6981  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think the price will DROP MORE? on: September 17, 2017, 10:39:14 AM
Hi,

Do you think the price will DROP MORE?
Today every big news website talking about the CHINA BAN.

- wall street journal and many others

What do tou think?
I don't think that this drop will continue, I don't think that bitcoin will ever go below the $3000 mark anytime soon, now that recently the government of China announced that it is impossible for China to ban bitcoin, they are just trying to regulate it: http://finance.people.com.cn/n1/2017/0912/c1004-29530593.html. The Article further mentioned that the ban will not affect existing currencies built on blockchain, this ban is specifically for ICOs. This will influence the value to go up in a few weeks/months, reaching new highs again. We should just consider this crash an opportunity to buy bitcoin at a lower value, and for those invested since the crash began, I can assure you that they will profit within short term.
the situation is worse than you said,  now the  chinese regulator  wants  to close  all altcoins exchange  to protect the  ecnomic markets ,  but  I think this is a wrong decision . Just wait for  half years ,  everything will be clear.
They would close those exchanges but later on they would re-enable them to operate once again but now on a regulated way which does signifies that bitcoin will recover its price if those exchanges would operate again as normal. For now we are stabilizing somehow on this price range I don't know actually what would be the possible movement but I do see this would really be the new floor and going on below 3k price wont happen again.
6982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has the China ban affected ICO fund raising? on: September 16, 2017, 06:02:16 PM
It will certainly have an effect but he world is a large place and although China plays a huge part I think we'll be alright.
China does really have give some effects regarding on this ICO ban but same as you said the world is a big place and China isn't the only one who is engage on cryptocurrency ICO's which we would really be just alright and would able to stand no matter what the things they would do.Its just a single Country thinking off there are still lots of country left would potentially still support.
6983  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear trap or continuing upward trend?? on: September 16, 2017, 05:18:36 PM
It's hard to say just yet. I am no professional in this, but as far as I can see the price has roughly stabilized around $3600 this could be the new floor. According to me if we don't see a dip down to around 3000-3200 in next couple of days we can probably assume that this isn't a bear trap.
Same here I'm not a professional trader since I cant say if its a bear trap or not knowing price is too volatile and mainly affected by news happening on bitcoin. As you said if the price wont go back down on 3000 price then for sure anytime as of now we would really see the new floor which we can assume price would rise up on next month for this year. For now the best thing to do is always keep an eye on dip prices which we can able to hedge on making profits.
6984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Businessman be the Owner of Bitcoin Market ? on: September 16, 2017, 03:52:34 PM
What if all the rich people come together and buy most of the BITCOINS can this lead to the control of power again in the hands of few.
If they do have the money to buy on,why not? They can manipulate price on that one and could affect the price easily but not totally the owner of bitcoin. No one owns bitcoin but as an investor you would able to give effects but thinking off to be a Big investor on bitcoin you would need billions of money in order to be considered as a whale for sure Cheesy
6985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO & November 'possible' fork on: September 16, 2017, 03:11:12 PM
If you're planning for an ICO in the near future & your timeline is flexible, (i.e. its start & end dates), is it wise to avoid the month of November due to the 'possible' BTC fork?

I know Alt & ICOs could always be a good backup plan for the folks who are afraid to keep their BTC during the instability time but there is always that group who prefers to jump from the Crypto boat completely (& possibly gets back again when the dust settles)
For now I don't put any worries on this November event the thing that worries me off on this last day of this month on which we do know China did make implementations on closing exchanges. It would really affects bitcoins price and so on with altcoins too. November is fast approaching but for now we should mind of first on the possible recent event that would happen on this bitcoin world.

China used to make 15% of the market, itīs not like 1.5 billion people were in cryptos.
Yes,they do really give some impact on cryptocurrency world since they do have the power and the funds to affect it but well no matter how powerful they are they cant put an end on bitcoin or any other coins in the market. It can affect but its not the reason for it to die.If this upcoming November fork would happen then expect that the thing do happen back in August 1 event will surely happen again this is why we should ready our stashes Smiley
6986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I always lose all my tokens and btc on gambling~ on: September 16, 2017, 02:47:49 PM
My tip for you to not lose all your token in Gambling very easy is not gambling anymore. Keep working hard, you will be payback good. No need to gambling , risk all money that you have.

