6861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: September 19, 2015, 04:50:42 PM
Not for a price increase, 1BTC = 1BTC.

Most people don't share your mindset. They still care about what a single bitcoin would be in terms of dollars.  Roll Eyes

what does 1BTC = 1BTC even mean?Huh??

every object has a price, and that price can be evaluated with something else which is usually fiat. so i don't see what is wrong with the mindset to care about bitcoin in terms of dollars.
6862  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good Mobile Wallet? on: September 19, 2015, 07:37:57 AM
just go to https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet website and there click on the mobile tab to see all the wallets available for mobile.
you can choose android, IOS, etc as categories and see the wallets and links for downloading them.
check alternative clients section for more feedback

Anybody here use hardware wallet trezor for save btc?
Please review about it
Because i never use hardware wallet
For now i just use online wallet.

i don't understand why would anybody choose to buy hardware wallet, instead of using a free wallet.
you have to pay ~100 dollars for hardware wallet while you can create an offline wallet with Armory, or Electrum and without spending a cent.
6864  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How Do You Earn Free Bitcoins? on: September 19, 2015, 07:30:57 AM
Free bitcoins are slow earning way. Doing any job for bitcoin will compensate your time some what worthy. Other wise, if you find more leisure time then you can go for faucets.

faucets are only ok (not even worthwhile, just ok) for their owners and people who are gathering referrals, like putting the link in your blog which gets good traffic or having a faucet rotator with your ref links.
imo faucets SUCK. you'll get like 10,000?satoshi max per hour. wasting an hour just to get 2cents  Huh Huh i personally just hate faucets, but thats just my opinion

i think you didn't understand the second part of my sentence. i am saying the same thing as you. faucets suck for you and me. getting dust amount an hour is stupid.
i say that for the owner and ref gatherers it is ok.
6865  Economy / Gambling / Re: DontPlayHere Dice site (0.3% house edge) on: September 18, 2015, 07:28:31 AM
why does the house edge keeps dropping by the hour? Cheesy

i tried the site, but it looks like it is incomplete and needs a lot of bug fixes in order to be able to handle users.

also why is it on github? why not have a direct link with a good host?

6867  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New BTC User here! on: September 18, 2015, 07:17:12 AM
I have been playing around with BTC for awhile, playing and losing cash on BTC casino sites and buying mBTC's off EBay for pennies.
....
I shifted over to Coinbase Smiley.

So far, I have .00015 after my last lost in the gambling, ....

you are already using bitcoin in the worst possible way. i say this because i have been there. try not to gamble bitcoin a lot or you will end up losing more and more every day in different casinos.

also be careful when using Coinbase. they have strict rules when it comes to using bitcoin in gambling. google it and you will find stories about accounts closed because of that.

6869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: September 18, 2015, 06:34:52 AM
My biggest problem when using bitcoin, its confusing when i need to receive btc but i dont know and dont remember my address and i not use android app...

So help me, so i can make my own btc address easily without need to do some "program"

well, you have to give your bitcoin address somehow in order to receive payments.
for that, you either have to copy and paste the bitcoin address itself and send it to the person who wants to pay you or you have to give him your QR code which can be a small JPG image.
i don't know what you mean by "without need to do some "program" you have to send bitcoin with a program so i don't see your concern
6870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why not invest instead of cloudmining?? on: September 18, 2015, 06:23:28 AM
The cloudmining is doomed to failure. If you do not want to lose your bitcoins, it is best to invest as little as possible, but currently there are still companies that still work and pay. My opinion, I think that most cloud is a scam, do not inspire any confidence, I still have fresh memories of Hash Profit and PBmining.

that is not 100% correct.
when it comes to cloudmining there are two categories:
1) the first is the majority of them which are scam ponzi schemes. in this case you should clearly stay away from all of them.
2) are the legit cloudmining services. investing in them is not doomed to failure. it is just not a very profitable investment. because of the maintenance fees and the rising difficulty which will lead to a bad ROI.
6871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: September 18, 2015, 06:17:11 AM
i am currently holding my bitcoin and i will continue holding them at least until next year. because i am mostly waiting for the new year and the block halving mid year, and i believe that it is going to have a significant effect on bitcoin price in the future to come.
6872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: currency or investment? on: September 18, 2015, 06:12:09 AM
bitcoin is meant to be a currency, and it should be headed that way but we are nowhere near that point in time. there is still a lot of problems involving bitcoin which i think is the main reason why it is still an investment and not a currency.
two major ones that i can mention are extremely volatile price and slow confirmations.
6873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BREAKING: Atlanta based Bitcoin giant BitPay hacked for nearly $2,000,000! on: September 18, 2015, 06:06:36 AM
this sorts of news are the things that will prevent bitcoin from becoming famous. every now and then something like this pops out, and the numbers are always big. no wonder there is not any mass adoption yet!
6874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you spread the word about Bitcoin? on: September 13, 2015, 01:15:12 PM
whenever i want to introduce bitcoin to any of my friends additional to introduction in my own words i give Link to bitcoin.org and then instead of using a third party i make a pc wallet and send some coins to it to get them started.

but most of all i am currently looking for some youtube videos, because watching a video is much easier than reading a lot of text.
6875  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best bitcoin wallet? on: September 13, 2015, 12:52:35 PM
What is the best bitcoin wallet?
Blockchain.info

blockchain.info is not the best bitcoin wallet, in fact it is one of the worst wallets that you can choose for bitcoin.
it is online and so it is less secure than other wallets. besides as you can see, right now it is unavailable because of spam attacks !!

6877  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: September 13, 2015, 04:23:36 AM
What are the best investment options for bitcoins to be put into?
Please post here!

since bitcoin does not have charge back and also because it is anonymous you should always be extra careful whenever you invest in anything.
in my opinion the best investment which i am currently doing is to invest in trading altcoins. it is like any other investment with its own risks but the reward is high enough to cover the risks.
6878  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: September 13, 2015, 03:49:19 AM
the best way to earn bitcoin is trading, if u lucky, but signature campaign earn quite a good amount too

but you don't just suddenly get lucky and get rich.
you have to work hard for it. you need to search the market and study all the altcoins that are being created everyday and get pumped and dumped, then find a good one and invest in it. that way you don't need luck, you just have to wait and sell on time.
6879  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about different investment other than Ponzi schemes. on: September 13, 2015, 03:42:49 AM
many peoples in the bitcoin economy consider trading as the most profitable earning but you are talking about account farming so in that case i thing member rank and full member rank account farming wih be the most profitable at the currenct market

i personally would prefer trading any day of the week. trading has risks and you always have the chance of losing your invested money, but at least the profit that you can make from it is so much bigger than any sort of account trading or account farming.

it is better to remove any link to that thread in order to prevent any more views for that shameful thread.
