6921  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Does a Business selling Bitcoin charge VAT? (I'm not talking about Tax, CGT,etc) on: June 17, 2018, 11:26:32 AM
Bitcoin is a currency/asset.Buying and selling currencies and  other financial transactions are not taxated with VAT.If bitcoin was a product, you would had to charge VAT for selling BTC to customers.
If your BTC was bought with business money, there might be a way to use those expenses for tax deduction purposes.
6922  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scared Of Taxes on: June 17, 2018, 06:15:15 AM
Hey All, I've been trading like a maniac the past few years using lots of different exchanges and not keeping records of trades. It would be nice to send a few btc back to coinbase for USD but I'm afraid some blockchain explorer they have will follow the transactions back through everything and I could get into trouble fortrading altcoins. Am I being ridiculous? Sounds ridiculous as I type. I suppose at some point I need to take profits but I'm just nervous about going back to coinbase.

I think that bitcoin mixer services are created to prevent tracking of btc transactions.I`m not quite sure about that. Why do you have to use Coinbase? Can you sell your btc for USD using some other exchange platform.I don`t trust Coinbase. They can block your account for no reason
6923  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin and astrology !!! on: June 17, 2018, 06:06:25 AM
There are so many people ,who believe in astrology and magic,it`s ridiculious.
I know there`s a difference between atstrolody and magic, but webistes like fiverr are full with "I will cast a spell..." type of gigs.Perhaps we could hire someone to cast a spell, which will help the BTC price reach 30K USD. Grin
There`s no way for astrology to be connected with bitcoin.
6924  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Who can offer me a service that gathers all the important information? on: June 16, 2018, 11:28:59 AM
I don`t know about such service, but I was wondering about using Google Alerts to get updates about altcoin/tokens.I`m not sure that Google is fast enough in indexing blogs, forums, reddit and social media status updates, but after all,it`s 100% free.I would never pay any one-time or subscription fee for such software or service. This info can be gathered for free.
6925  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The major reason why suicide traders don’t use stop loss on: June 16, 2018, 11:22:39 AM
If you are familiar with the market, you don`t need stop loss orders.I was having negaitve experience with stop loss orders, when I was trading on eToro 3 years ago.I was young and newbie trader and all my trades where red, because of the stop loss orders.I recommend using stop loss, only if the market is in a bullish trend.
6926  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-16] Bitcoins Seized From Bankrupt BitGrail by Italian Authorities on: June 16, 2018, 11:10:02 AM
I`ve never heard about this BitGrail exchange platform. So this is just bankruptcy,it`s not a hack or some exit scam. Why so much competition among the big crypto exchange platforms a was expecting some platform to bankrupt. The sad news is that this bankruptcy might scare the italian people away and they will leave the cryptocurrency markets.
6927  Economy / Speculation / Re: Speculative and Historical Milestones: BTC Updates on: June 16, 2018, 04:44:43 AM
So is the Mt Gox creditors meeting a historical or a speculative milestione,or both? Grin
Perhaps that Japanese attorney, who was selling the Mt.Gox bitcoins, will continue to sell them and this will spread panic and continue the bearish trend.Anyway, the LN release and BTC ETF approval(if they really happen) make me think that 2019 will be the bitcoin year.  Grin
6928  Economy / Economics / Re: What could $100 buy back in 2010? on: June 16, 2018, 04:37:53 AM
Looking from which side to look at inflation: On the one hand, it depreciates part of the money, but on the other hand, inflation is the engine of progress and encourages people to develop, not to eternal sleep. Therefore, there are pluses and minuses.

Inflation encourages people to develop?Really?Don`t make me laugh. So if the inflation is negative, the technology progress will stop? Grin Inflation creates only more poverty and inequality, the rich elite wants more inflation, thats why the elite takes control over the central banks and forces the bankers to turn on the money printing machine.
6929  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Large Cryptocurrency Holder Looking to Give on: June 16, 2018, 04:31:16 AM
If was a big crypto holder,I would never donate my crypto to some foundation,or crowdfunding platform.I don`t trust them. Can anybody prove that the Bitgive foundation is legit?I would appreciate if anybody provides any proof.I will never giveaway funds to some shaddy charity website.I would just do some research, find a person, who really needs help and donate directly to him/her.
6930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHAT ARE THE BEST SITES OR APPS TO START TRADING? on: June 15, 2018, 12:37:21 PM
What about RobinHood?I think that they were into cryptocurrency trading as well.
Unfortunately I can`t join, because I`m not from USA.Anyway,I remember that they are offering 0% trading fees and zero minimum deposit limit.People here and there say that Robinhood is a very convenient app(I`m not affiliated in any way and I don`t promote this service).
6931  Economy / Economics / Re: You’ll Someday Manufacture Anything You Want and Governments Will Not Stop You on: June 15, 2018, 12:32:43 PM
DIY 3D printing will destroy the capitalism. Grin
If I`m able to produce everything I need(food, clothes, tools, guns,ex.) there won`t be any need to buy that stuff from some merchant. This means that money will become obsolete, which means that all the cryptocurrencies will become obsolete.Perhaps the people will still want to purchase some services, but those services will be executed by robots and AI. Grin
6932  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bullish Strategist Tom Lee Blames Bitcoin Futures for Recent Market Sell-Off on: June 15, 2018, 04:45:24 AM
I think that Tom Lee is incompetent, but I agree that bitcoin futures have some impact that pushes the bitcoin prices down. Why don`t we do something to force CME to cancel BTC futures trading.Maybe write a petition or
raise awareness. How come btc futures trading is still allowed, but the US authorities think that the BTC market is manipulated. It`s absurd to trade futures for an asset, that is known for it`s price manipulations.
6933  Economy / Economics / Re: FED has increased interest rates, ECB will do the same! on: June 15, 2018, 04:38:25 AM
Hi Guys,
The Federal Reserve has increased interest rates, The European Central Bank will stop QE, it seems the occidental economy is starting to grow again.
Will it benfit the cryptocurrency market in his whole or it will drain money from it toward classic investments?
what do you guys think about it?
What's your opinion/analysis?

