing. Some will have safe investments (like ICNX), some will have higher risks (and possible higher returns) so it is quite unpredictable right now calculating % of whole profit for Iconomi company. Yes, it is too soon trying to calculate the weekly dividends stream. I think that dividends will be very low in the beginning, at least few months into fully operating OFM. WEEKLY Dividends payments will increase exponentially once OFM platform launches and traders start their own funds & compete to be most profitable funds to gain more investors & more commission. ICN holders get WEEKLY Dividends from ICNX & ICNP AND from EVERY SINGLE FUND on OFM platform. e.g. If OFM platform grows to 100 index funds, ICN holders get WEEKLY Dividends from ALL THOSE 100 index funds.Exactly. I've already written this about ICN dividends: https://www.reddit.com/r/ICONOMI/comments/5bi5em/what_defines_success_for_icnp/?st=ivdx8vk1&sh=07c6dbb9As the article above discusses, ICNP needs to go from its initial $4.6M to 2.7X during 2017 for a 15% annual dividend and 3.7X during 2017 for a 25% annual dividend. Hitting 3.7X would make ICN a better dividend asset than any stock on NASDAQ and make ICONOMI a rock-star crypto on Wall Street. So let's look at the rock-star crypto 3.7X case. $4.6M X 3.7 = $17M. Profit is $17M - $4.6M = $12.4M. Dividends to be distributed during 2017 would be 20% of that profit or $12.4M*0.20 = $2.5M. These dividends would be distributed over 100M ICN tokens so each ICN token would receive $2.5M / 100M = 0.025 USD = 2.5 cents per ICN token over ALL of 2017. If there was a constant weekly distribution of dividends over the 52 weeks in 2017, then the weekly distribution for each ICN would be 0.025 USD / 52 = 0.0005 USD per week or one-twentieth of a penny per week per ICN. So to equal the very best dividend stock on NASDAQ, ICONOMI must provide dividends per individual ICN token of $0.0005 USD per week or 0.025 USD total during all of 2017. This analysis ignores other income streams besides ICNP. This also ignores buying still more ICN weekly with your dividends for a compounding effect. Getting back to the quote at the top of this post, EVERYBODY would be very satisfied with $0.10 weekly dividend per individual ICN. This would mean ICONOMI would be paying out out $0.10 * 52 = $5.20 during 2017 on each ICO $0.1257 ICN token. They would need $5.20 * 100M = $520M in cash to distribute as dividends to meet this 0.10USD per week per ICN target. If this half-billion dollar dividend pool came from 20% of ICNP total profits, then the ICNP profits need to be $520M/0.2 = $2.6 billion. With a B. Growing the ICNP from its current $4.6M to $2.6046B is a multiplier of 566X, in a direct comparison of the 3.7X multiplier above that would make ICONOMI a NASDAQ rock star. Hope is a good thing for the human mind to have. Math is a better thing for the human mind to have. Now, is ICN a panic sell if they can't hit a ridiculous 566X profit multiplier and turn ICNP into a multi-billion dollar fund in under 12 months to feed everybody's totally unrealistic dreams of $0.10 weekly profits per ICN? Not at all. ICN IS NOT A PANIC SELL WHEN YOU SUDDENLY REALIZE THE TRUTH ABOUT IT. IT IS A DEFINITE BUY.ICONOMI is not aimed at crypto children that don't know enough math to realize when their dreams are ridiculous. ICONOMI is aimed at traditional fiat investors that currently have WAY WAY WAY more money to invest than the entire total in crypto right now. And those traditional fiat investors are all crazy starved for income yield since the central banks have collapsed interest rates to zero over the past eight years. IF ICONOMI CAN HIT A 3.7X MULTIPLIER FOR ICNP TO BECOME BETTER THAN ANY OTHER NASDAQ DIVIDEND INVESTMENT, TRADITIONAL INVESTORS WILL POUR HUGE AMOUNTS INTO BUYING UP ICN TOKENS TO SECURE THAT DIVIDEND LEVEL FOR THEMSELVES.Traditional fiat investors do not live in the crypto dream fantasy world of hoping for 566X multipliers on crypto-ICO performance funds. They live in the real world where they will pour HUGE sums of money into purchasing any investment that can give them a 25% annual return on their money. That may be ICN tokens very soon, if ICONOMI can turn $4.6M into $17M during 2017 by investing ICNP funds into startup crypto efforts. And you certainly should not panic about putting your money into something that could quite easily give you 25% or more return on your investment annually. I am HODLING. There's also this: Actually, to get to Ethereum's current level of success ICN must only go to 0.1257 * 32 = $4.02 each. This implies a market cap of "only" $400M.
Also, as a mined coin, Ethereum has inflation of 18M ETH per year. As an unmined token, ICN has 0% inflation forever. This is a permanent advantage that ICN has over ETH in being priced as a crypto asset.
True... 0% Inflation is another reason why ICN MarketCap will eventually surpass ETH MarketCap. Another reason why ICONOMI is going to the moon: ICN total supply of 100million IS FINAL, NEVER GOES UP. 0% Inflation.ICN Dividends are paid in ETH, not ICN.Dividends are NOT like Lisk Proof-of-Stake or ETH proof-of-work systems where new coins are added DAILY to Lisk & ETH total supply. ICN won't suffer from daily dumping by Mining Farms on the Exchanges like ETH & Lisk.

