The roadmap and  the white paper are descriptions for investors. They have to see the future of their investment. We don't need investors. We don't ask for your money for anything. We give you coins for free. The goal would be for these coins to represent some value. That's why we need for a community. The community should promote the HUG. Buy ETN when the price goes below 0.01$ in the next few days. It will get you 100-200 ETN, at the end of 2018 1 ETN might be worth 1$. Then you'll have your 150$, if it doesn't reach 1$ you'll just have less profit. If ETN compeltely fails (I don't see that happening) you only lost 1$ - it might be your best bet.

That is not correct. Currently the minimal is just 2000SC. It is called Collateral, and actually is one of the biggest advantages of Sia compared to the rest of the similar projects. Hosts offer a collateral as a guarantee that they will keep the files during the whole contract with an uptime of about 97%, or otherwise they will lose that collateral. If they are good hosts, all that collateral is recovered.

Without collateral, hosts could just drop the files without any penalty and use their HDDs for other purposes. So collateral is an essential component for making Sia trustless.

It's really not easy to make money with such small amounts, because of fees.
Your only chance is probably on the altcoin market. But it's useless to buy such small amounts of altcoins and wait for increase. So first of all you need to increase your investment amount through day trading (traditional buy low, sell high).
If you you reach 10-15$ in total, you can start arbitrage trading, which means you buy low at a certain exchange (e.g. Poloniex) and sell higher at another exchange (e.g. Bittrex). Unfortunately you can't do this with small amounts, because of fees. And even with 10-15$ you should only use altcoins with very low transaction fees (e.g. Verge).
If you reach 100$ you can start investing in promising new altcoins and maybe ICOs.
But to multiply your money by ten only through day trading on a single exchange, is really hard.
I recommend you to start with 10$, otherwise your experiment may be over soon.
