6881  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC.com Transaction Accelerator on: August 19, 2017, 08:42:59 AM
I usually use http://btcaccelerator.online and have my transaction pushed in 20-30 minutes

The website doesn't even show up when you write the full name on Google, no SSL encryption, no articles about it on the internet. Unless you can provide us on how you got this URL, I'm going to take my chances and say that this is a scam that you probably made yourself.

I stand correct, there is already a scam accusation against you: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2101369
6882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Aug 1 summary on: August 18, 2017, 06:08:29 PM
Say, do I really have to sync the entire blockchain when installing the BCH wallet? That's pretty damn massive... -.-

If you have the private keys then simply go with coinomi android wallet, scan the QrCode and voilą, as easy as that or you can go with ElectronCash but I personally had issues with it and some people had them too.

Or maybe that one will be the real bitcoin?

Who knows? Smiley

From the very first post in this thread.

Bitcoin cash 2.0?  Jesus, why?  Do you have a link that explains what's going on with that?

I don't see the difference between SegWit2x and BitcoinCash do you? both are meant to increase the blocksize. The community already decided that they don't want this, just by looking at the exchanges, price etc. so I don't see why the outcome will be different this time and with core developers not supporting this, I doubt It will become "the real bitcoin".
6883  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which sources do you use in order to make a trading decision? and why? on: August 18, 2017, 04:22:29 PM
The news play the key role here and It doesn't necessary mean that you get them from third party sites or slack/Telegram groups. You simply need to follow that specific project you are interested in on their Medium blog, how to know the project in the first place? everything is pretty much listed on TokenMarket and the most important thing is to not listen to people who are trying to spread FUD, the worst thing you could do is trade based on fear.
6884  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: SHOP eastshore.xyz on: August 18, 2017, 03:25:33 PM
Why do you think if .xyz domain that are not a serious business?
I checked site, price is big..
I see once this store on aliexpress too.. Think this is legit

If by big you mean a few cents to 1$ per year then yes otherwise no, Its not. It could be expensive because you checked their domain that they already own, If you bought it when no one actually was controlling it, you would get it with the price I mentioned.
6885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Aug 1 summary on: August 18, 2017, 01:12:18 PM
"There's a small chance that this split could still happen sometime between now and around Aug 10, but it looks very unlikely at this point."

It's after August 10, so where do we stand now?

You quoted this from where exactly? the split already happened and I don't see anything else happening until November where its very likely to see another chain split, lets call it BitcoinCash 2.0
6886  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange] Liqui - trade and earn 24 APR on BTC, ETH on: August 18, 2017, 11:44:09 AM
I want to trade some ICN and BTC, anyone facing issues with these? I have no plans on storing for a lot of time, probably less an hour of trading... but since it doesn't look good, I hope someone could confirm If everything is okay.
6887  Economy / Services / Re: [Green Trust only] Buy me Windows 10 on: August 18, 2017, 11:07:37 AM
This was resolved indeed, I'm sorry for not closing this thread earlier. For anyone who is interested on doing the same thing, you can't directly buy Windows 10 using bitcoin but you can actually go to account.microsoft.com then to the billing page, choose Bitcoin and load your account with it and then while buying Windows, you buy through your balance.
6888  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Unofficial] Exodus Wallet | Multi-Currency | Built-in Exchange on: August 18, 2017, 09:23:37 AM
The new update (1.32.0) came out today. It's now possible to send, receive, and exchange OmiseGo with any other asset, the rest of updates are nothing big and you can see full changelog here: https://www.exodus.io/releases/
6889  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: BTC.com | BITCOIN & Bitcoin CASH WALLET | Safe, secure & trusted on: August 18, 2017, 08:08:50 AM
Hello there I wanted to recover bcc from blockchain and today saw your recovery tool. I followed all steps given in blog like entering 12 passphrase and clicked send. But I have a problem like i saw that I received bcc but on my balance its written 0 bcc. Can you help me?

Here is picture for clarity: http://imgur.com/a/iSYa0

Since there is no pending, I believe that the transaction is confirmed? If you can see it on a blockexplorer (blockdozer) then Its very likely that this is only a display issue, have you tried to send it somewhere else? an exchange or another wallet that you control to see If they tell you insufficient funds or not.
6890  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Trezor security glitch on: August 17, 2017, 06:20:08 PM
Does anyone know is Ledger Nano S in the same possible boat?

