Also if we use OgNasty as escrow there's a 1% fee that you would have to cover. If there's no issues I proccede. As far as I know, I knew something sketchy was going on when the Ryland account leaved some trust ranking into LLec for nothing as COINMAN1 pointed out.
Also I don't think Mixan was tryng to scam with the account hence I think he was able to scam instantly after purchasing the account as a DT member account.

Yeah I don't think so, also the owner of the account Nekutasa pmed me a few days ago, saying that he will pay me. But haven't heard back yet. Be aware when people try to take a loan and leave the account. I don't know if this is the case but won't take the risk.

It depends on the method and the time of the transaction but will be using preev + rate , escrow any trusted escrow from the list, e.g OgNasty there are another escrow agents with no so many time around like Avirunes who also I got no issues using as escrow. What rate you have for paysafe?