I think that the USD value will increase and this might stabilize the bitcoin price, because most of the fiat/BTC trading is done with USD.Anyway, the economy growth makes people  want more risky investments, which lead to the conclusion that they will choose cryptocurrencies and BTC as a part of their portfolios.
6934  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Experts Reduce End of Year Forecast for Bitcoin. on: June 14, 2018, 11:30:22 AM
When you say "experts" you should mention a few names and tell why they are "experts" in that field.
Do they have some sort of sertifications or masters degree in Cryptocurrency trading. Grin
Do you think that trading cryptocurrencies for 2-3 years makes somebody an "expert" in crypto trading and this expert would predict the future crypto prices as if he has a crystal ball?
6935  Economy / Economics / Re: Successional Right of Digital Assets on: June 14, 2018, 11:24:03 AM
Having an online account is like signing with a contract with the company, that provides the online services you are using, when you register that account.Every contract ends when the person, who signed the contract dies.I`m not OK with the idea of inheriting online accounts, liks Facebook,Youtube,Twitter or Linkedin.
Cryptocurrenices are money just like fiat money.Having a crypto wallet should be the same as having a bank account. The funds should be send to your relatives after you die.
6936  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-14]Bitcoin Can Continue Dropping To A Level Of $5900 on: June 14, 2018, 11:17:45 AM
"Robbing a bank might cause problems to the US dollar."That`s a pretty good comparison. Grin
This guy explains exactly how I think about the current cryptocurrency market situation. There`s no reason to get worried about the price. The only sad thing is that no big companies accept bitcoin as a payment method, even though there are no problems with slow confirmation time and high fees. Now is the best time for online businesses to adopt btc.
6937  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: In Development - Free SMS Reselling Platform Site - Early Subscribers Needed on: June 14, 2018, 05:15:52 AM
I don`t understand this "SMS reselling" business model. Can you explain it?
What kind of SMS messages are we going to sell or resell? If your SMS reselling platform is free, how are you going to monetize it?I`m sorry, but this sounds confusing and too good to be true.
Good luck with this project.
6938  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Prices Are Falling Again. The Cause? on: June 14, 2018, 05:06:04 AM
Tether might have insufficient funds to pump the bitcoin price to 19000 USD,but that doesn`t mean that such price manipulation can`t be done.Every price bubble is like a snowball. The price needs a small push in the market demand,in order to get the ball rolling and get new buyers. Then the FOMO beats the FUD and we have a speculation bubble. Is the BTC price manipulated by the crypto whales?Yes,off course it is,but who cares.
We are waiting for another manipulation that will bring the price to a new ATH.
6939  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My first experience was Zero profit 1000% loss on: June 13, 2018, 11:48:00 AM
So what was your trading strategy? What was your portfolio?
Perhaps the biggest mistake that you ever made is that you sold all your coins and exit the market with a big loss.A good trader never sells when the prices are going down,he just waits for the bullish trend.
Now you can start all over, but with a lesson learned.
6940  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is John McAffe really high on cocaine? on: June 13, 2018, 11:42:29 AM
I’ve watched this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKSwcvKWqZo&feature=youtu.be

See how he keeps touching his nose?

You know that you are being recorded and that thousands of people are going to watch you and you keep touching your nose compulsively like that?
He also says that his model predicts bitcoin price to be $5 million by 2020.

I’ve had the impression that he is high on cocaine. Really high.

What do you think?

He just wants to spread unhealthy optimism (which is the opposite ot FUD) around crypto social media so the crowd would just stop the panic selling and start buying again. He kinda looks like a clown, but who cares,he is free to say whatever he wants.I predict a btc price of 100K at the end of 2020.Remember my words. Grin
