6941  Other / Meta / Re: How we earn merit ? Dont store Smerit. on: April 02, 2018, 06:48:07 PM
As a Legendary, I only give my smerits to useful post, even when the use of the language is not perfect, at least they are constructive, informative or helpful.
Obviously, it doesn't matter the rank of those who receive my sMerits ( i don't even pay attention to that but to the quality of the post I rewarded).
You seem to have two big problems: the first of them, you don't even care, you don't give a s**t about how to express yourself in English (neither it is my natural language and to me it is difficult to write in English for a single line can take me minutes... but I try to do my best, always). Your lack of care about the use of the language is just another symptom of your little interest and effort. The second one: you have received merit by doing so, by writing as a child and being pointless. I don't know if it is the result of trading with merits or whatever, but it looks dishonest and more than enough to put you into ignore.
6942  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to get members in bitcointalk? on: April 02, 2018, 01:24:12 PM
The best way to rank out on the forum (if that is what you were trying to say) is to be patient, to have respect, and to read before posting, all of the qualities you don't seem to have, by the way.
Besides, if you want to post on the English boards, you will need to study the language a bit, so people can understand you.
All of them are possible to achieve, even when your English and attitude is now totally wrong, you can change it by reading carefully the forum and by being quiet for a time while improving your skills.
6943  Other / Meta / Re: Decrease the new new requirements!! Too hard to rank up! on: April 01, 2018, 04:52:02 PM
Hello sir. In order to achieve the Legendary position, you will need to pray each day at 6 to the holy Theymos. After that, take a cow and dress it as a Japanese cow, take a walk with it and then you will achieve the holy goal of earning some f-merits.
Do not despair, my dear companion, for the light is here and we all are holy soldiers in the undertaken of fighting bitcoin heresy.
After the cow goes to sleep, you will need to offer some covfefe to a statue of Satoshi Nakamoto, you can make it yourself with some paper, but it has to be holy paper (further instructions: speak to the cow).
In order to get some virtue, you will need to begin every thread with an apology, you can find many examples of the "Beginners &help" board.
If you want to achieve some karma, then you will need to trade your virtue (be aware of scammers, they only accept coins, it is better to offer yourself to the holy moderators, for they accept virgins) -further instructions: ask the cow.
If you want to rank-up faster, the best way is to become a holy soldier and to persecute scammers, you can see many examples on the "Meta" board, here on the forum.
And, finally, never forget to ask the cow. For in she resides Satoshis spirit, and all the answer you seek.
Best wishes, dear companion.
Please notice I've written it with the absolute respect towards your holy person.
Have a really nice day, sir.
6944  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New rank up system? on: April 01, 2018, 04:25:59 PM
I just 2 days here and I already know the requirements to go up rank, but there is something different today with the existence of new system like fmerit, karma, politeness, etc. does the new system have an effect on raising rank or is it just an april fool's day joke?

Dear Newbie, the holy Theymo's rage is over all the heretic and unpolite users, so Behold! Satoshi's spirit has possessed our moderators in order to bring all us into the light again.
Fear not the new era, for here is the day we all be brought up into the holiness of the cryptosky.
6945  Other / Meta / Re: New new rank requirements on: April 01, 2018, 04:20:28 PM
Dear Sir, please notice I am a servant of Jesus and a God Soldier. Politely I'd like to ask about becoming a current inquisition soldier here in the holy forum, in order to persecute heresy. I will be a servant of the rage of God and will pray for Satoshi's blessing all us every morning at 6 (even before taking my holy covfefe).
Thanks, sir,
Please God, Bless all.
6946  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Could you please help me with my master's thesis? (Takes only 2 minutes) on: March 31, 2018, 09:52:00 PM
Done, Mate, good luck on your thesis, and I insist: when you finish it, please share the work here!!!
6947  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion: Merit Phase 2 - Drain the Swamp (@theymos) on: March 31, 2018, 09:45:34 PM
Amend the forum to hide signatures of any account that hasn't earned at least 1 Merit in the last 2 months.

This will bar them from getting paid to post and not have any negative impact on anyone making even the tiniest contribution to the forum. Nobody loses their rank and even if someone is away from the forum for a while they can quickly get their signature back.

Even when it is not a bad idea, I don't agree with you on the point of merits. Recently I have seen too many farmers giving merits to their accounts, even when the publication with merit was a total crap. In order to make your suggestion even more accurate, I would change the part about merit and encourage signatures managers to check out the merit background of their users, as well as their last 20 publications. This is really easy to detect here on the forum merit-farmers if you take a look of their profiles and check out their merit, for they are usually shameless and give merits from an account to another almost every day.
Nevertheless, I find your suggestion truly useful to the forum, and my little modification is focused on the only part I consider to be improvable.
6948  Local / Mercado y Economía / Re: Facebook enfrenta a su peor crisis on: March 31, 2018, 09:23:43 PM
6949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your BTC knowledge for Merits. How to earn Bitcoins on the Internet? on: March 31, 2018, 02:22:40 PM
There is a site called bitfortip.

