So after dong the math and counting on me having to pay $280 for 40 rolls meaning I can expect to pay $420 for 60 rolls would boil it down to customs charges of $7 per roll.. So that's where it is at. Again, can't force anyone to help out but I'd definitely appreciate it a lot.

Yes it is.  The way to identify which coin it is of the coins around the outside rim was an engaged name on the bottom of the coin and the corresponding public key engraved on the back of the coin.

You can pm minerjones as well, I think he might be able to sort you on a coin or two.