A simple tip but working even though I suffered nosebleed for reading your post. Hehehe. Just joking. But you have a point. The only way to avoid losing is to turn away on gambling and focus on work that gave a fixed monthly income without any risk. Kudos!
Yeah, nothing can be better than giving up on gambling. If we really come to think of it now, actually this is the only way of terminating all the loss. Instead of going through all this suffering, I think the gambler can earn good profits if he utilizes his capital in a more working method like trading or even saving bitcoins will do the work.
The gambler does not use gambling to get back his lost is enough to save money. Many people will lose more money while chasing their lost. If you control this and try to do trading or holding your coins for a long time is the best way to recover your loss, and it will increase your bankroll.
If you do hold up your bitcoin instead of using it on playing gambling even more because you are chasing loses then for sure it would really pay out but I do believe that most gambler will not be patient enough to do such thing. They will definitely use up their money to play gambling no matter what as long they do know that they do have money to spent on.If you don't like to lose up bitcoin then you should not play gambling at all.
6987  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: September 16, 2017, 02:22:04 PM
So in trading how do you deal with loss? For example you've invested in an alt and now it has fallen quite hard and you're on the brink of losing all your bitcoin you invested in it.
How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?

When I lose in the trading or gambling, I always telling to myself that it is all right and it is part for becoming a good trader. I know that I will gain a lot of profit by learning in my mistakes.

Yeah you're mistake is a chance to try harder and this can help us to make a better person.
Well like you, when I lose I just call it a day and move on. Sometimes I just eat comfort foods instead of thinking what I lose. This is I always do and really works for me everytime.
Getting stressed cant really be avoided specially when we see that we are losing money this is why easing it would really be helpful for our future trades and learning from our mistakes is always suggested when it comes to trading because when we are already experienced enough on this field we would already know the things we must supposed to do when it comes on unexpected things happen along the way.

6989  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The dust has settled...how did you fare? on: September 16, 2017, 11:57:18 AM
Damn that huge green candle is impressive, I have never seen anything like that. We went from $2972 to $3820 in no time. I bet people that trusted Goldman Sachs (which claimed it would go to $2200) and had shorts opened for as low as that price are now pretty much broke. How could you doubt bitcoin? it always comes back.

The sell off that followed was tiny compared to the green handle we had. We are not going below $3000 again, possibly ever.
Checking on the charts that green candle was indeed impressive and for those who bought on 2900 would really dance on ez profits in a single day swing trade. For those who did able to get in the right time.Congratulations! Those are easy profits without a sweat but somehow risky because we didn't know that those entries might give even more negative if the price did continue to dip down.
6990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What ICO's / Presale should i break my crypto virginity with? on: September 15, 2017, 06:50:25 PM
Hello everyone!
I am new to altcoins and looking to get involved in the cryptocurrency world. I have $1000 dollars to invest into pre-sales / ICO's.

I have a friend who recommended me Crowdholding. https://ico.crowdholding.com/ Anyone else heard of them?

What do you recommend I should invest in?

Thanks everyone for your responses!
Dont focus only on a single ICO since you can really choose on the projects which you do see that do have potential. Check on this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0 . You would find lots of ICO which you can able to read up on their roadmap whitepaper which you can able to identify which project are good to put our money on.
6991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: September 15, 2017, 05:59:41 PM
all about addiction, We will continue to try before we can get the result we want. even though we know the risks, but we will do everything to get something big in a way that looks easy.

actually those who still remain gambling realize that this will be more harm to them if we continue to play. but they just want to get big results later on

Or rather they are in the foolish state of trying to earn back there loss. It is a pity that I myself sometimes is dreaming of getting my losses back.
You are not the only who are on this thing but most gamblers would really have this kind same of aims which we do really strive to chase our loses while playing gambling and those emotions do really come out on a middle of the game or when we are already losing and as a human being its just really normal thing to think off this is why we should really have a good self control and awareness if we dont like that gambling would destroy us.
6992  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Xapo fees is too high. on: September 15, 2017, 05:21:28 PM

Xapo is honestly good in faucet before but right now if you receive faucet earnings its not worth it to withdraw because of the fee..
I stop using it not only about the fee also i am always having hard to login in their website even i clear browser and cache.. and you can not withdraw all your bitcoins there you need to leave few bitcoins..
If you really wanted to control your fee better to choose a wallet like electrum as a good wallet since before never had any issue when using it..

Im agree that sometimes it was having a difficulty loading the login page eventhough I have a good internet speed. But it's not always happen and overall my login is smooth. By the way, you can withdraw all your bitcoins there I just did it recently.

For people who don't want exchanges fees, use a wallet where you can your own fees so you won't be bothered anymore about dealing with the high fees.
I dont know why some people do make use on exchange wallets. They do really charge huge fees which is more than on the regular charge of the network.Just like on my local wallet provider they do really charge up ridiculously high this is why i decide to make use electrum instead on having your own private keys you can anytime adjust your fees according to your own decision.

