Great job!

A tiny bit of criticism,

It has a bit of a playmobile type feel to it.

Would you consider sharing the PSD for all of us to play with?

If I understood correctly DX large need K64 not K16 ... but I may be wrong ...

That is correct. klee, these cards won't necessarily fit as they are in your case. They normally cost $250 each. 3x k16 cards total to $750. 30 BTC would be practically paying $3000 for them. $1000 per card. Your case is made for a k64 which is 4 k16s. I wouldn't pay $1000 a piece for k16s.
Wow, thanks for clearing this up!
Hey btceic, if they are ready to mine in a Mini case and I don't have to pay extra, I am in for 800$.This is my last offer man..

They are 3 hosted K16's, I paid $750.00 via paypal for them, 8 BTC sounds fair.

Get it approved by Amir or Justin at TerraHash and we can all move forward.

What a piece of work.

First 30, now 8 BTC.

If it were me I would tell you to shove those cards where the sun doesn't shine.

Are you having a comprehension problem?

The guy offered me $900 per card payable in btc, I said yes, other people pointed out that he might be overpaying and he lowered his offer to $800 total, which I accepted for 8 btc.

For the record, I just want a refund.

I paid $750.00 via paypal, I deserve to get $750.00 back, if someone wants to pay me more to shut the fuck about wanting a refund then that is their prerogative.

I have ordered a DX Large with 2 modules hosted there - I am interested for more 4.
Can btceic's be used? If yes l will buy them with BTC, knightlife999 can do some sort of escort or TH can provide us with an efficient solution!
I am willing to pay around 900$ for each...

I purchased 3 K16's on the day of pre-order, 2 are in the first batch, the other 1 should be in batch 2, order #'s are #52x and #10xx.

Get it approved by Amir or Justin at TerraHash and we can move forward with this.

30 BTC for all 3 seems fair to me.

btw, I submitted an FTC complaint today.

I don't understand why they don't? They could just open up a limited amount of new orders to cover the refunds if needed.

They prob spent all the money on more chips when all the paypal funds cleared.

Well, they did pay for an additional 20k chips on top of the 40k chips that were already on order. That indicates that they are making a good faith effort to fulfill all of our orders in the first batch (which I'm confident will happen). We all saw the refund policy on their site. They are clearly within the time frame they promised for fulfillment of orders. We all knowingly purchased a "pre-order" item, and they did not promise to refund all requests for such. Our funds are partially being used for construction of our orders. By the time Btcie's "FTC complaint" gets reviewed, our boards will have been shipped out. At that point, it's moot. Now that it's clear Terrahash is genuine and we are all going to get our orders in the first batch, why not just be patient and wait for your order to arrive Btcie? I'll be making visits to see how things are progressing over the next month (partially because I'm interested in seeing the process of getting the boards set up). We are all in a good position to get hashing before the bulk of other companies send out their miners. Why would you want to get a refund when you will be getting your miners before most other people out there?

knightlife999,
Regardless of what their refund policy says, the law states the following:

http://business.ftc.gov/documents/bus02-business-guide-mail-and-telephone-order-merchandise-rule
Quote
When You Must Cancel an Order

You must cancel an order and provide a prompt refund when:

    the customer exercises any option to cancel before you ship the merchandise;

I have chosen to request a refund, it is as simple as that, they should honor that, why is that so hard for everybody to understand and appreciate? I will not allow them to ignore my requirements for a refund.

On a side note, I cannot believe that you can sit here and tell me that they didn't rush you out the door when you went there, that was their chance to shine and shut the nay sayers up and provide validation that they are a great start-up to do business with.

If they can't do simple things right then I have 0 confidence in them to do big things correctly or at all.

Details is where a company shines, they have our money, we deserve the right to know what is going on.

so you pretty much agree 100% with the op.

Pretty much, this place has turned into a veritable diagon alley of the web.

Good info, thanks for the update terrahash.

What's needed to cool the board at 275-300?

Right now I am using an old AMD processor fan/heatsink. I applied some heatsink paste, however, the board is not screwed to the heatsink, its just placed on top of it. Its working!

how about those refunds amir!

I would use the ignore function but it's a good idea to know what they're up to. What new angle of attack.

You're a piece of shit.

Perhaps you would care to expand upon your definition of my behavior

We are unable to process your refund at this time, as we have already invested your money

Sleaziest thing I've ever seen. Not having enough cash on hand to cover any refunds at all is pretty amateurish.

You guys are too much, enjoy being pricks.

If you wanted out of a business relationship and wanted a refund, your telling me that you would just sit back and allow them to steal your money? No you wouldn't either.

Those of us that have asked for refunds are not asking for anything unreasonable, just cancel the order, refund the money and be done with it.

Interesting article.
From the article I found this to be a little odd.
"He further said that company has not finished the design of the custom board yet, but is willing to work with others in the community working on an open design."
Should of said we are waiting for BkkCoins to design the custom board.

I read that part as:

They originally started to design their own board but was unable to finish it for some reason, or realized that they would not be able to do it and was putting the word out that they wanted to work with BKK.
(I wonder if the timelines match up, how long has BKK been working on the Klondike?)
699  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official TerraHash refund request thread on: July 12, 2013, 11:25:37 PM
Is TerraHash not cancelling our orders because they are planning to send us the hardware we ordered?
Or are they holding our money as long as possible to punish us for cancelling.
Hopufully they just do the right thing and give us a refund as soon as they can.
Other people are watching their behavior and use it to make decisions about who they do business with.

My best guess is the following:

Terrahash, spent all of their money on ordering parts, opening an office, etc, etc, then had to pay back cloudhashing $100,000+ unexpectedly and is left with little to no funding, and at this point is just stalling all of us trying, praying and hoping that something breaks their way.

An article[1] that I read recently (see below) points out that Justin Reynolds the CEO of the company as outlined in the article, has been trying to raise funds for the last 8+ months with little to no success.

To me, their silence and the way that they treated knightlife999 on his visit smacks of evasion tactics.
