Mining has no relevance to the value of Bitcoin in my opinion. All of the Bitcoin that will ever exist have already been created.

You sure about that?
6882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion on Current Issues in Kleiman v. Wright on: July 14, 2019, 08:50:51 AM
Read this paper: https://medium.com/@danielkelman/opinion-on-current-issues-in-kleiman-v-wright-4240e4fcfd5

Interesting resume about the case and the claim that Craig Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto.

If you have Bitcoin SV, sell them before the jugement... Craig Wright might end up in jail.

For a variety of reasons that are not yet completely clear, it is undeniable that Craig and Dave have been involved in Bitcoin since its inception, and they together have accumulated greater wealth because they have been mining Bitcoin from 2009 to 2013.

Actually this statement is highly deniable and questionable, for reasons that are pretty clear. They are becoming more clear with each passing week. For one, a lot of documents submitted to the court by Craig were likely forged, and some of those include documents similar to those given to Gizmodo in 2015 that supposedly helped "confirm" their involvement in bitcoin:

That fuck did the same to my feedback page too. What children he is talking about? I ain't no child abuser. He does not even know me in person. WTF!

He's been doing this for years: using trust feedback for retribution on anybody who dared criticize what he was doing, as well as tons of signature campaigners who happened to be wearing the signature of a casino (or whatever) that he didn't approve of. Its kind of a miracle (for him) that he hasn't been banned already.
6884  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Livecoin.net Scam on: July 14, 2019, 08:20:30 AM
Who should I sue? The site has no official representatives and a registered company.

Official representative: Ivona Zlatova, CEO
I can find past registrations for Red Velvet Investments in the Bahamas and Belize

I also found this review but I don't how accurate the information is:

Quote
Livecoin.net is a company officially registered in our country, which is subject to the laws of the Russian Federation. Thus, in its work, the organization adheres to the following principles: ensuring the security of the cryptocurrency trade process, the confidentiality and security of users' personal information, anti-money laundering and fraud support.

Some things you just can't find on the internet. If I were you and I was really serious about this, I would hire a lawyer or some sort of legal aid to help you research the matter. Perhaps you could get a free consultation at a law firm.
6885  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Livecoin.net Scam on: July 14, 2019, 06:20:22 AM
It seems they think you will not be happy with any solution they had offered you previously.
What solution did they offer me earlier?

You flooded their customer support with messages before getting locked out of your account. Surely they must have given you some options during that time. You never mentioned what they said in this period, but I would imagine your best option was exchanging the MONA for BTC, and then withdrawing your BTC.

If they reinstated your account, you would still be unhappy about not being able to withdraw the MONA, correct? It seems like they tried their best to explain the situation to you and that wasn't good enough.

The best chances you have of getting your money back now is taking them to court.
6886  Economy / Reputation / Re: game-protect gone mad on: July 14, 2019, 06:04:22 AM
The first red trust he left about children (not just some children but "all children") would sound bad if it didn't sound crazy.. But then the second one just confirms that he is crazy. I have some creatively awful feedback already, so whatever. I have to admit its always fun to watch the spectacle of a troll coming unhinged.
6887  Other / Archival / Re: It's time Flying Hellfish to go on: July 14, 2019, 02:55:20 AM
Flying Hellfish couldn't have been the one to delete your comment anyway.

He hasn't been online since July 12th (July 11th in Canada time).

6888  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Livecoin.net Scam on: July 14, 2019, 02:44:14 AM
So lets say Livecoin did restore your account, let you have access to your balances. What would be your next move?

I'm not a donkey who needs a carrot in front of nose! For now, they need to return my btc and the other coins they are holding hostage to make me delete everything I have said aгbout Mona situation. Next, if they actually don't have Mona coins, they have to clearly explain the situation but not sending me to seek answers from the developer. They should be communicating respectfully, like a professional stock exchange. Let your colleagues from Livecoin know that they need to keep an open dialogue with me.

They're clearly well past the point of wanting to keep an open dialogue with you. A week ago I recommended to them via PM that they unlock your account and let you withdrawal your bitcoin, they refused. It seems they think you will not be happy with any solution they had offered you previously.

I bet it will be interesting for you to read what other people say about them in the Russian branch of the forum.