I believe they use total different technologies, that's why the other hardware wallets hasn't been mentioned so Its safe.
6891  Other / Meta / Re: Cannot post on: August 17, 2017, 05:17:47 PM
It happens sometimes and I usually just do CTRL+C (copy), close the whole browser page, come back to the thread and do CTRL+V (paste) and submit it and works just fine or try to add/remove a couple of characters from your post.
6892  Economy / Exchanges / Binance exchange on: August 17, 2017, 03:19:51 PM
The first page currently says that there is 0 trading fee while according to their BNB (Binance Coin token) blog article, that token could be used to pay exchange, withdrawal, listing fees and others. I want to know which one is true? I mean It doesn't make sense to pay a fee If there isn't any...
6893  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Trezor security glitch on: August 17, 2017, 12:52:10 PM
I'm not sure If you guys have read this blog[1] post or not. I was planning to wait until Trezor V2 is out so I could buy it but this article mentions that this problem is valid for that version and even KeepKey as well. Some people are saying that the latest update in Firmware (1.5.2) should fix it but this guy is saying that the hardware must be replaced, he is also trying to sell of what I believe is the exploit in SatoshiBox 0.5 BTC so not sure how much credible does this make him.

6894  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: BTC.com | BITCOIN & Bitcoin CASH WALLET | Safe, secure & trusted on: August 17, 2017, 08:35:19 AM
@neutraLTC Id feel nervous about entering my blockchain.info recovery phrase into your website?

If you are afraid that they will steal your bitcoins which I know they won't because I stored some decent amounts in their wallets before, you can always send your bitcoins elsewhere and then type the seed you have there, the worst case scenario here is that you will lose your BCH but again, there is no reason for them to scam you.
6895  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: An explanation for Drivechains? on: August 17, 2017, 08:00:07 AM
No one have an idea about this? I was also on BlockStream site to see their new satellite thing and I saw on the footer something about Sidechains too, are they the one developing this as well? I thought this was proposed by an independent developer.
6896  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC.com Transaction Accelerator on: August 17, 2017, 06:32:19 AM
how come btc.com ask alipay ??
same here i m stuck at unconfirmed transaction and bitmain allow 1-hour payment window now my order is unpaid unconfirmed expired Sad

It really still make no sense until now on why they don't accept bitcoin, ViaBTC accelerator can be used for free If you have paid at least 0.0001 BTC as fees I believe and there isn't much demand on it, so you should find an open slot without waiting the hourly threshold to reset.
6897  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer - mixing reinvented on: August 16, 2017, 03:38:03 PM
Who tried the ChipMixer plugin for Electrum? Is it any good and what are the differences or it's simply the same as the site just built-in inside the wallet? I checked my plugins list though and I can't seem to find anything there to enable it unless It must be downloadable and imported or something.
6898  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: SHOP eastshore.xyz on: August 16, 2017, 01:53:13 PM
If the reviews you are talking about are not from bitcointalk or Reddit then they are not worth anything. I personally wasn't able to find much. A hero member however, confirmed a couple of months ago receiving his order from them: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1958772.0 but I'd buy whatever they are selling elsewhere If I were you because the .xyz domain name only means that they are not a serious business.
6899  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Newbie question about fees on: August 16, 2017, 12:46:58 PM
The wallet/exchange actually displayed a message stating that the fees are 40$ ? I mean If you are trying to withdraw the whole thing and they just told you that you can't cover the fees then It's possible that It will work by lowering the withdrawal amount to 35$ or something. It's impossible for the fees to be that high whether its a simple wallet where you only pay the network fees or an exchange where you pay withdrawal fees but there is a possibility that there is a bug on their end. If the problem persists, you may want to contact them.
6900  Other / Meta / Re: How do I include an image in a post? on: August 16, 2017, 12:21:13 PM
The image should end with the extension (JPG, PNG, Gif etc.) and you must be at least a Junior member. Its going to take you 6 weeks to achieve that (If you keep posting in each activity reset period that occur each 14 days).