You get paid a certain amount of Bitcoins for helping people find what they are looking for. There are people searching for a special type of slippers, t-shirts, songs or advertisements they heard in the past but dont know where to find or how to buy.
If someone has the patience to look for these things they can earn some bitcoins in return.
https://www.bitfortip.com/

Really fun and interesting place!! I have always been the kind of person always find anything on the internet!!! jeje... so I believe this is going to be really fun to me!!
6950  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Bloodbath to End on: March 31, 2018, 02:16:20 PM
Those are some good news!!
Firms like Audi thinking seriously about entering into the crypto world can always launch the coin, at least in relation to popularity, which is a great thing!!
Now, to be honest, and, due to Bitcoin recent prices, recent ups and downs, I prefer to stay calm, to observe and to wait, for the market seems to work sometimes in a mysterious way!! Bitcoin is really low today, so I prefer not to deposit hope into the new goods, but stay calm and wait for the market to speak...
6951  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox2 - exchanges sell Bitcoin he not really have on: March 31, 2018, 02:07:57 PM
It is impossible, at is has been said, to even send a bitcoin you don't have. Maybe by paypal, or another system where you can cancel your transaction, but, even so, you will need to have bitcoin to be able to scam this way.
Now, If you don't have any proof, any source, just do not accuse.
Besides, you seem to have a farmer account and you are shamelessly sending merit to don't deserving posts...
6952  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-03-27] Germany’s Tourism Board Accepts Bitcoin Payments on: March 29, 2018, 05:28:52 PM
It is a matter of fact: if Germany accepts BTC, other countries of Europe will follow its lead, for it is the economic heart of the whole European Union, they rule the economy of many countries, as Spain, Italy, Greece or Portugal...
So that's a great new. If Germany chooses to trust crypto, many will follow!!!
6953  Economy / Goods / Re: CUSTOM SAMURAI SWORDS FOR BTC, LTC And Many Other Alt Coins on: March 29, 2018, 05:17:31 PM
I've trained Kenjutsu for the last ten years and I've never seen a website where you can design your own weapon!!
As soon as I have enough money I will have one of your swords!! Congratulations on the idea of accepting cryptocurrencies!!
You have just put together my two biggest passions: cryptoworld and katanas!!

Just two questions: Do you use the damasquino technique to build-on your katanas?
Do you have international secure-shipping?? In my country this is difficult to receive international shipping due to the custom duty.
6954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: March 29, 2018, 05:11:47 PM
My question is -
______________

Has gambling left a trace on you; if it has which consequences are you experiencing right now?

I suspect gambling could have positive effects. It could help people manage money better and not give in to impulsive tendencies. There isn't a significant difference between gambling and investing. There is a degree of risk inherent in everything which can't be eliminated. The best we might hope for is to learn to mitigate that risk and that could take practice, which gambling could provide.

I like how gambling allows a person to validate their beliefs in terms of what the end outcome of something will be. That type of self discovery and challenging of one's own preconceptions can be a learning experience. Learning how to cope with defeat and losing also can be a plus in terms of gaining maturity and learning to be level headed and not allow emotions or greed to cloud owns judgement.

All of the above are my aspirations as far as gambling goes. And of course, the intent to make money and profit matters as well.

Precisely, as well as you are not falling into an addiction gambling can be a great way to self-knowledge. In my case, before gambling, my self-image was of a person with some tendencies to addiction. But, surprisingly, I'm not!!! Gambling has helped me a lot with managing my time and money, my frustration, my greed, even my patience. It has made me more zen in a lot of senses. I understand this is a rare case, but also happens.
6955  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have a BITCOlN mainstream idea on: March 29, 2018, 04:45:09 PM
Bitcoin itself was a great idea and was launched freely to the world. Why care about selling it? If bitcoin goes mainstream it will carry serious profits for all us, for we all are into this world now.
I think what bitcoin really needs is people willing to share it for free, to build together a whole system where we all can get profits and where the people can use bitcoin daily. Of course, it is utopic, for, as I've seen here on the forum, the people's only concern nowadays is to earn money, more and more money, instead of helping bitcoin to grow up and become an adult.
Nevertheless, I hope your idea helps many people.
6956  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your BTC knowledge for Merits. How to earn Bitcoins on the Internet? on: March 29, 2018, 04:03:39 PM
There are some basic ways to own Bitcoin: Buy online ; minning bitcoin; Buy Bitcoin in cash and invest in exchanges like bifinex,binance.... These usually cost a considerable amount of money, which is the biggest difficulty for the less capitalist.