6994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yall know about Sex Island ICO on: September 15, 2017, 03:59:01 PM
First of all, the xyz domain makes it look very sketchy at the first look. There have been many tokens with similar ideas and almost all of them will suffer the same fate of the poorly planned approach towards attaining legal rights and stuff to run. As it gets frustrating, the owner would end up bailing out of the project with the rest of the funds so I wouldn't trust these sorts of ICOs.
I dont really trust at all on having that kind of domain name. Its always been sketchy to me this is why i dont really put any interest on this kind of things. Sex Island ICO? Nothing special since i have heard some coin back in the past and just being said above this is just Sexcoin clone Smiley. People nowadays do make weird names on their project which isnt really appealing at all specially on that Jesuscoin hahah
6995  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I do ? Your suggestions please. on: September 15, 2017, 02:55:21 PM
I thought that there was an instantaneous decrease in ethereum with bitcoin.and after these events I thought of as a momentary decrease, I got 50 ethereum  from 260 dollars. I can not decide what to do with certain levels. Of course, it is not right to make sales like this.my mind came up with the idea of joining an ico or a going ico . I thought maybe I could save the damage in this way, but I'm not quite sure. what should i do? Should not I?I've been loss since the day. I do not want to loss any more, but I can not find a solution. I am delighted to share your ideas in this regard.

You shouldnt be worried about this, price will recover as it always does. I think it is a great idea also investing in ICos i was also thinking about this, mostly all good ICOs by entering market after a while have a price x2 or even more.

If you're worried that your investment in ETH may decrease in value, then I highly recommend that you stay away from ICOs.  ETH has at least established itself as a valuable crypto, making it a less risky investment than new coins.  I can't remember the context, but I thought I saw something in an article the other day about up to 90% of ICOs being frauds/scams.  That may have been in a particular country or some other specific setting, but either way, that's a very concerning number.  Do you really want to trade in an established crypto for something that may only have a 10% chance of not being a scam?
Not Generally all ICO's are scam but there are still some who do have future ahead but comparing them on ETH i can say that its too far away.In op if he did bought on that kind of amount and now the price have dip-pen as of the current state which it would normally decrease your investment or value of your holdings and as being suggested it better to hold it of as of now.
6996  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Biggest problem you have with trading / exchanging? on: September 15, 2017, 11:28:55 AM
The biggest problem i think is when investor/trader are facing a situation like what bitcoin's situation right now. News are greatly affect the bitcoin's price and demand. When you are an investor and you invest more, you will diffinetly scared about the situation now but some are staying cool and wait for the bitcoin price to rise.
This is the common problem on most investors or crypto traders on which we do suffer lose of money when prices do go down and when we saw our portfolio is falling down.It is really a hard thing even you are already an experienced person on this field. If you do see decreasing prices panic cant really be avoided this is why im sure some people are panic selling now. This is why its really important to learn trading carefully and dont rush up on making any decision.Cryptomarket is too volatile and unpredictable.
6997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lots of Scammers Here on: September 14, 2017, 10:18:50 AM
Scams here can be significantly reduced by introducing certain restrictions such as newbies not being allowed to use the PM feature. Then from there, more scambusting features would be useful if put into effect. An example would be not allowing newbies to post on certain sections such as the lending page (or allowing them but forcing them to provide collateral information).

What else? Oh yes, there are tons more. For example, a filter system which blocks posts of new members which contain the words PayPal, Skype, phone numbers, website addresses and email addresses.

But the question is? Would those restrictions would be implemented? I don't think so that they would put those restrictions. You are right most newbies do really making some crime here but also thinking off even on higher ranks do the same thing too specially on bought accounts which they tend to scam some people on here being deceived on their community rank and as a member of this forum if you aren't observant then for sure you will got scammed.Trust no one on this online world because anyone could really scam you.

6999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: September 12, 2017, 03:43:52 PM
Surely yes.  The best lesson of gambling is every single step or plan you take will have its own consequence. It's just like what you have in your life.  Maybe this life is like gambling.
Gambling could really give us a lessons in life. Because there are many who become addicted into gambling that loses much of money. Yes the most lesson in gambling is to move forward that we could analyze the situation to stop into playing.
Regarding on lessons on life it will really give you in the end when you are experiencing addiction on it and later on you would realize on the mistakes that you have done. This is the thing which I do think that gambling can give lessons on our lives and besides that it can give possible winnings while you are playing which can possibly give you some benefits on those money you do earn on playing it but mostly negative side effects is the common thing that we do experience on gambling.
7000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Almost All Cryptocurrency have fallen on: September 11, 2017, 11:12:34 AM
I saw today that the price dropped to almost all the cryptocurrency available on the market. does anyone know something about this topic? what to expect next days ?
Its just normal if you did able to hear those recent news about China then for sure you would able to answer your own question and yes it does affect cryptocurrency prices which shows reds on our portfolio but even they are on reds later on it would recover for sure. This is how cryptocurrency world works. It may dip but not forever there would really be always a time on rising its price. We might not seeing as of now but for sure later on we would able to witness that one this is why we should really be wise on shopping in cheaper coins as of now.