Nothing. He just made this date up. Lets just say when you will wake up on the 7th there will be a nice present waiting for you  I hope we will see big dump before it so we can still buy some cheap tokens . But probably next big ann. would be their second investment. And if they did it into wings then we wont get any infos before the end of the year since their ICO lasts longer (49 days) |

I seem to have troubles with promotion to higher rank from this newbie status so I cannot join sig. campaign. Does anybody knows why I still did not get promotion? I know activity has to be 30+, but I have already 54 posts and Total Time Spent Online: 23 hours and 44 minutes. I read thread about ranks but i still do not understand why I did not get promotion

I seem to have troubles with promotion to higher rank from this newbie status so I cannot join sig. campaign. Does anybody knows why I still did not get promotion? I know activity has to be 30+, but I have already 54 posts and Total Time Spent Online: 23 hours and 44 minutes. I read thread about ranks but i still do not understand why I did not get promotion

What is the minimum amount of btc which has to be collected for wings to go alive? 5000 btc?

i have invested arround 500$ in ICN when the bonus was 15% and have invested ETH when ETH was arround 10$ so i now have 3,882 .16533741308682229 ICN and also bought some 490ICN on Kraken 2 days ago (when ICN was 0.20$ now is 0.17$) ...

One question. Since you said that you will develop platform even if you do not collect minumum funds will you still (over time) develop all featurs you want to develop now with maximum BTC that you want to collect? So everything that is in your plan but slower due to lower funds available at the moment?

ICN just jumped a spot on LISK. I think these two will swap places a few times unless there is a bull run on ICN No 16 now. http://coinmarketcap.com/#USDi really want to see first past waves then augur and then XMR. beating xmr will be icing in the cake. if we reach $5 mark we will be 3rd highest market cap... and to be honest I am in it for the long run and really do believe this will surpass the current eth value and top $10 but then eth will be in the $15 to $20 range too. For that you need a market cap of ~835M usd Well, for 10$ you actually need a market cap of 1 Billion, because we have 100 Million ICN. But if people pay in 200+ Million $ into the funds, it makes ICN more valuable (dividends). The more value the funds have, the more value ICN will have. "200+ Million $ into the funds..." I have the feeling that when it happens you and me (and many more) will be financial independent. $200 million fund is a great call, if/when that happens even someone holding 1000 ICN tokens will be rejoicing Iconomi Won't be operating in the US so forget the Wall Street buddy!
