Take note Gas limit is different from Gas Price, Some tokens requires higher Gas limit enable to transfer their tokens.  If this will happen to you again or this problem is not fixed yet, try to search the contract address of the token on etherscan and look for successful transaction and look what gas limit and gas price they used and copy and try it. First you need to login your blockchain wallet on desktop or laptop, you can also try on mobile and login via browser. That's unfortunate, If you are really sure it is your blockchain eth wallet you can provide additional details and send it to the support to support your claim. It is just weird after you contact them they denied it? Did you import this wallet? I know we can import btc paper key on blockchain but I haven't tried on Ethereum yet if possible.

EDIT: Looks like we can only import BTC and Bitcoin cash on blockchain wallet right now, so I guess you should contact the support again and fight for it.

I guess in 100 people only 1 will win a huge amount in dice and very rare to happen that's how are chances are, very small. Some projects IEO or sale status are fake I am not saying these two are fake but there is a project like that claiming that they raised a high amount like 59 Million Dollars and will reach hardcap soon like for an instance to encourage some investors to jump and invest in their project. They want to create FOMO and hype But after that, they dump their own coin/token and FUDs comes, This scenario happens frequently. In fact, I know a lot of projects like this one.