I have some bitcoin free sites. It is quite simple. Of course the number of bitcoins earned is very small.
1.https: //freebitco.in: free Bitcoin hourly - hourly into lucky dial up like lottery and get a bit Bitcoin

2. Dailyfreebits.com : site receive bitcoin free 30 satoshi / 60 minutes

3. BTCclicks.com : get the fastest bitcoin from simple click

4. Refbit.net Earn : free bitcoin from simple click

5. Ads4btc.com : get free bitcoin from the same click Refbit.net

6. Moonbit.co.in : bitcoin's prestigious search site for over 3 years
To make money with Moonbit.co.in is very simple, the money is based on the time you log into the website, log on several times a day, then to claim a good bitcoin. But the site is quite lag, you take the daily log on to earn a little.

7. FieldBitcoins.com - get free bitcoin every 5 minutes

Read well the instructions of the thread!!
6957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your BTC knowledge for Merits. How to earn Bitcoins on the Internet? on: March 29, 2018, 04:00:54 PM
I love playing games and earning money from that, so I will mention the following sites :

https://lordmancer2.io/ - The first open-world MMORPG on mobile where players can mine cryptocurrency. <Disclaimer : I have not tested this and I do not know if they are a scam site.>

https://www.augmentorsgame.com/  <Not a scam, I have checked it out and I participated during the ICO>
Forged by the powers of augmented reality & blockchain, be in control of fantastical creatures. Battle, train, sell & trade powerful & rare creature. <Funded by a Shark Tank investor>

https://99bitcoins.com/9-cryptocurrency-inspired-games-you-should-be-playing/

You will have to be creative to get some money out of this, but it can give you the next best thing, which is FUN with Bitcoin.  Wink

Wow, the augmentorsgame seems amazing, I've taken a look and loved it. Thanks!
6958  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Let's help everyone to get merit! on: March 29, 2018, 03:51:17 PM
There are many threads regarding merits on the forum already, but few of them talk about which I consider being the most important point: Do not get obsessed with merits.
For you can write a great thread and it can be lost in between all the topics in here. There are too many people here in the forum, and new threads are wroten each minute. That's because the best move is to relax, to do your best and to not wait for merits everytime you think you have written a great text 'cause maybe it isn't regarded as you hope and you can feel frustrated.
Another advice should be: choose well where to post. If you are always posting in the altcoin section it is going to be difficult to earn merits. I think the best way is to post in many sections, always by reading before posting about the topic in discussion. I think the "press" one is a really good section to post because there is always hot discussion about whatś going on with the crypto world on the press.
Inform yourself. Of course. Before even writing a single word, learn about, read a lot, and think about what is your own opinion, take a minute to build an idea, reflex about the topic... For good topics need a previous meditation.
The last advice: never beg for merits. We all are tired of people begging for merits on the Newbie and the Meta board. Begging is not the way, you all should learn it as soon as possible, for the only think you are going to achieve by begging is to be put on "ignored" by many users.

So, in short, those are my bits of advice. I have many more, but all of them has been told here, so read before posting, read every answer. Read, read, read...
6959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Planning to sell all my btc as its too low now :( on: March 29, 2018, 02:33:16 PM
I feel you are entering into panic. And this is the worst mood ever to make any trade. So, my advice: wait, calm, patience.
If you sell now your BTC you will regret it, for sure, so just wait. You are not losing money for having your btc storage while you calm yourself. Forget them for a while, and, once you feel confident, then take a desition, but in a cold mind!
6960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the power of media on: March 29, 2018, 02:28:05 PM
However, considering the fact that the media exist to inform, educate, mobilize and enlighten societies
I don't agree with you, media doesn't exist to neither inform, not educate and much less to enlighten societies, but, on the contrary, to control the public opinion. Take a look at the concept of terrorism, for instance. Every time there is an incident media always use the word "terrorism", even when it can be just a crazy man with a gun. Media is always willing to mold the minds of the people into the system shape.
Now, regarding your question, to me, the best way to show people the cryptoworld is just time. With enough time, it will infiltrate itself into society as a weapon, as a tool.   We just need to continue in developing it, we need to push up the technology in order to crypto become useful (daily useful) to the people. In order to achieve that goal, we don't need publicity but proof. If there are some new technology you can use to store and trade with crypto and it is safer and easier than the one we have nowadays, I'm sure the natural path for the people to follow will be to enter into the crypto world.
As I see that, cryptocurrencies are the future, and the publicity makes it looks less serious. Media, as usual, will be at the service of the powerful instead of the people, so I don't really care about what are they talking about, for, on the deep, the people know this is a revolution.