I've read a lot of it. The Russian community seems pretty evenly split on the issue, if not more leaning to the side of Livecoin.
6889  Other / Meta / Re: Negative Trust for innocent newbies who have no knowledge yet in the forum on: July 13, 2019, 02:37:19 PM
He actually started a thread with your name in it in the Reputation section, you should talk to him there:

We can make a deal with Escrow if we get 40% now and the 60% are being held until we are done. That would cover our costs for our job ! Otherwise we have no interest

Its their choice, take it or leave it. That is as far i am willing to compromise !

Our counter-offer is 0% now and 0% when you are done. That is as far as we are willing to compromise. Otherwise we have no interest.

Morning my WO brothers.
For the next 1000 posts I will try not to shit post as much. Grin

"Show me a man who has never shitposted and I will show you a man who has never truly lived." - anonymous

Actually I can think of one: satoshi. But he may not have been a single person anyway, so...

Man, my fuckin nads have been itching something fierce these last few days.
6892  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2019, 07:39:44 AM
Not sure if it was paranoia, or arrogance, I was probably 6 years old - and daring god to prove he existed in my head.  I decided since he didn't strike me down, he didn't.

When I was in elementary school I went through a phase where I believed that the entire world was spying on me. I'm pretty sure that at some point everybody (well most liberated westerners with time to kill) contemplates whether or not the world revolves around them, and wonder if they may be the only real thing in the universe. Some have even developed philosophies around the concept, others movies.

After having your ass handed to you a few times though, it becomes apparent that we are all just typical spazzes, and that no one is actually that different from anybody else. We all exist, were born into this world crying and against our will, share 99.99% of the same DNA, and not one of us knows what the fuck we are actually doing here.
6893  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2019, 05:18:42 AM
2. Ultimately we are all just tourists, using our meat carcasses as spiritual vessels to get a glimpse of this and that for a while before returning home to the void.

Speak for yourself. I plan to live forever, swapping out parts as needed, to be replaced by the parts of youthful nocoiners.

Gentlemen, we have the technology, we can rebuild him.

6894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion on Current Issues in Kleiman v. Wright on: July 13, 2019, 05:12:58 AM
Interesting story, thanks for sharing.

I can't help but think that Wright's well-funded attorneys know exactly what they're doing and know how to keep him out of jail. This does not include preventing the eventual collapse of BSV's market value, however.
6895  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 12, 2019, 06:09:38 PM
Here's another way in which the WO thread is special: it has its own special post reporting guidelines... How many other threads can say that???

Can't report posts for being off-topic or trolling, but you sure can report them for ban evasion!
6896  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 12, 2019, 05:41:32 PM
Breher you should change your personal text.. Its loosing its mass appeal.
6897  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 12, 2019, 01:17:39 PM
As you might see i am not looking for a Loan, i am looking for Payment so i can make you all some more money Wink

Uh, isn't that a loan? Your winky emoji is really reassuring, however.

I do not belong to the scammer category nor do i belong to the all bark no bite category.

You belong in the "totally anonymous guy asking for 100 BTC out of nowhere" category.

Seriously: go to Lending. Post your offer there. Don't come back here until you are going to post the link to your newly-created loan request. You're not going to get any BTC or better advice here.

Its a big forum. Try a different section.
6898  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 12, 2019, 01:04:58 PM
words...

why don't you invest in bitcoin and use your magic marketing power to make yourself wealthy?

Because i want the community to make a sacrifice for a change. So it all is not being carried to them on a silver plate ! Now they will have to give something in order to get something back, and this all works on the principle of Faith

Still, just how spoiled and self indulging can these people be? It disappointed me

Hey buddy, I'm going to reach out to you here and suggest you try advertising your pitch in the Lending section. After all, people do successfully get loans there all the time. What's the worst thing that could happen?

6899  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BiteBTC is a scam exchange on: July 12, 2019, 12:50:16 PM
interesting - only 4 DT support the flag  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=249

  • Patatas
  • mindrust
  • nutildah
  • actmyname

lol

Well, this exchange, despite being one of the most clear-cut scams still in operation, doesn't have a sig campaign or campaign manager to bring down, so nobody really cares, apparently.

Edit: well now its up to 8 DTs, at least according to my settings. A lot can happen in 4 days!
6900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TAO] Tao & AltMarket - Real Solutions for the Music Industry! on: July 12, 2019, 12:12:25 PM
As for the roadmap, the copy in the OP of this thread shows up through the March 2019 launch of AltMarket. The next step is the launch of FanMix, which I've been posting about recently.

You can expect more details on July 4th.

So, what were those "more details" we should have been expecting? I'm just curious...
